In conclusion, the invention provides an automatic punching and drilling integrated machine which comprises a supporting device, a fixing device, a punching device, a drilling device and an automatic conveying device, wherein the supporting device comprises a supporting frame and a plurality of guide seats, the guide seats are positioned on the supporting frame and positioned on the same axis, the fixing device and the guide seats are positioned on the same axis, the fixing device comprises a left fixing piece and a right fixing piece which are opposite in moving direction, the left fixing piece and the right fixing piece are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the guide seats, the fixing of the position of a steel pipe is realized through the fixing device, the position of the steel pipe can be moved at the same time, the fixing and the loosening are realized, the position stability of the steel pipe is ensured, the effective disassembly of the steel pipe can be realized, and the working efficiency is improved; the punching device is positioned on one side of the left fixing piece and comprises an inner die and symmetrically arranged punching machines, the inner die is connected with the left fixing piece, the inner die and the guide seat are positioned on the same axis, a plurality of through holes are formed in the inner die, fixing plates are arranged on two sides of the inner die and fixedly connected with a support frame, the fixing plates are used for realizing auxiliary fixing of the position of the steel pipe, meanwhile, the inner die is used for supporting the inside of the steel pipe, the steel pipe is prevented from deforming due to the punching force of the punching machines in the punching process, and the punching efficiency and the punching quality of the steel pipe are improved; the drilling device is positioned on one side of the punching device and comprises a moving track and a drilling machine which is arranged symmetrically and moves on the moving track, and the drilling machine is used for effectively drilling the steel pipe, so that punching and drilling integration is realized, and the working efficiency is improved; the automatic conveying device comprises a conveying device, a feeding device and a discharging device, the conveying device comprises a guide plate, a rotating part and an eccentric part which are obliquely arranged, a limiting groove is arranged on the guide plate, the rotating part comprises an upper straight edge section, an arc section and a lower straight edge section, the length of the upper straight edge section is larger than that of the lower straight edge section, the end parts of the upper straight edge section and the lower straight edge section are respectively provided with an upper extending section and a lower extending section, the upper extending section and the lower extending section are respectively provided with an upper limiting column and a lower limiting column, the lower limiting column moves in the limiting groove, the rotating part is positioned below the limiting groove, the lower extending section is positioned between the eccentric part and the guide plate, the rotating part is positioned on one side of the guide plate, a torsion spring is arranged between the rotating part and the guide plate, the conveying device realizes effective conveying of the position of the steel pipe, and is convenient for the subsequent feeding device to realize effective feeding of the steel pipe, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is reduced; the structure of the feeding device is the same as that of the blanking device, the rotating directions of the feeding device and the blanking device are opposite, the feeding device comprises a power part, a rocker arm sleeve and at least two rocker arm devices, wherein each rocker arm device comprises a rocker arm rod, a plurality of driving wheels positioned in the rocker arm rod and a supporting plate positioned at the end part of the rocker arm rod, the rocker arm rod is connected with the power part through a transmission rod, the transmission rod is provided with the rocker arm sleeve, the rocker arm sleeve is fixedly connected with a fixed wheel which is matched with the driving wheel, the drilling machine is positioned between the two rocker arm devices, the rotating of the rocker arm rod drives the supporting plate to support, rotate and transport the steel pipe, and then realize the transport to the steel pipe position, be convenient for subsequent effective punching hole, adopt loading attachment and unloader that direction of rotation is opposite simultaneously, realize improving work efficiency and operating mass with the effective unloading of steel pipe. The invention has the beneficial effects that: realize the automatic conveying to the steel pipe through conveyer, and then guarantee the effective transport of steel pipe, realize the regulation to the steel pipe position in transportation process, make it can realize automated processing, improve work efficiency and operating mass with rated load, reduce the cost of labor.

the punching device is positioned on one side of the left fixing piece and comprises an inner die and symmetrically arranged punching machines, the inner die is connected with the left fixing piece, the inner die and the guide seat are positioned on the same axis, a plurality of through holes are formed in the inner die, fixing plates are arranged on two sides of the inner die, and the fixing plates are fixedly connected with the supporting frame;
the drilling device is positioned on one side of the punching device and comprises moving tracks which are symmetrically arranged and drilling machines which move on the moving tracks;
the automatic conveying device comprises a conveying device, a feeding device and a discharging device, the conveying device comprises a guide plate, a rotating part and an eccentric part which are obliquely arranged, a limiting groove is formed in the guide plate, the rotating part comprises an upper straight edge section, an arc section and a lower straight edge section, the length of the upper straight edge section is larger than that of the lower straight edge section, the end parts of the upper straight edge section and the lower straight edge section are respectively provided with an upper extending section and a lower extending section, an upper limiting column and a lower limiting column are respectively arranged on the upper extending section and the lower extending section, the lower limiting column moves in the limiting groove, the rotating part is located below the limiting groove, the lower extending section is located between the eccentric part and the guide plate, the rotating part is located on one side of the guide plate, and a torsion spring is arranged between the rotating part and the guide plate;
the feeding device and the blanking device are identical in structure, the feeding device and the blanking device are opposite in rotating direction, the feeding device comprises a power part, a rocker arm sleeve and at least two rocker arm devices, each rocker arm device comprises a rocker arm rod, a plurality of driving wheels and a supporting plate, the driving wheels are located inside the rocker arm rod, the supporting plate is located at the end of the rocker arm rod, the rocker arm rod is connected with the power part through a transmission rod, the rocker arm sleeve is arranged on the transmission rod, the rocker arm sleeve is fixedly connected with a fixed wheel, the fixed wheel is matched with the driving wheels, and the drilling machine is located between the two rocker arm devices.

The punching and drilling automation all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a bearing frame is arranged at the lower end of the stock guide plate, a baffle is arranged on the bearing frame, the height of the baffle is higher than the diameter of the steel pipe, and the distance between the end of the bearing frame and the transmission rod is smaller than the length of the rocker arm rod.
