A transition device is further arranged between the two bases 1 and is positioned on a path for transferring the gas cylinder between the two supporting devices, the transition device comprises a plurality of roller shafts 31 which are sequentially arranged along the X direction and an X-direction translation mechanism which drives the roller shafts 31 to rotate so as to enable the gas cylinder to translate along the X direction, the roller shafts 31 are arranged on a transition seat 32, the roller shafts 31 and the transition seats 32 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the roller shafts 31 are rotatably arranged on the corresponding transition seats 32 through a rotating shaft, chain wheels 33 are arranged on each rotating shaft, the chain wheels 33 on each rotating shaft are connected through chain transmission, one rotating shaft is connected with the X-direction translation mechanism in a transmission manner, and the X-direction translation mechanism drives one roller shaft 31 to rotate so as to drive other roller shafts 31 to synchronously rotate;
the rotation center of the roller shaft 31 extends along the Y direction, the roller shaft 31 includes two conical parts and a connecting part connecting the two conical parts, the conical parts are conical, the connecting part is cylindrical, the conical parts and the connecting part are concentrically arranged, and two ends of the connecting part are respectively connected with the small ends of the two conical parts.
A chip removal device is also arranged below the space between the main spindle box 2 and the top bowl seat 3, and the chip removal device is a spiral chip remover 34.

The processing process of the gas cylinder comprises the following steps:
for convenience of description, the two sets of punching units are divided into a first punching unit and a second punching unit, the two transfer units are divided into a first transfer unit and a second transfer unit, the first transfer unit is disposed on the first punching unit, and the second transfer unit is disposed on the second punching unit;
firstly, adjusting a supporting roller 25 and a roller shaft 31 to a proper height according to the outer diameter and the length of the gas cylinder, moving a tail top seat 4 to a proper position, placing the gas cylinder on a supporting device of a first punching unit, then pushing the gas cylinder to move towards the interior of a top bowl seat 3 by an oil cylinder B22 of the first punching unit so as to enable the gas cylinder to move towards a bowl hole, if the gas cylinder drops towards the end of the top bowl 18 and can not be concentric with a main shaft 10, finely adjusting the gas cylinder to be concentric with the main shaft 10 by upward movement of the top bowl seat 3, tightly pushing the gas cylinder by an oil cylinder B22, feeding a main shaft box 2 of the first punching unit, feeding a cutter, punching one end of the gas cylinder by the main shaft box, withdrawing the material returning plate 12 of the first punching unit to be concentric with the top bowl 18 after punching is completed, retreating by matching with a tail top plate 21 by driving of an oil cylinder A13, pushing the gas cylinder 12 out the gas cylinder from the top bowl seat 3 of the first punching unit, then the tray 30 of the first transfer unit below the gas cylinder rises to lift up the gas cylinder and then moves along the Y direction, move the gas cylinder to the top of roller 31, then the tray 30 descends to place the gas cylinder on roller 31, the tray 30 of the second transfer unit is also located the below of gas cylinder this moment, roller 31 rotates, the gas cylinder moves along the X direction on roller 31, the other end that makes the gas cylinder wait to punch is close to the second top bowl seat 3 that punches the unit, then the tray 30 of the second transfer unit rises to lift up the gas cylinder, then the tray 30Y descends after moving, place the gas cylinder on the strutting arrangement of second punch unit, and in the same way, the operation of punching of the other end of the gas cylinder is carried out.
