After the steel pipe is rotationally transported to the guide seats 12, the right fixing piece 22 positioned on one side of the guide seats 12 moves, the top-driven steel pipe moves leftwards, the end part of the steel pipe moves to the inner die 6 after passing through the two guide seats 12, the inner die 6 is a workpiece with the diameter smaller than that of the steel pipe and the shape matched with that of the steel pipe, the inner die 6 is inserted into the steel pipe in the continuous leftwards movement process of the steel pipe, the fixing of the position of the steel pipe is realized through the right fixing piece 22 and the left fixing piece 21, and the stability of the steel pipe in the machining process is ensured. After the steel pipe position is fixed, two sides of the end part of the steel pipe are punched by using the punching device 3, two punching devices 4 and two punching devices 3 are symmetrically arranged, the two punching devices 4 are connected with a control system in parallel, the two punching devices 3 are connected with the control system in series, the synchronous movement of the punching devices 3 is realized by the two punching devices 3 connected with each other in series, the same force is further ensured to be applied to the steel pipe, the two forces are counteracted in the steel pipe punching process, and the steel pipe is prevented from being damaged due to different sequences of the punching forces. After punching the side of the steel pipe, the punched waste material falls through a blanking hole at the bottom of the inner die 6, so that the cleanliness of the inner die 6 is guaranteed, the inner die 6 is prevented from being blocked by the waste material, and the subsequent punching quality of the steel pipe is affected.
The position of the drilling machine is moved through the control system while punching, and the drilling machines are connected in parallel, so that single movement can be realized, effective drilling of different positions on two sides of the steel pipe can be realized, and the drilling quality and the drilling efficiency are improved. The drilling device 4 and the punching device 3 which are arranged on the horizontal plane are utilized, the operation time can be effectively reduced when maintenance and detection are carried out on all parts on the device by the drilling device 4 and the punching device 3 which are arranged vertically, compared with the operation time, the maintenance and detection time of the device which is arranged on the horizontal plane is 1.5-2.5 hours less than that of the device which is arranged vertically, and meanwhile, the adopted control system is a remote control for the rotating speed and the rotating direction of a motor and the expansion and contraction speed of a cylinder.
After the steel pipe is punched and drilled, the unloading of the steel pipe is realized by using a discharging device 52 with the rotation direction opposite to that of the feeding device 51, and the working principle of the unloading device is opposite to that of the feeding device 51, and is not described in detail herein. The feeding device 51 and the discharging device 52 are symmetrically arranged, so that the position of the steel pipe can be effectively regulated, and the working efficiency and the working quality are improved.
In summary, the invention provides an automatic integrated machine for punching and drilling, which comprises a supporting device, a fixing device, a punching device, a drilling device and an automatic conveying device, wherein the supporting device comprises a supporting frame and a plurality of guide seats, the guide seats are positioned on the supporting frame and positioned on the same axis, the fixing device and the guide seats are positioned on the same axis, the fixing device comprises a left fixing piece and a right fixing piece which are opposite in moving direction, the left fixing piece and the right fixing piece are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the guide seats, the fixing of the positions of steel pipes is realized through the fixing device, and meanwhile, the positions of the steel pipes can be moved, so that the fixing and loosening of the positions of the steel pipes can be realized, the effective disassembly of the steel pipes can be realized while the stability of the positions of the steel pipes is ensured, and the working efficiency is improved; the punching device is positioned on one side of the left fixing piece and comprises an inner die and a symmetrically arranged punching machine, the inner die is connected with the left fixing piece and is positioned on the same axis with the guide seat, a plurality of through holes are formed in the inner die, fixing plates are arranged on two sides of the inner die and fixedly connected with the supporting frame, the fixing plates are used for realizing auxiliary fixing of the positions of the steel pipes, meanwhile, the inner die is used for supporting the interiors of the steel pipes, deformation of the steel pipes due to punching force of the punching machine in the punching process is prevented, and the punching efficiency and the punching quality of the steel pipes are improved; the drilling device is positioned at one side of the punching device and comprises a symmetrically arranged moving track and a drilling machine moving on the moving track, and the drilling machine is utilized to effectively drill the steel pipe, so that punching and drilling integration is realized, and the working efficiency is improved; the automatic conveying device comprises a conveying device, a feeding device and a discharging device, wherein the conveying device comprises a guide plate, a rotating piece and an eccentric piece, the guide plate is obliquely arranged, a limiting groove is formed in the guide plate, the rotating piece comprises an upper straight edge section, an arc-shaped section and a lower straight edge section, the length of the upper straight edge section is larger than that of the lower straight edge section, an upper extending section and a lower extending section are respectively arranged at the ends of the upper straight edge section and the lower straight edge section, an upper limiting column and a lower limiting column are respectively arranged on the upper extending section and the lower extending section, the lower limiting column is movably arranged in the limiting groove, the rotating piece is positioned below the limiting groove, the lower extending section is positioned between the eccentric piece and the guide plate, the rotating piece is positioned on one side of the guide plate, a torsion spring is arranged between the rotating piece and the guide plate, the effective conveying of the position of a steel pipe is realized through the conveying device, the effective feeding of the steel pipe is convenient to realize, the subsequent feeding of the steel pipe is improved, and the labor cost is reduced; the feeding device and the discharging device are identical in structure, the feeding device and the discharging device are opposite in rotation direction, the feeding device comprises a power piece, a rocker arm sleeve and at least two rocker arm devices, each rocker arm device comprises a rocker arm rod, a plurality of driving wheels located in the rocker arm rod and a supporting plate located at the end of the rocker arm rod, each rocker arm rod is connected with the power piece through a driving rod, the rocker arm sleeve is arranged on the driving rod, the rocker arm sleeve is fixedly connected with a fixed wheel, the fixed wheel is matched with the driving wheels, the drilling machine is located between the two rocker arm devices, the supporting plates are driven to support and rotate through rotation of the rocker arm rods, further conveying of the positions of the steel pipes is achieved, subsequent effective punching and drilling are facilitated, meanwhile, the feeding device and the discharging device opposite in rotation direction are adopted, effective feeding and discharging of the steel pipes are achieved, and working efficiency and working quality are improved. The invention has the beneficial effects that: automatic conveying to the steel pipe is realized through conveyer, and then guarantees effective transport of steel pipe, realizes the regulation to the steel pipe position in the transportation process, makes it can realize automated processing, improves work efficiency and working quality, reduces the cost of labor.

The automatic punching and drilling integrated machine is characterized by comprising a supporting device, a fixing device, a punching device, a drilling device and an automatic conveying device, wherein the supporting device comprises a supporting frame and a plurality of guide seats, the guide seats are positioned on the supporting frame and positioned on the same axis, the fixing device and the guide seats are positioned on the same axis, the fixing device comprises a left fixing piece and a right fixing piece which are opposite in moving direction, and the left fixing piece and the right fixing piece are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the guide seats;
the punching device is positioned at one side of the left fixing piece and comprises an inner die and punching machines which are symmetrically arranged, the inner die is connected with the left fixing piece and is positioned on the same axis with the guide seat, a plurality of through holes are formed in the inner die, fixing plates are arranged at two sides of the inner die and are fixedly connected with the supporting frame;
the drilling device is positioned at one side of the punching device and comprises a symmetrically arranged moving track and a drilling machine moving on the moving track;
the automatic conveying device comprises a conveying device, a feeding device and a discharging device, wherein the conveying device comprises a guide plate, a rotating piece and an eccentric piece, the guide plate is obliquely arranged, a limiting groove is formed in the guide plate, the rotating piece comprises an upper straight edge section, an arc-shaped section and a lower straight edge section, the length of the upper straight edge section is larger than that of the lower straight edge section, an upper extending section and a lower extending section are respectively arranged at the ends of the upper straight edge section and the lower straight edge section, an upper limiting column and a lower limiting column are respectively arranged on the upper extending section and the lower extending section, the lower limiting column moves in the limiting groove, the rotating piece is located below the limiting groove, the lower extending section is located between the eccentric piece and the guide plate, the rotating piece is located on one side of the guide plate, and a torsion spring is arranged between the rotating piece and the guide plate;
the feeding device and the discharging device are identical in structure, the feeding device and the discharging device are opposite in rotation direction, the feeding device comprises a power piece, a rocker arm sleeve and at least two rocker arm devices, each rocker arm device comprises a rocker arm rod, a plurality of driving wheels located in the rocker arm rod and a supporting plate located at the end of each rocker arm rod, each rocker arm rod is connected with the power piece through a driving rod, a rocker arm sleeve is arranged on the driving rod, the rocker arm sleeve is fixedly connected with a fixed wheel, the fixed wheel is matched with the driving wheels, and the drilling machine is located between the two rocker arm devices.

The automatic punching and drilling integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein a bearing frame is arranged at the lower end of the material guide plate, a baffle is arranged on the bearing frame, the height of the baffle is higher than the diameter of the steel pipe, and the distance between the end part of the bearing frame and the transmission rod is smaller than the length of the rocker arm rod.

The automatic drilling and integrating machine according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed in the rocker arm, driving wheels are correspondingly arranged in the through holes, four driving wheels are arranged, the driving wheels at the end parts of the rocker arm are connected with a supporting plate through pin keys, a V-shaped groove is formed in the supporting plate, and the V-shaped groove is arranged upwards.

The automated drilling and integrating machine according to claim 1, wherein the eccentric member is connected with a motor, the upper straight edge section, the arc-shaped section and the lower straight edge section are combined to form a U-shaped member, and the length difference between the upper straight edge section and the lower straight edge section is larger than the diameter of the steel pipe.
10. The automated drilling and integration machine of claim 9, wherein the eccentric member is provided with a plane away from the motor end, and the plane has an arc shape with the connecting end of the eccentric member.
