Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置,装置包括依次设置的涂覆辊,涂覆辊活动设在装有PVC涂料的槽体内,用于对面料下表面进行滚涂以形成涂覆面;换向辊,换向辊用于将面料的涂覆面翻转至朝上;匀化机构,匀化机构包括超声波震荡板以及粘接在超声波震荡板上表面的缓冲介质层,缓冲介质层用于与面料的非涂覆面接触以进行超声匀化;加热机构,加热机构用于让面料穿过,以对面料的涂覆面进行加热固化;驱动辊,驱动辊用于对面料进行驱动。该PVC涂覆装置对涂覆面先进行超声匀化,再进行加热固化,使涂覆面更加平整、光滑,减少了厚度不合格的情况,且使得膜层与基层布料粘合更加紧密,由此全方面提高了轻型防护服的质量以及防护效果。

一种轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置
技术领域
本发明涉及防护服技术领域,具体涉及一种轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置。
背景技术
防护服种类包括消防防护服、工业用防护服、医疗款防护服、军用防护服和特殊人群使用防护服,主要应用于消防、军工、船舶、石油、化工、喷漆、清洗消毒、实验室等行业与部门。
在生产制备轻型防护服面料时,需要在基层布料的表面涂覆一层PVC膜,并且需要对膜层的质量进行严格把控。然而,现有的PVC涂覆装置存在一个缺陷,即涂覆的均匀性较差,形成的膜层不平整,并且可能出现膜层厚度不合格的次品,这些次品可以作为其他面料使用,但生产防护服是绝对不可以的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置,其解决了目前轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置涂覆均匀性较差的缺陷。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置,用于对生产轻型防护服的面料进行PVC涂覆,所述装置包括依次设置的
涂覆辊,所述涂覆辊活动设在装有PVC涂料的槽体内,用于对面料下表面进行滚涂以形成涂覆面;
换向辊,所述换向辊用于将面料的涂覆面翻转至朝上;
匀化机构,所述匀化机构包括超声波震荡板以及粘接在超声波震荡板上表面的缓冲介质层,所述缓冲介质层用于与面料的非涂覆面接触以进行超声匀化;
加热机构,所述加热机构用于让面料穿过,以对面料的涂覆面进行加热固化;
驱动辊,所述驱动辊用于对面料进行驱动。
进一步改进在于,所述缓冲介质层由海绵材料或者纤维毡材料制成,且缓冲介质层的厚度不低于1cm。
进一步改进在于,所述匀化机构还包括两个吸收辊,两个吸收辊分列在超声波震荡板的前后端同一高度处,吸收辊用于与面料的非涂覆面接触以吸收震动。
进一步改进在于,所述换向辊有两个。
进一步改进在于,所述装置还包括设在加热机构和驱动辊之间的喷膜机构,所述喷膜机构由厚度检测探头、喷嘴、控制器和储料箱组成,所述喷嘴用于对面料喷膜,所述厚度检测探头实时检测涂覆后面料的厚度值并将厚度值发送至控制器,所述控制器将厚度值与阈值进行比较并根据比较结果控制喷嘴打开或关闭,且具体为当厚度值大于或等于阈值时控制喷嘴打开,当厚度值小于阈值时控制喷嘴关闭,所述储料箱用于为喷嘴提供喷膜用原料。
进一步改进在于,所述喷膜用原料中掺有着色剂。
进一步改进在于,所述加热机构采用中频感应加热器或者均匀分布的电热管。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)该PVC涂覆装置对涂覆面先进行超声匀化,再进行加热固化,使涂覆面更加平整、光滑,粗糙度减小60%以上,减少了厚度不合格的情况,且使得膜层与基层布料粘合更加紧密,由此全方面提高了轻型防护服的质量以及防护效果;
(2)该PVC涂覆装置还可对固化后的面料进行连续性检测,同时对检测厚度合格的区域进行选择性喷膜,方便后期生产防护服时裁剪选用合格面料。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本申请作进一步详细描述,有必要在此指出的是,以下具体实施方式只用于对本申请进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本申请保护范围的限制,该领域的技术人员可以根据上述申请内容对本申请作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
如图1所示,一种轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置,用于对生产轻型防护服的面料1进行PVC涂覆,装置包括依次设置的:
涂覆辊2,涂覆辊2活动设在装有PVC涂料的槽体3内,用于对面料1下表面进行滚涂以形成涂覆面,涂覆辊2转动时,一边将槽体3内的PVC涂料粘起,一边将PVC涂料滚涂到面料1上;另外,涂覆辊2可设置升降调节机构,用于调节滚涂时与面料1的挤压力大小;
换向辊4,换向辊4有两个,用于将面料1的涂覆面翻转至朝上;
匀化机构,匀化机构包括超声波震荡板5以及粘接在超声波震荡板5上表面的缓冲介质层6,缓冲介质层6用于与面料1的非涂覆面接触以进行超声匀化;
加热机构7,加热机构7用于让面料1穿过,以对面料1的涂覆面进行加热固化;
驱动辊8,驱动辊8采用对夹同速转动方式,用于对面料1进行驱动,使面料在上述各个机构中传输。
本发明中,缓冲介质层6由海绵材料或者纤维毡材料制成,且缓冲介质层6的厚度不低于1cm。超声波震荡板5内置超声波发生器,可产生超声震荡,并通过缓冲介质层6将震荡传递至面料1,缓冲介质层6在其中起到了减小振幅,提高震荡均匀性的作用,面料1的非涂覆面与缓冲介质层6可形成一定的挤压效果,让缓冲介质层6产生一定的形变,保证震荡的全面性、均匀性;另外,震荡可以增加涂料的渗透性,使涂料与基层布料的粘合强度提升。
匀化机构还包括两个吸收辊9,两个吸收辊9分列在超声波震荡板5的前后端同一高度处,保证面料1经过匀化机构时处于完全水平状态,吸收辊9与面料1的非涂覆面接触,且面料1可一定的弯曲缠绕,这样可有效吸收两个吸收辊9之间的面料1震动,减少震动往前后两侧继续传递,避免对后面固化造成影响,同时避免前面未固化的涂料滴落。
本发明中,装置还包括设在加热机构7和驱动辊8之间的喷膜机构,喷膜机构由厚度检测探头10、喷嘴11、控制器12和储料箱13组成,喷嘴11用于对面料1喷膜,厚度检测探头10实时检测涂覆后面料1的厚度值并将厚度值发送至控制器12,控制器12将厚度值与阈值进行比较并根据比较结果控制喷嘴11打开或关闭,且具体为当厚度值大于或等于阈值时控制喷嘴11打开,当厚度值小于阈值时控制喷嘴11关闭,储料箱13用于为喷嘴11提供喷膜用原料。例如,预先设置阈值为0.55mm,当检测的某一段的面料1厚度值小于0.55mm,则说明该处面料1涂覆不合格,则不进行喷膜,当检测的某一段的面料1厚度值大于0.55mm,则说明该处面料1涂覆合格,则进行喷膜。
特别的,上述喷膜用原料中掺有着色剂,这样通过观察即可区分合格面料1和不合格面料1,方便后期裁剪使用。另外,喷膜用原料可以是具有耐沾污、耐腐蚀、耐高温等不同功能的原料,这样起到区分作用的同时一并增加了附属功能,以制备不同场所用的防护服。
本发明中,加热机构7采用中频感应加热器或者均匀分布的电热管,起到均匀加热固化的作用。当然,也可采用其他固化机构,例如UV固化器。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置,用于对生产轻型防护服的面料(1)进行PVC涂覆,其特征在于:所述装置包括依次设置的
涂覆辊(2),所述涂覆辊(2)活动设在装有PVC涂料的槽体(3)内,用于对面料(1)下表面进行滚涂以形成涂覆面;
换向辊(4),所述换向辊(4)用于将面料(1)的涂覆面翻转至朝上;
匀化机构,所述匀化机构包括超声波震荡板(5)以及粘接在超声波震荡板(5)上表面的缓冲介质层(6),所述缓冲介质层(6)用于与面料(1)的非涂覆面接触以进行超声匀化;
加热机构(7),所述加热机构(7)用于让面料(1)穿过,以对面料(1)的涂覆面进行加热固化;
驱动辊(8),所述驱动辊(8)用于对面料(1)进行驱动;
所述装置还包括设在加热机构(7)和驱动辊(8)之间的喷膜机构,所述喷膜机构由厚度检测探头(10)、喷嘴(11)、控制器(12)和储料箱(13)组成,所述喷嘴(11)用于对面料(1)喷膜,所述厚度检测探头(10)实时检测涂覆后面料(1)的厚度值并将厚度值发送至控制器(12),所述控制器(12)将厚度值与阈值进行比较并根据比较结果控制喷嘴(11)打开或关闭,且具体为当厚度值大于或等于阈值时控制喷嘴(11)打开,当厚度值小于阈值时控制喷嘴(11)关闭,所述储料箱(13)用于为喷嘴(11)提供喷膜用原料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲介质层(6)由海绵材料或者纤维毡材料制成,且缓冲介质层(6)的厚度不低于1cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述匀化机构还包括两个吸收辊(9),两个吸收辊(9)分列在超声波震荡板(5)的前后端同一高度处,吸收辊(9)用于与面料(1)的非涂覆面接触以吸收震动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型防护服PVC涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述换向辊(4)有两个。
