< method example >
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a call method based on a vehicle terminal provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure is described. The call method involves a vehicle-mounted terminal, which may be the vehicle-mounted terminal 2000 shown in fig. 1, and a service platform, which may provide a call service. In one embodiment, the service platform may be the aforementioned vehicle operation platform with call service functions. In one embodiment, the service platform may be the aforementioned third party call service platform.
The call method based on the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises the following steps:
Step S202, the vehicle-mounted terminal receives a service order, information of the service order is presented on a human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the information of the service order comprises a first interaction control for calling a passenger of the service order.
The vehicle-mounted terminal is provided with the SIM card, and can access to the network through mobile data service provided by the SIM card. The in-vehicle terminal may be installed with an application program, and a driver may receive a service order using the application program to provide vehicle services to passengers of the service order.
In one particular example, a passenger may submit a vehicle demand, which may include a departure location, a destination, a departure time, to vehicle operation platform 1000 via an application of the passenger terminal. Upon receiving a vehicle demand, the order management system of vehicle operation platform 1000 allocates a vehicle to the vehicle demand and then creates a service order.
The service order may include a departure location, a destination, a departure time, a license plate number of a vehicle providing the vehicle service. The service order may also include a unique order number. In one example, the service order also includes the number of the passenger terminal and the number of the driver terminal. In the network taxi-taking scenario, the driver terminal number may be a mobile phone number that the driver binds when registering the account number of the network taxi-taking platform. The number of the passenger terminal may be a mobile phone number reserved in the service order by the passenger, or may be a mobile phone number bound when the passenger registers the account number of the network taxi-sharing platform, which is not limited in this disclosure. In the logistics distribution scenario, the driver terminal number may be a mobile phone number that the driver binds when registering the account number of the logistics distribution platform. The number of the passenger terminal may be a mobile phone number reserved in the service order by the passenger, or may be a mobile phone number bound by the passenger when registering the account number of the logistics distribution platform, which is not limited in this disclosure.
After creating the service order, the vehicle operation platform 1000 may issue the content of the service order to the corresponding passenger terminal, vehicle-mounted terminal, and driver terminal. The contents of the service orders received by the passenger terminal and the driver terminal may not contain the terminal number of the other party.
In one embodiment, the service order received by the vehicle-mounted terminal may contain the complete number of the passenger terminal, i.e., the vehicle-mounted terminal may learn the number of the passenger's terminal of the service order. In one embodiment, the service order received by the vehicle-mounted terminal contains only a portion of the number of the passenger terminal or no number of the passenger terminal at all, i.e., the vehicle-mounted terminal is not able to learn the number of the passenger's terminal of the service order.
After receiving the service order, the vehicle-mounted terminal can present information of the service order on a man-machine interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein the information of the service order comprises a first interaction control for calling a passenger of the service order. The driver may operate the first interactive control, e.g., a click operation, a touch operation, a slide operation, etc. And the vehicle-mounted terminal responds to the operation of the driver on the first interaction control, and initiates a call request with the passenger serving the order.
In one embodiment, the first interactive control is provided with a passenger terminal number label that presents the passenger terminal number in a partially suppressed manner. For example, the tail number of the passenger's cell phone is displayed around the first interactive control. That is, no matter whether the number of the passenger terminal received by the vehicle-mounted terminal is complete or incomplete, only a part of the number of the passenger terminal is displayed on the man-machine interaction interface, and the driver cannot know the number of the terminal of the passenger of the service order. The passenger terminal number labels are arranged around the first interaction control, so that a driver can conveniently understand the purpose of the first interaction control.
In a specific network about vehicle example, referring to fig. 4A, the service order information displayed on the man-machine interface of the vehicle-mounted terminal includes: the ground point (i.e. the place of departure of the passenger) and the destination, further comprises a first interaction control 101, the icon of which first interaction control 101 is in the shape of a telephone and is marked with a "passenger mobile phone tail number XXXX", wherein XXXX is the mobile phone tail number of the passenger of the service order. That is, the driver may initiate a call request with the passenger of the service order by clicking on the first interactive control 101.
And step S204, the vehicle-mounted terminal responds to the operation of the driver on the first interaction control, and initiates a first call request for calling the passenger to the service platform.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the in-vehicle terminal initiates a first call request to call a passenger to a vehicle operation platform having a call service function in response to an operation of a first interactive control by a driver.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the in-vehicle terminal initiates a first call request to call a passenger to a third party call service platform in response to a driver's operation of a first interactive control.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the in-vehicle terminal initiates a first call request to the vehicle operation platform to call the passenger in response to the operation of the first interactive control by the driver, and the first call request is forwarded to the third party call service platform by the vehicle operation platform 1000.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the first call request through the mobile data service provided by the SIM card.
In one embodiment, the first call request carries a passenger terminal number and a driver terminal number. In one embodiment, the first call request carries an order number, and the service platform queries the driver terminal number and the passenger terminal number from the order management system according to the order number.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the first call request of calling the passenger can be directly initiated in response to the operation of the first interaction control by the driver, so that the operation of the driver is facilitated, distraction is avoided, and driving safety is guaranteed.
Step S206, the service platform forms a number binding relationship.
When the service order is created, the service platform binds the driver terminal number and the passenger terminal number of the service order with the first privacy number and the second privacy number to form a binding relation and archives the binding relation. Or after receiving the first call request, the service platform binds the driver terminal number, the passenger terminal number, the first privacy number and the second privacy number to form a binding relation and archives the binding relation.
In one embodiment, the first private number and the second private number may be the same number. In this case, for the service order, there is actually only one privacy number that the driver and passenger can learn, but not the other party's number. In this case, the privacy number may be a fixed telephone number or a mobile telephone number. The mobile phone number is, for example, a virtual mobile phone number.
In another embodiment, the first private number and the second private number may be different numbers. The first privacy number may be a fixed telephone number or a mobile telephone number and the second privacy number may be a fixed telephone number or a mobile telephone number. The mobile phone number is, for example, a virtual mobile phone number. In a specific example, the first privacy number may be a fixed telephone number and the second privacy number a virtual cell phone number. The fixed phone number may be the same fixed phone number as the home location of the driver's terminal number, and the virtual phone number may be the same virtual phone number as the home location of the passenger's terminal number, so as to improve the call completing rate of the called party.
In one embodiment, a private number may be multiplexed simultaneously in multiple sets of different binding relationships that may not relate to the same terminal number.
In one embodiment, the service platform includes a number database that may be used to store private numbers, and the private numbers stored in the number database may be pre-acquired from a telecom operator's telecom operator platform. In one embodiment, the service platform may obtain the privacy number from the telecom operator platform when a binding relationship needs to be formed. The telecommunications carrier may be, for example, a service party providing voice call services.
In one embodiment, the process of forming a binding relationship by the service platform is as follows: selecting a fixed telephone number from a number database of the service platform as a first privacy number, acquiring a virtual mobile phone number from an external virtual mobile phone number service platform as a second privacy number, forming a binding relationship among the fixed telephone number, the virtual mobile phone number, a passenger terminal number and a driver passenger terminal number, recording and archiving, and informing the binding relationship between the first privacy number and the second privacy number to the virtual mobile phone number service platform. when the service order is a carpooling order, namely, when one service order relates to a plurality of passengers, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays a plurality of first interaction controls on a human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the plurality of first interaction controls are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of passengers. Correspondingly, the service platform forms a plurality of groups of binding relations.
For example, when the service order is a carpooling order related to the passenger a and the passenger B, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays two first interaction controls on the man-machine interaction interface, wherein the first interaction control is provided with a terminal number label of the passenger a, and the second interaction control is provided with a label of a terminal number of the passenger B.
The first group of binding relations formed by the service platform are: a driver terminal number, a passenger a terminal number, a first privacy number X1, a second privacy number Y1. The second group of binding relations formed by the service platform are: a driver terminal number, a passenger B terminal number, a first privacy number X2, a second privacy number Y2.
When a driver triggers a first interaction control and initiates a first call request with the passenger A, the service platform calls a driver terminal by using a first privacy number X1 and calls a passenger A terminal by using a second privacy number Y1 according to a first group binding relation, and a call link between the driver terminal and the passenger A terminal is established under the condition that the driver terminal answers the call of the first privacy number X1 and the passenger A terminal answers the call of the second privacy number Y1.
When the driver triggers a second first interaction control and initiates a first call request with the passenger B, the service platform calls the driver terminal by using the first privacy number X2 and calls the passenger B terminal by using the second privacy number Y2 according to a second group binding relation, and a call link between the driver terminal and the passenger B terminal is established under the condition that the driver terminal answers the call of the first privacy number X2 and the passenger terminal answers the call of the second privacy number Y2.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the privacy number is used in the whole conversation process of the driver and the passenger, and the driver and the passenger cannot know the terminal number of the other party, so that privacy protection of the two parties is realized.
In addition, when other people exist on the vehicle, the communication is carried out through the microphone and the loudspeaker of the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the information of the passengers is easy to leak, and certain potential safety hazards exist. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the driver initiates the first call request for calling the passenger through the vehicle-mounted terminal, a call link between the driver terminal and the passenger terminal can be established, so that the problems in the prior art can be avoided, and the passenger information is protected from being revealed.
In one embodiment, the call method based on the vehicle-mounted terminal may further include: steps S1202-S1204.
Step S1202, the service platform terminates the call and sends a fifth notification to the vehicle-mounted terminal when the driver terminal does not answer the call of the first privacy number in the first preset time.
And step S1204, after receiving the fifth notice, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays a retry and pays attention to the call on the man-machine interaction interface.
In this embodiment, the fifth notification may be, for example, "please retry and pay attention to answer the phone call of tail number ZZZZ". At this time, the driver may again operate the first interactive control to re-initiate a call request to the service platform to call the passenger. In this embodiment, after step S208, the binding relationship between the driver terminal number, the passenger terminal number, the first privacy number and the second privacy number is released, so as to recover the first privacy number and the second privacy number, and reuse the privacy numbers is achieved.
In one embodiment, the call method based on the vehicle-mounted terminal may further include: step S802a.
Step S802a, the service platform unbinds the binding relation when the service order is ended.
In this embodiment, when the passenger determines at the passenger terminal that the service order is completed or the driver determines at the vehicle-mounted terminal that the service order is completed at the end of the service order, in response to this operation, the passenger terminal sends a request for unbinding the service platform, the privacy number is carried in the request for unbinding the service platform, the service platform unbinding the driver terminal number, the passenger terminal number, the first privacy number and the second privacy number, and the privacy number carried in the request for unbinding the service platform is recovered. The service platform also sends a request for unbinding the binding relation to the operator service platform, and the operator service platform releases the mapping relation between the driver terminal number and the first privacy number and the mapping relation between the passenger terminal and the second privacy number.
In one embodiment, the call method based on the vehicle-mounted terminal may further include: step S802b.
Step S802b, after the preset time after the service order is ended, the binding relation is released.
In this embodiment, the preset time is a valid period set by the service platform for the private number, and when the valid period of the private number expires, the service platform actively releases the binding relationship between the driver terminal number, the passenger terminal number, the first private number and the second private number from the service platform, and recovers the private number corresponding to the unbinding relationship. When the effective period of the privacy number expires, the service platform also sends a request for unbinding the relation to the operator service platform, and the operator service platform releases the mapping relation between the driver terminal number and the first privacy number and the mapping relation between the passenger terminal and the second privacy number. The preset time may be, for example, 24 hours, and the binding relationship is released 24 hours after the service order is ended. The service order may be ended, for example, by the passenger determining that the service order is completed at the passenger terminal, or by the driver determining that the service order is completed at the vehicle-mounted terminal, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
