According to the vehicle voice reminding device provided by the embodiment of the application, after a vehicle enters a voice assistant mode, an adaptive voice assistant strategy is generated according to the current driving scene, so that accidents such as traffic accidents caused by the fact that a driver is not concentrated on the way of driving the vehicle due to answering a call can be effectively avoided, effective information is efficiently provided for the driver, the driver can miss important information, the experience of the driver when the driver drives the vehicle is improved on the premise that the safety of the driver is guaranteed to the maximum extent, and the reliability and the safety of the vehicle are improved. Therefore, the problems that when a vehicle runs, illegal calling is caused by answering the call, attention is not concentrated easily, accidents such as car accidents are caused, safety of a driver cannot be effectively guaranteed, driving experience of the driver is reduced and the like are solved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. The electronic device may include:
a memory 1201, a processor 1202, and a computer program stored on the memory 1201 and executable on the processor 1202.
The processor 1202, when executing the program, implements the vehicle voice alert method provided in the above-described embodiments.
Further, the electronic device further includes:
a communication interface 1203 for communication between the memory 1201 and the processor 1202.
A memory 1201 for storing computer programs executable on the processor 1202.
Memory 1201 may include high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one disk memory.
If the memory 1201, the processor 1202, and the communication interface 1203 are implemented independently, the communication interface 1203, the memory 1201, and the processor 1202 may be connected to each other by a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 4, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
Optionally, in a specific implementation, if the memory 1201, the processor 1202, and the communication interface 1203 are integrated on one chip, the memory 1201, the processor 1202, and the communication interface 1203 may complete mutual communication through an internal interface.
Processor 1202 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present Application.
The embodiment also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, wherein the program is used for realizing the vehicle voice reminding method when being executed by a processor.

It should be understood that portions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the N steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in a memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. If implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are well known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried out in the method of implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program, when executed, includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product, may also be stored in a computer-readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. While embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it will be understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application and that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations in the above embodiments may be made by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application.

Claims (6)

1. A vehicle voice reminding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting whether the current state of the vehicle meets the starting condition of the voice assistant;
when the starting condition of the voice assistant is met, controlling the vehicle to enter a voice assistant mode, and acquiring the current driving scene of the vehicle; and
generating a voice assistant strategy according to the current driving scene, and controlling the vehicle-mounted voice equipment to respond to corresponding actions according to the voice assistant strategy;
the current driving scene comprises a driving scene of a vehicle owner and a receiving operation scene, wherein the voice assistant strategy is generated according to the current driving scene, and the method comprises the following steps:
if the current driving scene is the driving scene of the vehicle owner, selecting to answer the call requirement of the contact person of the opposite side when the identity identification and/or the answering requirement of the contact person of the opposite side meet the answering condition, and otherwise, recording the telephone information of the contact person of the opposite side;
if the current driving scene is the customer service operation scene, storing the operation information when the identity mark of the contact of the opposite side is an operation mark, and reminding the operation information at intervals of preset time when the operation information is not processed;
the voice assistant turn-on conditions include:
a driver door of the vehicle is closed;
and/or the actual vehicle speed of the vehicle is less than the preset vehicle speed;
and/or closing a safety belt corresponding to the driving position of the vehicle;
and/or, the vehicle is in an ignition state;
and/or the vehicle receives an assistant starting instruction;
further comprising:
when the current state of the vehicle is detected not to meet the starting condition of the voice assistant, judging whether a starting key is triggered;
and if the starting key is triggered, controlling the vehicle to enter the voice assistant mode.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the storing the operational information comprises:
and when the storage space is lower than a preset threshold value or the storage time of the operation information is longer than a preset time, backing up the operation information to a preset terminal.
3. A vehicle voice alert device, comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting whether the current state of the vehicle meets the starting condition of the voice assistant or not;
the acquisition module is used for controlling the vehicle to enter a voice assistant mode and acquiring the current driving scene of the vehicle when the voice assistant starting condition is met; and
the voice assistant module is used for generating a voice assistant strategy according to the current driving scene and controlling the vehicle-mounted voice equipment to respond to corresponding actions according to the voice assistant strategy;
the current driving scene comprises a driving scene of a vehicle owner and a receiving operation scene, wherein the voice assistant module comprises:
the first assistant unit is used for selecting to answer the call requirement of the opposite contact person if the identity identification and/or the answering requirement of the opposite contact person meet the answering condition when the current driving scene is the driving scene of the vehicle owner, otherwise, recording the telephone information of the opposite contact person;
the second assistant unit is used for storing the operation information if the identity mark of the contact of the opposite side is an operation mark when the current driving scene is the customer service operation scene, and reminding the operation information every preset time when the operation information is not processed;
the voice assistant turn-on conditions include:
a driver door of the vehicle is closed;
and/or the actual vehicle speed of the vehicle is less than the preset vehicle speed;
and/or closing a safety belt corresponding to the driving position of the vehicle;
and/or, the vehicle is in an ignition state;
and/or the vehicle receives an assistant starting instruction;
further comprising:
when the current state of the vehicle is detected not to meet the starting condition of the voice assistant, whether a starting key is triggered or not is judged;
and if the starting key is triggered, controlling the vehicle to enter the voice assistant mode.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the second assistant unit is further configured to backup the operation information to a preset terminal when a storage space is lower than a preset threshold or a storage duration of the operation information is longer than a preset duration.
5. An electronic device, comprising: a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor executing the program to implement the vehicle voice alert method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2.
6. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the program being executable by a processor for implementing the vehicle voice alert method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2.
