At present, with the rapid development of man-machine interaction technology, a car machine becomes a carrier for high-frequency interaction requirements of users in a car-mounted scene. Based on the specificity of the interaction scene of the human and the vehicle, the reasonable feedback of the interaction behavior of the user is required to be provided with higher requirements. For example, in a scene of interaction between a person and a car, a requirement is made on when information used for interaction between the person and the car is displayed, so that driving safety is greatly improved, and safety accidents caused by distraction of a driver when the driver checks the information are avoided to a certain extent. On the other hand, the information is displayed in a mode which also provides a requirement, so that the information can appear in the area which is most easy to notice by a driver, the information can be transmitted to the place where the driver aims, and smooth and comfortable interaction experience of people and a vehicle is ensured. Therefore, in the interaction scene between the person and the car, how to feedback and transmit the information used by the interaction in time under the condition of ensuring driving safety in order to enable the user to feel the best interaction experience has become an important problem to be solved.
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the application provides an information reminding method, an information reminding device, information reminding equipment and a storage medium. The application provides an information reminding method, which comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring data source information comprising vehicle state information and driver state information, then determining reminding time and reminding mode of reminding information for interaction between a person and a vehicle based on the data source information, and finally displaying the reminding information according to the determined reminding time and reminding mode, so that the display of the reminding information can be intelligently self-adaptive to the use scene of the interaction between the person and the vehicle, and the reminding information can be timely and effectively fed back and conveyed under the condition of ensuring safe driving of the vehicle, so that a user can feel optimal use experience of man-machine interaction.
In the following, an exemplary application scenario of an embodiment of the present application is described.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, in which a vehicle 100 needs to perform man-machine interaction during driving, for example, a driver of the vehicle 100 interacts with a vehicle machine, a corresponding terminal configured at the vehicle machine end may be an electronic device 200, and the electronic device 200 may be configured to execute the information reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application, so as to provide an information reminding method for information used when a person interacts with the vehicle machine in the vehicle 100, so that the information used for interaction is timely and effectively fed back and conveyed under the condition that the vehicle 100 is safely driven, and a user, that is, the driver of the vehicle 100, experiences an optimal use experience of man-machine interaction.
The electronic device 200 may be a computer, TCU (Transmission Control Unit) control unit, cloud server, etc., and the type of the electronic device 200 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and the electronic device 200 in fig. 1 is shown as a computer.
It should be noted that the application scenario is only schematically shown, and the information reminding method, the device, the equipment and the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the application include but are not limited to the application scenario.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of an information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application includes:
s101: and acquiring data source information.
Wherein the data source information includes vehicle state information and driver state information.
Relevant information capable of characterizing the vehicle driving state and the driver driving state is acquired, and the acquired information is collectively called data source information.
In one possible design, the vehicle state information and the driver state information may be acquired in real time, for example, by built-in sensors in the vehicle. For example, the obtained vehicle state information may include related information that may represent a driving state of the vehicle, such as a current speed of the vehicle, a current road condition, a current weather, a current position, and the like, and the obtained driver state information may include related information that may represent a driving state, such as a current eye gaze direction of the driver, a current gaze pause duration, and the like.
It should be noted that the vehicle state information and the driver state information acquired by the built-in sensor include, but are not limited to, the corresponding information listed above. The specific content of the built-in sensor is not limited, so long as the data source information can be obtained.
S102: and determining a reminding mode of the reminding information according to the data source information.
The reminding mode comprises reminding time and reminding mode.
And determining a reminding mode when reminding information is displayed to the driver based on the data source information, wherein the reminding mode comprises reminding time and reminding mode. The reminding time is when the reminding information is displayed, so that the reminding information can be displayed without causing distraction of a driver. The reminding mode refers to a mode for displaying reminding information so that the reminding information can be transmitted in an area most easily noticeable by a driver. Therefore, the reminding information can be timely fed back and conveyed under the condition of ensuring safe driving, and the driver can feel the best human-computer interaction experience.
It should be noted that, the reminding information is a generic term for all information used for human-computer interaction of the driver, and the specific content of the reminding information is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
S103: and displaying the reminding information according to the reminding mode.
The reminding information is used for the driver to perform man-machine interaction.
After the reminding time and the reminding mode for displaying the reminding information are determined, the reminding information is displayed according to the reminding time and the corresponding reminding mode of the reminding time, so that the reminding information for carrying out man-machine interaction is displayed on the central control screen for the driver.
According to the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, firstly, the data source information is acquired, the acquired data source information comprises the vehicle state information and the driver state information, then, the reminding mode of the reminding information is determined according to the data source information, the reminding mode comprises the reminding time and the reminding mode, and finally, the reminding information is displayed according to the reminding mode and is used for human-computer interaction of the driver. Therefore, in a scene of interaction between a person and a vehicle, the reminding time and the reminding mode of the reminding information are determined by combining the vehicle state information and the driver state information, so that the reminding information is intelligently self-adaptive to the use scene, the reminding information can be timely and effectively fed back and conveyed under the condition of ensuring safe driving of the vehicle, and a user can feel the best use experience of man-machine interaction.
In one possible design, a possible implementation of step S102 is shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flow chart of another information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application includes:
S1021: and determining reminding time according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information.
Wherein the alert opportunity includes a delayed alert or an immediate alert.
And determining whether to delay and feed back the reminding information according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information, wherein if the delay and feed back are delayed, the reminding time is delayed reminding, and if the delay and feed back are not delayed, the reminding time is immediate reminding.
For example, when the driver needs to concentrate on driving, delay feedback should be performed on the reminding information so as to prevent the reminding information from being displayed to distract the driver.
S1022: and if the reminding time is delayed reminding, re-determining the reminding time according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information according to a preset time period until the determined reminding time is immediate reminding.
S1023: and if the reminding time is immediate reminding, determining a reminding mode according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information.
The reminding mode comprises a style and a duration of an information popup window, and the information popup window is used for displaying reminding information.
Through step S1021, it is first determined whether the reminding timing is delayed reminding or immediate reminding according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information. And when the determined reminding time is delayed reminding, re-determining the reminding time according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information according to a preset time period until the determined reminding time is immediate reminding. It is understood that the respective pieces of information included in the vehicle state information and the driving state information are real-time information, and thus the opportunity for reminding is changed according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information at the present moment.
For example, if the reminding timing determined at a certain time based on the vehicle state information and the driver state information corresponding to the certain time is a delayed reminding, the reminding timing is determined again at intervals of 30s from the certain time by using the current information included in the vehicle state information and the driver state information until the determined reminding timing is an immediate reminding. Wherein 30s is the preset time period. It can be understood that the preset time period in the actual working condition can be set correspondingly according to the actual situation, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
Otherwise, when the determined reminding time is immediate reminding, a reminding mode is further determined according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information, for example, the style and the duration of the information popup window for displaying the reminding information are determined. The style of the information popup window can be understood as the display form of the popup window, and the duration of the information popup window can be understood as the display duration of the popup window.
As described in the foregoing embodiment, the determination of the reminding timing is to prevent the driver from being distracted due to the display of the reminding information, for example, if the current vehicle is in a concentrated driving state, the driver needs to concentrate on driving, and if the reminding information is present, the feedback should be delayed, that is, the reminding timing at this time is delayed reminding.
Thus, in one possible design, a possible implementation of step S1021 includes:
And determining whether the current vehicle is in a centralized driving state according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information, and if so, determining the reminding time as delay reminding. Otherwise, if the current vehicle is not in the centralized driving state, the reminding time is determined to be the immediate reminding.
Alternatively, possible implementation steps for determining whether the current vehicle is in a concentrated driving state based on the vehicle state information and the driver state information are shown in fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application includes:
S201: judging whether the current road condition is unobstructed, judging whether the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to a first preset vehicle speed, judging whether the current eye sight direction is right ahead of running and judging whether the current sight pause time is greater than or equal to a first preset pause time.
S202: if yes, determining that the current vehicle is in a centralized driving state.
S203: if any judgment result is negative, determining that the current vehicle is not in the centralized driving state.
Based on the vehicle state information, judging whether the current road condition included in the vehicle state information is unobstructed, judging whether the current vehicle speed included in the vehicle state information is greater than or equal to a first preset vehicle speed, and based on the driver state information, judging whether the current eye sight direction included in the driver state information is right in front of the running of the current vehicle and whether the current sight pause time is greater than or equal to a first preset pause time. And if the judgment results are yes, indicating that the current vehicle is in the centralized driving state, and if any judgment result is no, indicating that the current vehicle is not in the centralized driving state.
For example, the first preset vehicle speed is set to 90KM/h, the first preset pause duration is set to 5s, and if the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to 90KM/h and the current eye gaze direction of the driver is directly ahead of the vehicle and the current pause duration of the eye gaze is greater than or equal to 5s, in other words, the driver directly looks ahead of the vehicle for more than 5s, the current vehicle can be determined to be in a centralized driving state. Otherwise, if the current road condition is not smooth, or the current vehicle speed is not more than 90KM/h, or the driver does not look directly ahead of the vehicle, or the time period of the driver looking directly ahead of the vehicle is not more than 5s, determining that the current vehicle is not in a centralized driving state when any one or two conditions are met.
It should be noted that, the specific values of the first preset vehicle speed and the first preset pause duration are not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, whether the current road condition is unobstructed or not is judged, for example, whether the road is congested or not can be judged according to the number of vehicles on the road where the current vehicle is located, the vehicle distance and other vehicle flow information shot by the camera, or the judgment is carried out according to a vehicle speed change curve formed by the current speed of the current vehicle.
According to the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, whether the current road condition is unobstructed is judged, whether the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to the first preset vehicle speed is judged, whether the current eye sight direction is right in front of running and the current sight pause time is greater than or equal to the first preset pause time is judged based on the driver state information, if yes, the current vehicle is determined to be in a centralized driving state, and if no, the current vehicle is determined to be not in the centralized driving state. And when the current vehicle is in the centralized driving state, determining the reminding time as delay reminding. And otherwise, when the current vehicle is not in the centralized driving state, determining the reminding time as immediate reminding. And when the reminding time is determined to be delayed reminding, the reminding time is determined again according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information according to the preset time period until the determined reminding time is immediately reminding. When the reminding time is determined to be immediately after reminding, a reminding mode is further determined according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information, and the reminding time and the reminding mode in the reminding mode are determined. The intelligent self-adaption of the reminding information and the use scene is realized, the reminding information can be timely and effectively fed back and conveyed under the condition of ensuring safe driving of the vehicle, and the user can feel the best use experience of man-machine interaction.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of another information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, when determining that the reminding time is immediate reminding, possible implementation manners of determining the reminding manner according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information include:
s301: and judging whether the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to the second preset vehicle speed and smaller than the first preset vehicle speed.
And when the reminding time is determined to be the immediate reminding, judging whether the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to the second preset vehicle speed but less than the first preset vehicle speed based on the vehicle state information. If yes, step S302 is executed. If the determination result is no, further determining whether the current road condition is clear, i.e. executing step S303. Wherein the second preset vehicle speed is less than the first preset vehicle speed and is not zero, for example, the second preset vehicle speed is 30KM/h.
S302: if so, determining that the style and the duration of the information popup window are the centering style and the first duration respectively.
When the reminding time is immediate reminding and the current vehicle speed is judged to be greater than or equal to the second preset vehicle speed but smaller than the first preset vehicle speed, a reminding mode for displaying the first duration in a centering mode is adopted to display the information popup window. For example, the style of the information popup is determined as a centered style, which may be shown in fig. 6, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the style of the information popup provided by the embodiment of the present application. The centering pattern may be understood as that the information popup is centered on the center control screen or split screen for display (the center control screen is taken as an example in fig. 6). And determining the duration of the information popup window as the first duration, for example, displaying the information popup window on a central control screen or a split screen for 3.5s, for example, 3.5s is the first duration.
In order to ensure that the reminding information can be transmitted to the destination of the driver, after the first duration is displayed in the centering mode, step S304 is further executed, that is, whether the reminding information is transmitted to the destination of the driver is judged according to the current eye sight direction and the current pause duration.
S303: if not, judging whether the current road condition is smooth.
When the reminding time is immediate reminding and the current vehicle speed is smaller than the second preset vehicle speed, whether the current road condition is smooth or not is further judged. If the current road condition is clear, displaying the information popup window in a reminding mode of displaying the second time length in a centering mode, namely executing step S305. Otherwise, if the current road condition is congested, the congested road condition may cause poor driving experience, so the information pop may be displayed in a bubble suspension mode at a preset position, that is, step S306 is performed, for example, in fig. 7, the information pop is displayed in a bubble suspension mode at the lower right corner of the central control screen or the split screen (in fig. 7, taking the central control screen as an example), and fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a mode of another information pop provided in the embodiment of the present application. To ensure the driving experience, i.e. to perform step S306.
S304: and after the first time period, adjusting the style of the information popup window to be a bubble suspension style of a preset position or closing the information popup window according to the current eye sight direction and the current eye sight pause time period.
After the first time length of the information popup is displayed by adopting the centering mode, the mode of the information popup can be adjusted based on the state information of the driver, or the information popup can be directly closed.
For example, if the current eye sight direction is right ahead of the vehicle and the current eye sight stop time is longer than or equal to the second preset pause time, in other words, if the driver directly looks at the right ahead of the vehicle and exceeds the second preset pause time, the driver may not see the information popup window displayed in the middle pattern, so that the information popup window is continuously displayed by adjusting the pattern of the information popup window from the air bubble suspension pattern with the middle pattern being the preset position, for example, the information popup window is displayed in the right lower corner of the middle control screen or the split screen in an air bubble suspension pattern, so as to ensure that reminding information is transmitted to the driver.
If the current eye sight direction is the direction in which the information popup window is located and the current time length of the eye sight is longer than or equal to the third preset pause time length, the driver defaults to read the reminding information displayed in the information popup window, the information popup window is closed, and the transmission of the reminding information is ended.
S305: if so, determining that the style and the duration of the information popup window are the centering style and the second duration respectively.
S306: if not, determining that the style and the duration of the information popup window are respectively the bubble suspension style and the third duration of the preset position.
When the reminding time is immediate reminding and the current vehicle speed is smaller than the second preset vehicle speed and the current road condition is clear, the information popup window is displayed in a reminding mode of a centering pattern and a second duration, in other words, the determined pattern and duration of the information popup window are the centering pattern and the second duration respectively. Further, step S307 is performed after the second time period is displayed in the centered style.
When the reminding time is immediate reminding and the current vehicle speed is less than the second preset vehicle speed and the current road condition is congested, displaying the information popup window in a reminding mode of a preset position air bubble suspension mode and a third time length, in other words, determining that the information popup window is in the air bubble suspension mode and the third time length of the preset position respectively, for example, displaying the information popup window in the lower right corner of a central control screen or a split screen in the air bubble suspension mode. At this time, the current road condition is congested, and the current vehicle may travel intermittently, so that the information popup window is displayed for a third time period in a bubble suspension mode at a preset position, and then the reminding information is considered to be transmitted to the driver, so that the transmission of the reminding information is completed.
In step S305, after the second duration of the information popup window is displayed in the centered mode, the current vehicle is traveling normally at a speed lower than the second preset vehicle speed because the current road is clear, so that it is still impossible to determine whether the reminding information is already transmitted to the driver after the second duration of the information popup window is displayed in the centered mode, and then step S307 is performed after the second duration to ensure that the reminding information is transmitted to the driver.
S307: and after the first time length, directly adjusting the style of the information popup window into a bubble suspension style at a preset position, or closing the information popup window according to the current eye sight direction and the current eye sight pause time.
For example, after the second duration of the information popup window is displayed in the centering mode, the mode of the information popup window is directly folded from the centering mode to be adjusted to the bubble suspension mode at the preset position, so that the driver can see the information popup window in a large size.
Or determining the reminding information displayed in the information popup according to the current eye sight direction and the current eye sight pause time in the step S304, closing the information popup, and ending the transmission of the reminding information.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the values of the first duration, the second duration, the third duration, the second preset pause duration, and the third preset pause duration may be set according to actual situations, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The above embodiments describe an implementation manner of determining the reminding manner when the second preset vehicle speed is not zero and the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to the second preset vehicle speed. When the current vehicle speed is zero, that is, the current vehicle is in a parking state, the information popup window can be displayed in a full-screen mode, in other words, the information popup window is determined to be in a full-screen mode as shown in fig. 8 (a central control screen is taken as an example in fig. 8), and fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a style of another information popup window provided by the embodiment of the present application. Further, the information popup is closed when a user such as a driver or any other passenger in the vehicle at present actively generates manual interaction, so as to indicate that the driver has read reminding information. Manual interaction acts such as manually touching a central control screen. For example, according to the implementation manner shown in step S304, it may be determined that the driver has read the reminding information, so as to close the information popup window and end the transmission of the reminding information.
According to the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the reminding time is determined to be immediate reminding, the specific reminding mode is determined based on the vehicle state information and the driver state information, and the reminding information is timely and effectively fed back and conveyed under the condition of ensuring safe driving of the vehicle by means of intelligent self-adaption of the reminding information and the use scene, so that a user can feel the optimal use experience of man-machine interaction.
In some embodiments, the types of the current vehicles may be different, and the types of the acquired data source information may be different, so that the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application may need to be further optimized.
For example, the vehicle status information may also include a navigation use status, such as whether the current vehicle has a navigation function enabled, and whether a two-screen display or a full-screen display is employed when the navigation function is enabled. Therefore, if the vehicle state information further includes a navigation use state, the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include a step as shown in fig. 9 before step S102.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of another information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present application includes:
s401: and judging whether a navigation function is started or not according to the navigation use state, and judging whether the current vehicle adopts double-screen display or not.
Judging whether the navigation function is started according to the navigation use state, and judging whether the current vehicle adopts double-screen display. If it is determined that the navigation function is turned on and the current vehicle adopts the two-screen display, step S402 is performed. If it is determined that the navigation function has been turned on but the current vehicle does not employ a two-screen display, for example, a full-screen display, step S403 is performed. If the navigation function is not turned on, step S404 is executed.
S402: if the navigation function is determined to be started and the current vehicle adopts double-screen display, the central control screen of the current vehicle is divided into two, and one divided screen is used for displaying the information popup window.
When the navigation function is started and the current vehicle adopts double-screen display, the central control screen of the current vehicle is divided into two, one of the two screens is used for displaying the information popup window, and the other one of the two screens displays navigation information. As shown in fig. 10, the central control screen is divided into two parts, for example, a left split screen is used for displaying a navigation function, and a right split screen is used for displaying an information popup window. An example of this is shown in centered fashion in fig. 10. It can be understood that, if the style of the information popup window in the determined reminding manner is the bubble suspension style at the preset position and the full-screen style, the centering style shown in fig. 10 may be the full-screen style or the bubble suspension style at the preset position accordingly. In other words, when the split screen display information popup window is adopted, the mode of the information popup window is a centering mode or a full screen mode or a bubble suspension mode at a preset position, and the centering, the preset position and the full screen are relative to the split screen.
S403: if the navigation function is determined to be started and the current vehicle adopts full-screen display, determining that the reminding time is delayed reminding, and continuously judging whether the current vehicle exits full-screen display or the navigation function is closed according to the preset time period and the navigation use state.
When the navigation function is determined to be started and the current vehicle adopts full-screen display, the reminding information is selected to be fed back temporarily without being on-screen, in other words, the reminding time is determined to be delayed reminding. And continuously judging whether the current vehicle exits full screen display according to the preset time period and the navigation using state until the current vehicle is determined to have exited full screen or the navigation function is closed.
For example, when it is determined that the navigation function is turned on and the current vehicle adopts full screen display, and when it is determined that the reminding time is delayed reminding, whether the current vehicle exits full screen display or the navigation function is turned off is judged by using the navigation use state every 30s until it is determined that the current vehicle exits full screen display or the navigation function is turned off, and the judgment is ended.
S404: and if the navigation function is not started, using the central control screen of the current vehicle for displaying the information popup window.
And when the navigation function is not started, the central control screen of the current vehicle is used for displaying the information popup. When the information popup window is displayed by adopting the central control screen, the patterns of the information popup window are the central patterns or the full-screen patterns or the bubble suspension patterns at the preset positions, and the central, full-screen and preset positions are relative to the whole central control screen.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiments, a possible implementation manner of displaying the reminding information according to the reminding mode includes:
And displaying the information popup window to the driver in the whole central control screen or the split screen of the central control screen according to the style and the duration of the information popup window determined in the corresponding reminding time at different reminding time, so that the driver performs man-machine interaction according to the reminding popup window displayed in the information popup window.
According to the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, if the vehicle state information also comprises the navigation use state, before the reminding mode of the reminding information is determined according to the data source information, the method further comprises the step of determining whether the information popup window is a central control screen or a split screen of the central control screen according to the navigation use state, so that the use of the central control screen by other functions of the current vehicle is not influenced by the display of the reminding information for man-machine interaction, the optimal display effect is achieved, and the intelligent self-adaption of the reminding information provided by the embodiment of the application in a use scene is further improved, so that the method is beneficial to use of different vehicle types.
Optionally, in a period when it is determined that the reminding time is delayed and the reminding time needs to be re-determined, and whether the current vehicle exits full-screen display or the navigation function is closed needs to be continuously judged, a bubble suspension pattern at a preset position as shown in fig. 7 is adopted for the reminding information to display an information popup window, the pattern of the information popup window is determined to be the bubble suspension pattern at the preset position, and the bubble suspension pattern is always kept in a suspension state until the reminding time is determined to be immediately reminded or the current vehicle is known to exit full-screen display or the navigation function is closed after the reminding time is determined to be continuously judged. The suspended state refers to storing the process for displaying the reminding information in an external storage space so as to make room for the executing program or data.
