At present, with the rapid development of a human-computer interaction technology, a vehicle machine becomes a carrier for a user to have a high-frequency interaction requirement in a vehicle-mounted scene. And based on the particularity of the interaction scene of people and the vehicle machine, a higher requirement is necessarily put forward for reasonable feedback of the interaction behavior of the user. For example, in a human-machine interaction scene, a requirement is made on when information used for human-machine interaction is displayed, so that driving safety is greatly improved, and safety accidents caused by distraction due to the fact that a driver checks and receives the information are avoided to a certain extent. On the other hand, the method also provides requirements on the way of displaying the information so that the information can appear in the area which is most easily noticed by the driver, the information can be transmitted at the place where the driver is in the sight, and smooth and comfortable interaction experience of people and the vehicle-mounted computer is guaranteed. Therefore, in a human-vehicle interaction scene, how to enable a user to feel an optimal interaction experience and timely feed back and convey information used for interaction while ensuring driving safety has become an important problem to be solved.
In view of the above problems in the prior art, the present application provides an information reminding method, apparatus, device and storage medium. The invention conception of the information reminding method provided by the application is as follows: the method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining data source information comprising vehicle state information and driver state information, then determining a reminding opportunity and a reminding mode of reminding information for interaction between a person and a vehicle machine based on the data source information, and finally displaying the reminding information according to the determined reminding opportunity and the reminding mode, so that the display of the reminding information can be intelligently adaptive to a use scene of interaction between the person and the vehicle machine, the reminding information can be timely and effectively fed back and transmitted under the condition of ensuring safe driving of a vehicle, and a user can feel the best use experience of human-computer interaction.
An exemplary application scenario of the embodiments of the present application is described below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario provided by an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, a vehicle 100 needs to perform human-computer interaction during a driving process, for example, a driver of the vehicle 100 interacts with a vehicle machine, a corresponding terminal configured at a vehicle end may be an electronic device 200, and the electronic device 200 may be configured to execute an information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the present application, so as to provide an information reminding method for information used when a person interacts with the vehicle machine in the vehicle 100, so that information used for interaction is timely and effectively fed back and conveyed under the condition that safe driving of the vehicle 100 is ensured, and a user, that is, the driver of the vehicle 100, experiences optimal use of the human-computer interaction.

It should be noted that the application scenarios are only schematic illustrations, and the information reminding method, apparatus, device and storage medium provided in the embodiment of the present application include, but are not limited to, the application scenarios.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the information reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
s101: and acquiring data source information.
Wherein the data source information includes vehicle status information and driver status information.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining relevant information capable of representing the vehicle driving state and the driver driving state, wherein the obtained information is referred to as data source information.
In one possible embodiment, the vehicle state information and the driver state information can be acquired in real time, for example, by means of built-in sensors in the vehicle. For example, the acquired vehicle state information may include related information that may represent a driving state of the vehicle, such as a current vehicle speed, a current road condition, a current weather, and a current location of the vehicle, and the acquired driver state information may include related information that may represent a driving state, such as a current eye sight direction of a driver, a current stop duration of a sight line, and the like.
It should be noted that the vehicle state information and the driver state information acquired by the built-in sensor include, but are not limited to, the above listed corresponding information. The built-in sensor may be, for example, a vehicle-mounted radar, a camera, an eye tracker, or the like, and the specific content of the built-in sensor is not limited in the present application as long as the data source information can be acquired.
S102: and determining a reminding mode of the reminding information according to the data source information.
The reminding mode comprises a reminding time and a reminding mode.
And determining a reminding mode when reminding information is displayed to the driver based on the data source information, wherein the reminding mode comprises a reminding time and a reminding mode. The reminding time refers to when the reminding information is displayed, so that the reminding information can be displayed without causing driver distraction. The reminding manner refers to a manner in which the reminding information is displayed so that the reminding information is conveyed in an area which is most easily noticed by the driver. Therefore, the reminding information can be fed back and transmitted in time under the condition of ensuring safe driving, and the driver can feel the best human-computer interaction experience.
It should be noted that the reminder information is a general term for all information used for human-computer interaction of the driver, and the specific content of the reminder information is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
S103: and displaying the reminding information according to the reminding mode.
The reminding information is used for man-machine interaction of a driver.
After the reminding time and the reminding mode for displaying the reminding information are determined, the reminding information is displayed according to the reminding time and the corresponding reminding mode of the reminding time so as to display the reminding information for man-machine interaction on the central control screen for the driver.
The information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the steps of firstly obtaining data source information, determining a reminding mode of reminding information according to the data source information, wherein the obtained data source information comprises vehicle state information and driver state information, and finally displaying the reminding information according to the reminding mode, and the reminding information is used for man-machine interaction of a driver. Therefore, in a scene of human-vehicle interaction, the reminding opportunity and the reminding mode of the reminding information are determined by combining the vehicle state information and the driver state information, so that the reminding information is intelligently adaptive to a use scene, the reminding information can be timely and effectively fed back and conveyed under the condition of ensuring the safe driving of the vehicle, and a user can feel the optimal use experience of human-computer interaction.
In one possible design, a possible implementation of step S102 is shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of another information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the present application includes:
s1021: and determining reminding time according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information.
Wherein, the reminding time comprises delayed reminding or immediate reminding.
And determining whether to carry out delayed feedback on the reminding information or not according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information, wherein if the delayed feedback indicates that the reminding time is delayed reminding, and if the delayed feedback does not indicate that the reminding time is immediate reminding.
For example, when the driver needs to pay attention to driving, the driver should delay feedback of the reminding information to prevent the reminding information from being displayed and distracting the driver.
S1022: and if the reminding time is delayed reminding, re-determining the reminding time according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information according to a preset time period until the determined reminding time is immediate reminding.
S1023: and if the reminding time is instant reminding, determining a reminding mode according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information.
The reminding mode comprises the style and the duration of the information popup, and the information popup is used for displaying reminding information.
Through step S1021, it is first determined whether the reminding timing is a delayed reminding or an immediate reminding according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information. And when the determined reminding time is delayed reminding, re-determining the reminding time according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information according to a preset time period until the determined reminding time is immediate reminding. It can be understood that the corresponding information included in the vehicle state information and the driving state information is real-time information, so that the reminding opportunity changes according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information at the current moment.
For example, if the reminding time determined according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information corresponding to a certain moment is delayed reminding at a certain moment, the reminding time is determined again at intervals of 30s from the certain moment by using the current information included in the vehicle state information and the driver state information until the determined reminding time is immediate reminding. Wherein, 30s is the preset time period. It can be understood that the preset time period in the actual working condition may be set correspondingly according to the actual situation, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
Otherwise, when the determined reminding time is immediate reminding, a reminding mode is further determined according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information, for example, the style and the duration of an information popup window used for displaying the reminding information are determined. The style of the information popup can be understood as the display form of the popup, and the duration of the information popup can be understood as the display duration of the popup.
As described in the foregoing embodiments, the determination of the reminding time is to prevent the display of the reminding information from causing driver distraction, for example, if the current vehicle is in a concentrated driving state, the driver needs to concentrate on driving, and if there is the reminding information, the feedback should be delayed, that is, the reminding time is delayed reminding.
Thus, in one possible design, a possible implementation of step S1021 includes:
and determining whether the current vehicle is in a centralized driving state or not according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information, and if so, determining the reminding time as delayed reminding. And otherwise, if the current vehicle is not in the centralized driving state, determining the reminding time as immediate reminding.
Alternatively, possible implementation steps for determining whether the current vehicle is in the concentrated driving state according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information are shown in fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of another information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the embodiment of the present application includes:
s201: and judging whether the current road condition is smooth or not, and judging whether the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to a first preset vehicle speed or not, and whether the current sight line direction of the eyeballs is right ahead of the vehicle and the sight line current pause time length is greater than or equal to the first preset pause time length or not.
S202: and if so, determining that the current vehicle is in a centralized driving state.
S203: and if any judgment result is negative, determining that the current vehicle is not in the centralized driving state.
And judging whether the current road condition included by the vehicle state information is smooth or not and whether the current vehicle speed included by the vehicle state information is greater than or equal to a first preset vehicle speed or not based on the vehicle state information, and judging whether the current sight line direction of eyeballs included by the driver state information is right ahead of the current vehicle and the current sight line pause time is greater than or equal to the first preset pause time or not based on the driver state information. If the judgment results are yes, the current vehicle is in the centralized driving state, and if any judgment result is no, the current vehicle is not in the centralized driving state.
For example, if the first preset vehicle speed is set to 90KM/h and the first preset pause duration is set to 5s, under the condition that the current road condition is unobstructed, if the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to 90KM/h and the current eye sight direction of the driver is right ahead of the vehicle and the current pause duration of the sight is greater than or equal to 5s, in other words, if the driver looks straight ahead of the vehicle for more than 5s, it may be determined that the current vehicle is in the centralized driving state. Otherwise, if the current road condition is not smooth, or the current speed is not over 90KM/h, or the driver is not looking straight ahead, or the time length of the driver looking straight ahead is not over 5s, and when any one or two of the conditions are met, the current vehicle is determined not to be in the centralized driving state.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, specific values of the first preset vehicle speed and the first preset pause duration are not limited.
In addition, whether the current road condition is smooth is judged, for example, whether the road is congested or not can be judged according to traffic information such as the number of vehicles, inter-vehicle distances and the like on the road where the current vehicle is located, which is shot by the camera, or according to a vehicle speed change curve formed by the current vehicle speed of the current vehicle, the judgment means of whether the current road condition is smooth or not is not limited.
The information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application judges whether the current road condition is smooth or not based on the vehicle state information, judges whether the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to a first preset vehicle speed or not, judges whether the current sight line direction of eyeballs is right ahead of the driving and the current sight line pause time length is greater than or equal to the first preset pause time length or not based on the driver state information, determines that the current vehicle is in a centralized driving state if the judgment results are yes, and determines that the current vehicle is not in the centralized driving state if any judgment result is not. And when the current vehicle is determined to be in the centralized driving state, determining the reminding time as delayed reminding. And otherwise, when the current vehicle is determined not to be in the centralized driving state, determining the reminding time as immediate reminding. And when the reminding time is determined to be delayed reminding, re-determining the reminding time according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information according to a preset time period until the determined reminding time is immediate reminding. And when the reminding time is determined to be the instant reminding time, a reminding mode is further determined according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information, and the reminding time and the reminding mode in the reminding mode are determined. The intelligent self-adaption of the reminding information and the use scene is realized, the reminding information can be timely and effectively fed back and conveyed under the condition that safe driving of the vehicle is guaranteed, and a user can feel the optimal use experience of man-machine interaction.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of another information reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, when determining that the reminding time is immediate reminding, the possible implementation manners of determining the reminding manner according to the vehicle state information and the driver state information include:
s301: and judging whether the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to a second preset vehicle speed and less than a first preset vehicle speed.
And when the reminding time is determined to be instant reminding, judging whether the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to a second preset vehicle speed but less than a first preset vehicle speed or not based on the vehicle state information. If yes, go to step S302. If the determination result is no, further determining whether the current road condition is smooth, namely executing step S303. The second preset vehicle speed is less than the first preset vehicle speed and is not zero, for example, the second preset vehicle speed is 30 KM/h.
S302: if yes, determining the style and the duration of the information popup to be a centered style and a first duration respectively.
And when the reminding time is prompt, and the current vehicle speed is judged to be greater than or equal to the second preset vehicle speed but less than the first preset vehicle speed, displaying the information popup window in a reminding mode with a first duration by adopting a centered mode. For example, the style of the information popup is determined as a centered style, and the centered style may be, for example, as shown in fig. 6, where fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a style of the information popup provided in the embodiment of the present application. The centering pattern can be understood as that the information popup is centered on the center control screen or split screen for display (the center control screen is taken as an example in fig. 6). And determining the duration of the information popup as a first duration, for example, displaying the information popup on the central control screen or the split screen for 3.5s, where 3.5s is the first duration, for example.
In order to ensure that the reminding information can be transmitted at the place where the driver is located, after the first time period is displayed in the centered mode, the step S304 is further executed, namely, whether the reminding information is transmitted at the place where the driver is located is judged according to the current sight line direction of the eyeball and the time period for realizing the current pause.
S303: if not, judging whether the current road condition is smooth or not.
And when the reminding opportunity is prompt and the current speed is judged to be less than the second preset speed, further judging whether the current road condition is smooth. If the current road condition is smooth, displaying the information popup window in a reminding mode with a second duration by adopting a centered mode, namely executing the step S305. On the contrary, if the current road condition is congested, the congested road condition may cause poor driving experience, and therefore the information popup may be displayed in a bubble suspension manner at a preset position, that is, step S306 is executed, for example, the information popup is displayed in a bubble suspension manner at the lower right corner of the central control screen or the split screen shown in fig. 7 (the central control screen is taken as an example in fig. 7), and fig. 7 is a schematic view of another type of the information popup provided in this embodiment of the present application. To ensure the driving experience, step S306 is executed.
S304: and after the first time length, adjusting the pattern of the information popup into a bubble suspension pattern at a preset position or closing the information popup according to the current sight line direction of the eyeball and the current sight line pause time length.
After the information popup is displayed in a centered manner for the first time period, the style of the information popup can be adjusted based on the driver state information, or the information popup can be directly closed.
For example, if the current sight direction of the eyeball is the front of the driver and the current sight pause duration is greater than or equal to the second preset pause duration, in other words, if the driver looks directly ahead of the driver and exceeds the second preset pause duration, it indicates that the driver may not see the information popup displayed in the centered manner, and therefore the manner of adjusting the information popup continues to display the information popup from the bubble suspension manner in which the centered manner is the preset position, for example, the information popup is displayed in the bubble suspension manner in the lower right corner of the center control screen or the split screen, so as to ensure that the reminding information is transmitted to the driver.
And if the current sight direction of the eyeball is the direction of the information pop-up window and the current sight pause time length is greater than or equal to a third preset pause time length, the reminding information displayed in the information pop-up window is read by the driver in a default mode, the information pop-up window is closed, and the transmission of the reminding information is finished.
S305: if yes, determining the pattern and the duration of the information popup as a centering pattern and a second duration respectively.
S306: if not, determining the pattern and the time length of the information popup window as the bubble suspension pattern and the third time length of the preset position respectively.
When the reminding time is instant reminding and the current road condition is smooth when the current vehicle speed is less than the second preset vehicle speed, the information popup window is displayed by adopting a centered mode and a second time length reminding mode, in other words, the determined mode and the determined time length of the information popup window are respectively the centered mode and the second time length. Further, step S307 is executed after displaying the second duration in the centered mode.
When the reminding time is instant reminding and the current road condition is congested when the current speed is less than the second preset speed, displaying the information popup window by adopting a reminding mode of a preset position bubble suspension pattern and a third time length, in other words, determining that the pattern and the time length of the information popup window are respectively the bubble suspension pattern and the third time length of the preset position, for example, displaying the information popup window by adopting the bubble suspension pattern at the lower right corner of a central control screen or a split screen. And when the current road condition is congested and the current vehicle is likely to run intermittently, the reminding information is considered to be transmitted to the driver after the information popup is displayed for the third time in a bubble suspension mode at the preset position, and the transmission of the reminding information is completed.
In step S305, after the information pop-up window is displayed in the centered manner for the second duration, because the current road is clear, the current vehicle is running normally at a speed lower than the second preset vehicle speed, and therefore, after the information pop-up window is displayed in the centered manner for the second duration, it is still impossible to clearly remind the driver whether the information has been transmitted to the driver, and then, after the second duration, step S307 is executed to ensure that the reminding information is transmitted to the driver.
S307: after the first time, the style of the information popup is directly adjusted to be the bubble suspension style at the preset position, or the information popup is closed according to the current sight line direction of the eyeballs and the current sight line pause time.
For example, after the information pop-up window is displayed in a centered mode for the second time, the mode of the information pop-up window is directly folded in the centered mode to be adjusted to be the bubble suspension mode of the preset position, and therefore the driver can see the information pop-up window in a large size.
Or, determining the reminding information displayed in the information popup window read by the driver by adopting the implementation mode of closing the information popup window according to the current sight line direction and the current sight line pause duration of the eyeball in the step S304, further closing the information popup window, and finishing the transmission of the reminding information.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, respective values of the first duration, the second duration, the third duration, and the second preset pause duration and the third preset pause duration may be set according to an actual situation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The above embodiment describes the implementation manner of determining the reminding mode when the second preset vehicle speed is not zero and the current vehicle speed is greater than or equal to the second preset vehicle speed. When the current vehicle speed is zero, that is, the current vehicle is in the parking state, the information popup may be displayed in a full screen mode, that is, the mode of the information popup is determined to be the full screen mode (taking the central control screen as an example in fig. 8) as shown in fig. 8, where fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of another mode of the information popup provided in the embodiment of the present application. Further, the information popup is closed when a user actively generates manual interactive action, such as the driver or any other passenger currently in the vehicle, to indicate that the driver has read the reminder information. And manual interaction behaviors such as manual touch of the central control screen and the like. For example, the driver may determine that the reminder information has been read according to the implementation manner shown in step S304, so as to close the information pop-up window and end the transmission of the reminder information.
According to the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the reminding opportunity is determined to be reminding immediately, the specific reminding mode is determined based on the vehicle state information and the driver state information, and the reminding information is intelligently adaptive to the use scene, so that the reminding information can be timely and effectively fed back and conveyed under the condition that the safe driving of a vehicle is guaranteed, and a user can feel the best use experience of man-machine interaction.
In some embodiments, the types of the current vehicles may be different, and the types of the acquired data source information may be different, so that the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the present application may need to be further optimized.
For example, the vehicle status information may also include a navigation use status, such as whether the navigation function is currently enabled by the vehicle, and whether a dual-screen display or a full-screen display is used when the navigation function is enabled. Therefore, if the vehicle state information further includes a navigation use state, before step S102, the information reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the step shown in fig. 9.
Fig. 9 is a schematic flowchart of another information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the embodiment of the present application includes:
S401: and judging whether the navigation function is started or not according to the navigation use state, and whether the current vehicle adopts double-screen display or not.
And judging whether the navigation function is started or not according to the navigation use state, and judging whether the current vehicle adopts double-screen display or not. If the navigation function is determined to be started and the current vehicle adopts the double-screen display, the step S402 is executed. If it is determined that the navigation function is turned on but the current vehicle does not adopt the dual-screen display, for example, the full-screen display, step S403 is performed. If it is determined that the navigation function is not turned on, step S404 is performed.
S402: if the navigation function is determined to be started and the current vehicle adopts double-screen display, the central control screen of the current vehicle is divided into two, and one screen is used for displaying the information popup window.
And when the navigation function is determined to be started and the current vehicle adopts double-screen display, dividing the central control screen of the current vehicle into two parts, wherein one part of the central control screen is used for displaying the information popup window, and the other part of the central control screen is used for displaying the navigation information. As shown in fig. 10, the center control screen is divided into two parts, for example, a left split screen is used to display the navigation function, and a right split screen is used to display the information popup. The centered pattern is illustrated in fig. 10. It can be understood that, if the style of the information popup in the determined reminding mode is a bubble suspension style at a preset position and a full screen style, the centering style shown in fig. 10 may be a full screen style or a bubble suspension style at a preset position, respectively. In other words, when the information popup is displayed in a split screen mode, the mode of the information popup is a centered mode, a full screen mode or a bubble suspension mode at a preset position, and the centered, preset position and the full screen are relative to the split screen.
S403: and if the navigation function is determined to be started and the current vehicle is displayed in a full screen mode, determining the reminding time as delayed reminding, and judging whether the current vehicle exits from the full screen mode or the navigation function is closed according to the preset time period and the navigation using state continuity.
When the navigation function is determined to be started and the current vehicle is displayed in a full screen mode, the reminding information is selected to be temporarily stopped to be fed back on the screen, in other words, the reminding time is determined to be delayed reminding. And further judging whether the current vehicle exits from the full screen display or not according to the preset time period and the navigation use state continuity until the continuity judgment is finished when the current vehicle exits from the full screen or the navigation function is closed.
For example, when it is determined that the navigation function is turned on and the current vehicle adopts full-screen display and the reminding opportunity is delayed reminding, whether the current vehicle exits full-screen display or the navigation function is turned off is judged by using the navigation use state every 30s until it is determined that the current vehicle exits full-screen display or the navigation function is turned off, and the judgment is finished.
S404: and if the navigation function is not started, using the central control screen of the current vehicle for displaying the information popup window.
And when the navigation function is determined not to be started, the central control screen of the current vehicle is used for displaying the information popup window. When the information popup is displayed by the central control screen, the mode of the information popup is a central mode or a full-screen mode or a central, full-screen and preset position related in a bubble suspension mode at a preset position, and the central, full-screen and preset positions are all relative to the whole central control screen.
Optionally, possible implementation manners of displaying the reminding information according to the reminding mode in the foregoing embodiments include:
and displaying the information popup window to the driver in the whole central control screen or the split screens of the central control screen at different reminding occasions according to the style and the duration of the information popup window determined at the corresponding reminding occasions, so that the driver performs man-machine interaction according to the reminding popup window displayed in the information popup window.
According to the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, if the vehicle state information further comprises the navigation use state, before the reminding mode of the reminding information is determined according to the data source information, the split screen which is used for displaying the information popup window and is the central control screen or the central control screen is determined according to the navigation use state, so that the display of the reminding information for man-machine interaction does not influence the use of other functions of the current vehicle on the central control screen, the best display effect is achieved, the intelligent self-adaption of the reminding information provided by the embodiment of the application to the use scene is further improved, and the use of different vehicle types is facilitated.
Optionally, during the period when it is determined that the reminding time is the delayed reminding and the reminding time needs to be determined again, and whether the current vehicle exits from the full-screen display or the navigation function is closed needs to be continuously judged, the information popup window is displayed by adopting the bubble suspension mode at the preset position shown in fig. 7 for the reminding information, the mode of the information popup window is determined to be the bubble suspension mode at the preset position, and the bubble suspension mode is kept in the suspension state until it is determined that the reminding time is the immediate reminding or the continuous judgment is made, and it is known that the current vehicle exits from the full-screen display or the navigation function is closed. The suspend state refers to storing a process for displaying the reminding information into an external storage space to make room for the program or data being executed.
