When the communication is to receive the short message, the telephone gateway calls a system API (API provided by Android for example) to detect that a public network user of the PLMN sends the short message, then obtains a calling number in the short message, constructs a short message receiving request message and sends the short message receiving request message to a server, wherein the short message receiving request message carries information such as a public network user number, a calling type of the public network forwarding, a called number (which can be a designated mobile application APP number or a special number, such as 123#) and the like through an extended cell. After receiving the short message receiving response of the mobile application APP forwarded by the server, the telephone gateway calls a system short message API (for example, an Android system short message API) to respond that the public network user receives the short message, and the short message of the local telephone is forwarded to the network telephone.
The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following examples.
In the following embodiments, the mobile application APP is described by taking an application in apple IOS system (IOS APP) as an example. The mobile application IOS APP is installed in a mobile terminal of the apple iPhone to realize network telephone functions (such as a telephone function and a short message function), and a communication network is provided by a local communication operator in a public land mobile network to realize the local telephone function; the server is accessed to the mobile application APP through the Internet to provide services, and the telephone gateway is arranged in the home of the user.
The server associates the IOS APP account with the telephone gateway account, and when the IOS APP account or the telephone gateway account logs in, the server issues the association binding relationship between the IOS APP account and the telephone gateway account to the IOS APP or the telephone gateway.
The first embodiment is as follows: dialing telephone
Please refer to fig. 2. The embodiment of the invention provides a flow chart for dialing by applying the method of the invention.
And the mobile terminal IOS APP user dials the PLMN public network user phone to communicate with the PLMN public network user. The specific process is as follows:
1. the mobile terminal IOS APP user directly dials the local public network user number of the PLMN public network user through the IOS APP to initiate the call. And the IOS APP sends a call request message to the server, wherein the called number carried in the call request message is a public network user number.
2. The server receives a call request sent by the mobile terminal through the IOS APP, performs number analysis on a called number in the call request, selects a telephone gateway bound by the IOS APP if the number is judged to be a public network user, and then routes the call request to the telephone gateway correspondingly bound; and if no idle telephone gateway exists, rejecting the call and returning a system busy prompt tone to the IOS APP terminal. The server sends a call request message (the call type is public network forwarding, and the called number is the number registered to the server by the telephone gateway) to the telephone gateway, and meanwhile, the expanded cell in the call request message carries the public network user number dialed by the IOS APP terminal user.
3. And after receiving the call request sent by the server, the telephone gateway judges that the call type is public network forwarding, acquires a public network user number carried by the expanded cell, and then calls an API (application program interface) provided by Android to automatically dial a PLMN (public land mobile network) public network user.
4. After receiving the call request, the PLMN public network user returns a call response to the telephone gateway.
5. And after detecting the call response of the public network user, the telephone gateway software returns a call response message to the server.
6. And after receiving the call response message returned by the telephone gateway, the server forwards the call response message to the IOS APP terminal.
At the moment, the IOS APP mobile terminal establishes voice call connection with the public network user. After the voice call connection, the telephone gateway software calls an Android system recording API to acquire a voice code stream sent by a PLMN public network user in real time, sends the voice code stream to a server, and then forwards the voice code stream to an IOS APP terminal in real time through the server; and after receiving the voice code stream transmitted by the IOS APP terminal and forwarded by the server, the telephone gateway terminal calls an Android system playback API and forwards the voice code stream to the PLMN public network user in real time (calls an Android related API through a public network GSM module).
Example two: answering telephone
Please refer to fig. 3. The embodiment of the invention provides a flow chart for answering a call by applying the method of the invention.
And the mobile terminal IOS APP user answers the call of the PLMN public network user. And the PLMN public network user dials the IOS APP mobile terminal to communicate with the IOS APP mobile terminal IOS APP user. The specific process is as follows:
1. and the PLMN public network user dials the telephone number of the telephone gateway and communicates with the IOS APP mobile terminal IOS APP user corresponding to the telephone gateway equipment.
2. When detecting the PLMN public network call incoming call, the software of the telephone gateway acquires the calling number of the public network call, constructs a call request and sends the call request to the server. The extension cell in the call request message carries information such as a public network calling number, a call type of the public network forwarding, a called number (which may be a designated IOS APP number or a special number, for example, 123#), and the like.
3. The server receives a call request sent by the telephone gateway, acquires information such as a public network calling number, a calling type of public network forwarding, a called number (which can be a designated IOS APP number or a special number, such as 123#), and the like carried by the expanded cell from the call request message, judges that the call is the public network forwarding, and then judges the called number. If the called number is the appointed number of the IOS APP, the call request is forwarded to the appointed user of the IOS APP mobile terminal IOS APP; if the called number is a special number, the IOS APP account number associated with the telephone gateway is selected, and then the call request message is forwarded to the IOS APP account number, wherein the calling number of the public network is carried in the call request message through the expanded cell, and the call type is forwarded by the public network.
4. And after the IOS APP completes the call, the calling number of the public network is displayed as a calling user. The IOS APP sends a call response message to the server.
5. After receiving the call response message, the server forwards the message to the telephone gateway.
6. And after receiving the call response of the IOS APP mobile terminal forwarded by the server, the telephone gateway calls an API (application program interface) provided by the Android to respond to the call of the public network user.
At the moment, the IOS APP mobile terminal establishes voice call connection with the public network user. After the voice call connection, the telephone gateway software calls an Android system recording API to acquire a voice code stream sent by a PLMN public network user in real time, sends the voice code stream to a server, and then forwards the voice code stream to an IOS APP terminal in real time through the server; and after receiving the voice code stream transmitted by the IOS APP terminal and forwarded by the server, the telephone gateway calls an Android system playback API and forwards the voice code stream to the PLMN public network user in real time (calls an Android related API through a public network GSM module).
Example three: sending short message
Please refer to fig. 4. The embodiment of the invention provides a flow chart for sending short messages by applying the method.
And the mobile terminal IOS APP user sends a short message to the PLMN public network user. The specific process is as follows:
1. the mobile terminal IOS APP user inputs the public network user number and the short message of the PLMN public network user through the IOS APP and sends the short message to the public network user. At the moment, the mobile terminal sends a short message request message to the server through the IOS APP, the short message request message carries a called number as a public network user number, and the short message is sent to a public network user.
2. The server receives a short message request sent by the mobile terminal through the IOS APP, performs number analysis on a called number in the short message request, judges that the called number is a public network user, selects a telephone gateway bound with the IOS APP, and then routes a message for sending the short message request to a related telephone gateway; if no idle telephone gateway exists, the short message is stored on line and then sent to the telephone gateway, and a short message response message is sent back to the IOS APP. The server sends a short message request message (called as an IOS APP user, the type of the short message is public network forwarding, and the called number is the number registered to the server by the telephone gateway) to the telephone gateway, and simultaneously, the expanded cell in the short message request message is sent to carry the public network user number input by the IOS APP terminal user.
3. And after receiving the short message request sent by the server, the telephone gateway judges that the type of the short message is public network forwarding, acquires a public network user number carried by the expanded cell, and then calls an API (application programming interface) provided by Android to send the short message to a PLMN (public land mobile network) public network user.
4. After receiving the short message, the PLMN public network user sends a short message response to the telephone gateway.
5. And after detecting that the PLMN public network user receives the short message, the telephone gateway software returns a short message response sending message to the server.
6. And after receiving the short message sending response message returned by the telephone gateway, the server forwards the short message sending response message to the IOS APP terminal.
Example four: receiving short message
Please refer to fig. 5. The embodiment of the invention provides a flow chart for receiving a short message by applying the method of the invention.
The mobile terminal IOS APP user receives the short message sent by the PLMN public network user, and the PLMN public network user sends the short message to the IOS APP mobile terminal. The specific process is as follows:
1. and the PLMN public network user sends a short message to the telephone number of the telephone gateway and carries out short message communication with the corresponding IOS APP mobile terminal IOS APP user of the telephone gateway equipment.
2. And calling the short message by the PLMN public network user by the software of the telephone gateway by calling an API (application program interface) provided by Android, acquiring a calling number in the short message, constructing a request for receiving the short message and sending the request to a server. The received short message request message carries information such as a public network calling number, a calling type of the public network forwarding, a called number (which may be a designated IOS APP number or a special number, such as # 123), and the like.
3. The server receives a short message request sent by the telephone gateway, acquires information such as a public network calling number, a calling type of public network forwarding, a called number (which can be a designated IOS APP number or a special number, such as 123#), and the like carried by the expanded cell from the short message request message, judges that the short message type is the public network forwarding, and then judges the called number. If the called number is the appointed number of the IOS APP, the short message is forwarded to the appointed terminal user of the IOS APP; and if the called number is a special number, selecting the IOS APP account number bound by the telephone gateway, and then forwarding the short message request message to the IOS APP account number, wherein the short message request message carries a public network calling number through an expanded cell, and the calling type is public network forwarding.
4. And after receiving the short message, the IOS APP mobile terminal displays the calling number of the public network as a calling user. And returns a response of receiving the short message to the server.
5. And the server receives the short message receiving response sent by the IOS APP mobile terminal and sends the short message receiving response to the telephone gateway.
6. And after receiving the short message receiving response of the IOS APP mobile terminal forwarded by the server, the telephone gateway calls an API provided by the Android to respond to the PLMN public network user to receive the short message.
Please refer to fig. 6. The system for the intercommunication between the network telephone and the local telephone provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises: mobile terminal 10, server 20, telephony gateway 30, public land mobile network 40; wherein:
the mobile terminal 10, through the mobile application APP installed therein, performs interactive communication with the server 20;
the server 20, associating the mobile application APP account with the telephone gateway account, and performing interactive communication with the mobile terminal 10 bound with the mobile application APP account and the telephone gateway 30 bound with the telephone gateway account;
the telephony gateway 30, calling the system API, performs local telephony interactive communication with the public land mobile network 40 and network telephony interactive communication with the mobile application APP through the server 20, respectively.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned system embodiment and method embodiment for mutual communication between an internet phone and a local phone belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in detail in the method embodiment, and technical features in the method embodiment are applicable to the system embodiment for mutual communication between an internet phone and a local phone, which is not described herein again.
Please refer to fig. 7. An embodiment of the present invention provides a telephone gateway, including: a detection module 301, a receiving module 302 and a communication module 303; wherein:
the detection module 301 is configured to detect a request message or a response message sent by a server and a PLMN public network user; the method specifically comprises the following steps: detecting a call response of a public network user, and returning a call response message to the server; detecting a public network call incoming call of a user PLMN, acquiring a calling number of the public network call, constructing a call request and sending the call request to a server; detecting that a PLMN public network user receives a short message and returning a short message sending response message to a server; and detecting the short message sent by the PLMN public network user, acquiring the calling number in the short message, constructing a request for receiving the short message and sending the request to the server.
The receiving module 302 is configured to receive a request message or a response message of a server and a public land mobile network PLMN; the method specifically comprises the following steps: receiving a call request sent by a server, judging that the call type is public network forwarding, and acquiring a public network user number carried by an expanded cell; receiving a voice code stream sent by a PLMN public network user in real time; receiving a voice code stream of a mobile application APP forwarded by a server; receiving a call response of the mobile application APP forwarded by the server; receiving a short message request sent by a server, judging the type of the short message to be public network forwarding, and acquiring a public network user number carried by an expanded cell; and receiving a short message receiving response of the mobile application APP forwarded by the server.
The communication module 303 is configured to call a system API, perform local telephone interactive communication with a public land mobile network PLMN, and perform internet telephone interactive communication with a mobile application APP through a server; the method specifically comprises the following steps: calling a system playback API (Android system playback API) to realize that the network telephone voice is forwarded to the local telephone; calling a system recording API (Android system recording API) to realize that the local telephone voice is forwarded to the network telephone; calling a system short message API (Android system short message API) to realize that the network telephone short message is forwarded to the local telephone; and calling a system short message API (Android system short message API) to realize that the local telephone short message is forwarded to the network telephone.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the telephone gateway and the telephone gateway in the method embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in the method embodiments in detail, and technical features of the telephone gateway in the method embodiments are all correspondingly applicable in the embodiments of the telephone gateway, and are not described herein again.
The invention provides a method, a system and a telephone gateway for intercommunication between a network telephone and a local telephone, wherein interactive communication is carried out between a mobile terminal and a server through a mobile application APP installed in the mobile terminal; the server associates a mobile application APP account and a telephone gateway account, and performs interactive communication with a mobile terminal bound with the mobile application APP account and a telephone gateway of the telephone gateway account; the technical scheme that the telephone gateway calls the system API to perform local telephone interactive communication with the public land mobile network and performs network telephone interactive communication with the mobile application APP through the server enables the single-card smart phone of the user to realize the dual-card dual-standby function, and the user does not need to carry a plurality of mobile phones. Moreover, the user only needs to place the telephone gateway at home or in a fixed place after binding the mobile application APP account and the telephone gateway account by the internet service provider, so that the dual-card dual-standby function can be realized after only carrying one mobile application APP, and the communication functions such as making and receiving calls, receiving and sending short messages and the like can be realized by using the mobile application APP; moreover, when the user travels overseas or goes on business, the international roaming function is not required to be opened, and the domestic telephone is answered through the mobile application APP, so that the communication cost of the user is reduced; the user experience is improved.

1. A method for a network telephone to communicate with a local telephone, the method comprising:
the mobile terminal carries out interactive communication with the server through a mobile application APP installed in the mobile terminal;
the server associates a mobile application APP account and a telephone gateway account, and performs interactive communication with a mobile terminal bound with the mobile application APP account and a telephone gateway bound with the telephone gateway account;
the telephone gateway calls a system API to perform local telephone interactive communication with a public land mobile network and performs network telephone interactive communication with a mobile application APP through a server;
when the communication is dialing, the mobile terminal sends a call request message to the server through the mobile application APP, and the called number carried in the call request message is a public network user number to dial a public network user phone of a public land mobile network; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the communication is answering the call, the mobile terminal sends a call response message to the server through the mobile application APP, answers the public network user telephone of the public land mobile network, and displays the public network user number as a calling user in the mobile application APP;

when the communication is short message sending, the server receives a short message request sent by the mobile terminal through a mobile application APP, performs number analysis on a called number in the short message request, judges that the called number is a public network user, and selects a telephone gateway account number associated with the mobile application APP account number; sending the short message sending request message to a corresponding telephone gateway account, and simultaneously carrying a public network user number input by a mobile application APP user through an expansion cell in the short message sending request message; after receiving a short message sending response message returned by the telephone gateway account, the server forwards the short message sending response message to the mobile application APP account; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the communication is to receive the short message, the server receives the short message request sent by the telephone gateway, and acquires the public network user calling number carried by the expanded cell, the calling type of the public network forwarding and the called number information from the short message request message; judging a called number, and if the called number is a specified mobile application APP account, forwarding the short message to the specified mobile application APP account; and if the called number is a special number, selecting a mobile application APP account number associated with the telephone gateway, and forwarding the short message request message to the mobile application APP account number.

The method of claim 1, wherein the step of the server associating the mobile application APP account with the telephony gateway account for interactive communication with the telephony gateway to which the mobile terminal of the mobile application APP account is bound and the telephony gateway account is bound further comprises: and when the mobile application APP account or the telephone gateway account logs in, the server sends the associated mobile application APP account and the telephone gateway account to the mobile application APP and the telephone gateway, and the mobile application APP and the telephone gateway store the mobile application APP account and the telephone gateway account.

when the communication is dialing, after receiving a call request sent by a server, a telephone gateway judges that the call type is public network forwarding, acquires a public network user number carried by an extended cell, and calls a system API (application program interface) to automatically dial the public network user number of the public land mobile network; after detecting the response of the public network user, the telephone gateway returns a call response message to the server; after the call is connected, the telephone gateway calls a system recording API to acquire a voice code stream sent by a public network user in real time, sends the voice code stream to a server, and then forwards the voice code stream to a mobile application APP through the server; after receiving the voice code stream of the mobile application APP forwarded by the server, the telephone gateway calls a system playback API and forwards the voice code stream to a public network user of the public land mobile network in real time; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

the mobile terminal carries out interactive communication with the server through a mobile application APP installed in the mobile terminal;
the server is used for associating the mobile application APP account with the telephone gateway account and carrying out interactive communication with the mobile terminal bound with the mobile application APP account and the telephone gateway bound with the telephone gateway account;
and the telephone gateway calls a system API (application programming interface), performs local telephone interactive communication with a public land mobile network respectively, and performs network telephone interactive communication with the mobile application APP through the server.
