Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent phone hanging method, a system, a medium and a device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: presetting a phone-hanging password based on the setting information of a vehicle owner; when an incoming call is received, receiving user information, and judging whether the user information is a phone-hanging secret number; when the call is hung up, the preset hang-up voice is played through the voice assistant, and the call is not callback. The invention discloses an intelligent phone hanging method, an intelligent phone hanging system, a medium and an intelligent phone hanging device, which are used for intelligently hanging up a phone based on user requirements.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to an intelligent phone hanging method, an intelligent phone hanging system, an intelligent phone hanging medium and an intelligent phone hanging device.
Background
In the current driving process, the voice assistant frequently answers and hangs up the incoming call. The voice assistant refers to a virtual role, and is used for interacting and communicating with a user, and performing corresponding operation based on a user instruction.
In the driving of a vehicle, a situation that a user is inconvenient to answer a call may occur, and how to achieve rejection of the call based on a voice assistant is a problem solved by the invention.
Accordingly, it is desirable to be able to solve the problem of how to intelligently hang up a phone based on the instructions of the user.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a method, a system, a medium and a device for intelligent hanging up, which are used for solving the problem of how to intelligently hang up based on instructions of users in the prior art.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a smart phone hanging method, comprising the steps of: presetting a phone-hanging password based on the setting information of a vehicle owner; when an incoming call is received, receiving user information, and judging whether the user information is a phone-hanging secret number; when the call is hung up, the preset hang-up voice is played through the voice assistant, and the call is not callback.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides an intelligent hanging phone system, including: the device comprises a receiving module, a first operation module, a second operation module, a third operation module and a fourth operation module; the setting module is used for presetting a phone number on the basis of the setting information of the car owner; the judging module is used for receiving user information when receiving an incoming call and judging whether the user information is a phone-hanging secret number or not; the hang-up module is used for hanging up the incoming call when the hang-up module is a hang-up secret number, and playing a preset hang-up voice through the voice assistant without callback of the incoming call.
To achieve the above object, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements any of the above-described smart phone hanging methods.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides an intelligent phone hanging device, including: a processor and a memory; the memory is used for storing a computer program; the processor is connected with the memory and is used for executing the computer program stored in the memory so that the intelligent telephone hanging device can execute any intelligent telephone hanging method.
As described above, the intelligent phone hanging method, system, medium and device of the invention have the following beneficial effects: for intelligent hang-up based on user demand.

As shown in fig. 1a, the intelligent phone hanging method, system, medium and device of the invention are applied to an application scenario where a voice assistant helps to answer an in-car call. When the car owner uses the car, other people exist at the same time, so that the privacy of the car owner can be protected, and the incoming call can be hung up based on a preset phone hanging password.

As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the smart phone hanging system of the present invention includes a setting module 21, a judging module 22, and a hanging-up module 23; the setting module 21 is used for presetting a phone number based on the setting information of the car owner; the judging module 22 is configured to receive user information when an incoming call is received, and judge whether the user information is a phone-hanging password; the hang-up module 23 is configured to hang up the incoming call when the hang-up call is a surreptitious number, and play a preset hang-up voice through a voice assistant without callback of the incoming call.
Specifically, the phone-hanging secret number is voice or action; when the phone-hanging password is action, receiving user information based on the vehicle-mounted camera; and when the phone-hanging number is voice, receiving user information based on the vehicle-mounted microphone.

Specifically, the system also comprises an acquisition module for acquiring personnel information in the vehicle, and judging whether only a vehicle owner remains in the vehicle based on the personnel information in the vehicle; the system also comprises a query module for querying whether to call back the incoming call or not based on the voice assistant when only the vehicle owner remains in the vehicle.
The system comprises a first judging module, a second judging module and a control module, wherein the first judging module is used for judging whether a vehicle owner is in a vehicle or not according to the information of the vehicle owner; the second judging module is used for hanging up the same incoming call when people except the car owner exist in the car.
It should be noted that: the structures and principles of the setting module 21, the judging module 22 and the hang-up module 23 are in one-to-one correspondence with the steps in the intelligent phone hanging method, so that the description is omitted here.
It should be noted that, it should be understood that the division of the modules of the above system is merely a division of a logic function, and may be fully or partially integrated into a physical entity or may be physically separated. And these modules may all be implemented in software in the form of calls by the processing element; or can be realized in hardware; the method can also be realized in a form of calling software by a processing element, and the method can be realized in a form of hardware by a part of modules. For example, the x module may be a processing element that is set up separately, may be implemented in a chip of the apparatus, or may be stored in a memory of the apparatus in the form of program code, and the function of the x module may be called and executed by a processing element of the apparatus. The implementation of the other modules is similar. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently implemented. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in a software form.
For example, the modules above may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the methods above, such as: one or more application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, abbreviated as ASIC), or one or more microprocessors (Micro Processor Uint, abbreviated as MPU), or one or more field programmable gate arrays (Field Programmable Gate Array, abbreviated as FPGA), or the like. For another example, when a module above is implemented in the form of a processing element scheduler code, the processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU) or other processor that may invoke the program code. For another example, the modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further includes a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements any of the above-mentioned smart phone hanging methods.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments described above may be performed by computer program related hardware. The aforementioned computer program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The program, when executed, performs steps including the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program code, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, the smart phone hanging device of the present invention includes: a processor 31 and a memory 32; the memory 32 is used for storing a computer program; the processor 31 is connected to the memory 32 and is configured to execute a computer program stored in the memory 32, so that the smart phone hanging device executes any one of the smart phone hanging methods.
Specifically, the memory 32 includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
Preferably, the processor 31 may be a general-purpose processor, including a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, abbreviated as CPU), a network processor (Network Processor, abbreviated as NP), etc.; but also digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP for short), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC for short), field programmable gate arrays (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA for short) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components.

the method is applied to the vehicle-mounted terminal and comprises the following steps of:
presetting a phone-hanging password based on the setting information of a vehicle owner;
when an incoming call is received, receiving user information, and judging whether the user information is a phone-hanging secret number;
when the call is hung up, the preset hang-up voice is played through the voice assistant, and the call is not callback.
2. The smart phone hanging method according to claim 1, the phone hanging surreptitious number being a voice or an action; when the phone-hanging password is action, receiving user information based on the vehicle-mounted camera; and when the phone-hanging number is voice, receiving user information based on the vehicle-mounted microphone.
3. The smart phone hanging method according to claim 1, further comprising sending a preset refusal short message to the incoming phone number.
4. The smart phone hanging method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
acquiring personnel information in a vehicle, and judging whether only a vehicle owner remains in the vehicle based on the personnel information in the vehicle;
when only the car owner remains in the car, the voice assistant inquires whether to call back the incoming call.
5. The smart phone hanging method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
when the same incoming call is received within a preset time period, acquiring personnel information in the vehicle, and judging whether personnel except the vehicle owner exist in the vehicle or not based on the personnel information in the vehicle;
when people except the car owner exist in the car, the same incoming call is hung up.

the setting module is used for presetting a phone number on the basis of the setting information of the car owner;

the hang-up module is used for hanging up the incoming call when the hang-up module is a hang-up secret number, and playing a preset hang-up voice through the voice assistant without callback of the incoming call.

The intelligent hang-up system of claim 6, the hang-up surreptitious sign being a voice or an action; when the phone-hanging password is action, receiving user information based on the vehicle-mounted camera; and when the phone-hanging number is voice, receiving user information based on the vehicle-mounted microphone.
8. The intelligent hanging telephone system according to claim 6, further comprising a sending module, wherein the sending module is configured to send a preset refusal short message to an incoming call number.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, characterized in that,
the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the smart phone hanging method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. An intelligent telephone hanging device is characterized in that,
comprising the following steps:
a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is connected to the memory for executing the computer program stored by the memory to cause the smart phone hanging device to perform the smart phone hanging method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
