and when the first time vehicle speed recorded by the first time vehicle speed information is smaller than the first vehicle speed threshold value, the vehicle-mounted multimedia system sends a switch-on instruction to the driver mobile terminal, and the driver mobile terminal switches on the incoming call according to the switch-on instruction.

When the vehicle speed reaches the first vehicle speed threshold value, the vehicle speed is higher, so that the vehicle-mounted multimedia system sends a refusing instruction to hang up the incoming call and replies a short message to the driver mobile terminal, and the driver is prevented from answering the incoming call and answering a call distracted when driving at a high speed and generating potential safety hazard.

when the first time vehicle speed recorded by the first time vehicle speed information reaches a first vehicle speed threshold value, the vehicle-mounted multimedia system sends a rejection instruction to the driver mobile terminal, and the driver mobile terminal hangs up an incoming call and replies a short message according to the rejection instruction;
and when the first time vehicle speed recorded by the first time vehicle speed information is smaller than the first vehicle speed threshold value, the vehicle-mounted multimedia system sends a switch-on instruction to the driver mobile terminal, and the driver mobile terminal switches on the incoming call according to the switch-on instruction.
2. The driving state conversation processing method according to claim 1, wherein when a first time vehicle speed of the first time vehicle speed information record reaches a first vehicle speed threshold, the method further comprises:
and the vehicle-mounted multimedia system records the incoming call times of the incoming call information, and sends a receiving instruction to the driver mobile terminal when the incoming call times reach a time threshold value, and the driver mobile terminal receives the receiving instruction and then connects the incoming call.

the vehicle-mounted multimedia system judges whether the incoming call information accords with preset information, wherein the preset important information comprises a plurality of pieces of incoming call information of preset important contacts;
when the incoming call information of the important contact is met, the vehicle-mounted multimedia system sends a receiving instruction to the driver mobile terminal and simultaneously sends a prompt instruction to a vehicle-mounted loudspeaker, the driver mobile terminal receives the receiving instruction and then connects the incoming call, and the vehicle-mounted loudspeaker sends a lifting sound to prompt the driver to decelerate after receiving the prompt instruction.

and when the first time vehicle speed recorded by the first time vehicle speed information is smaller than the first vehicle speed threshold value, the vehicle-mounted multimedia system sends a switch-on instruction to the driver mobile terminal, and the driver mobile terminal switches on the incoming call according to the switch-on instruction.
