Water drops and a small amount of unwashed copper sulfate solution can remain on the electrolytic copper foil 8 brushed by the second brush roller 10, when the electrolytic copper foil 8 passes through the cleaning device, the water absorption sponge 14 can wipe the electrolytic copper foil 8, under the condition that the structure of the electrolytic copper foil 8 is not damaged, the water drops and the copper sulfate solution remaining on the electrolytic copper foil 8 are absorbed by the water absorption sponge 14, so that residual water on the electrolytic copper foil 8 is avoided, when the water absorption sponge 14 rotates along with the water absorption roller 12, the arc-shaped bulge 15 on the water absorption plate 13 can compress the water absorption sponge 14 to a certain extent, so that water in the water absorption sponge 14 flows out along the arc-shaped bulge 15, and the water flowing out from the water absorption sponge 14 is absorbed along the water absorption holes 16 under the action of the exhaust fan, so that the water absorption sponge 14 can absorb water continuously.

In a further optimized scheme, a plurality of springs 22 which are arranged at intervals in sequence are fixed between the inner side wall of the water absorbing ring 21 and the outer wall of the rotary roller 18.
