技术领域
本发明涉及药物制备技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗脑供血不足、 脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物。
背景技术
脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞和DIC是我们生活中比较常见的病 症，其中DIC是弥散性血管内凝血的简称，DIC是一类获得性的疾病， 发生在许多疾病的病理过程中。由于小血管发生凝血，形成广泛的微 血栓，大量的凝血因子被消耗，并继发激活纤维蛋白溶解，因而引起 严重的广泛的全身性出血，本病在临床上可有出血、休克、器官损害、 溶血等一系列的主要表现，病势凶险，死亡率高。在90％的DIC尸 解的病例中，可发现微血管内有微血栓形成及纤维蛋白沉着，以肺、 肾、胃肠道、肾上腺等器官中较多见，在DIC中发病机理最主要的变 化是由于凝血酶及纤溶酶两方面引起的后果，两者的作用在体内产生 了许多凝血和纤溶活性的物质。两者的作用又可因不同的病因，病情 的缓急轻重而异，也可在疾病的不同时相中产生不同的变化，要经过 一系列的化验检查加以发现，在凝血酶的作用方面，首先是使纤维蛋 白原分解出蛋白肽A，形成纤维蛋白单体，单体相互聚合成纤维蛋白， 并在因子VIII的交联作用下形成血栓，但纤维蛋白(原)也可与纤维 蛋白裂解产物(FDP)形成可溶性复合物，凝血酶还可激活因子V、VIII、 XIII、蛋白C系统和血小板，刺激多种活性介质物质的产生如血小板 激活因子(PAF)、前列环素、VW因子等，凝血酶还可通过血管内皮细胞影响纤溶系统，因此体内凝血酶活性的改变就会引起体内有关生化 凝血活性物质的各种变化；另外脑供血不足、脑血栓和脑梗塞是同一 个病的不同阶段，当脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞和DIC出现在人们 身上时，会造成人们的免疫力下降，目前还没有一种药物可以同时治 疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC和免疫力低，因此我们提出了 一种治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术所存在的问题，本发明提出的一种治疗脑供血 不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药 物，包括以下组方配伍重量比：人参2-30g、北冬虫夏草2-25g、茯 岺5-50g、鸡内金5-50g、当归5-50g、山药5-25g、杜仲3-44g、芦 根5-50g、栀子5-50g、枸杞子5-35g、甘草5-30g、薏苡仁5-50g、 玉米须10-50g、蚕蛹5-50g、鹿鞭5-50g、牡蛎5-50g、白茅根5-50g 和肉桂5-50g；
其制备方法如下：
S1：将所需要的原料人参2-30g、北冬虫夏草2-25g、茯岺5-50g、 鸡内金5-50g、当归5-50g、山药5-25g、杜仲3-44g、芦根5-50g、 栀子5-50g、枸杞子5-35g、甘草5-30g、薏苡仁5-50g、玉米须10-50g、 蚕蛹5-50g、鹿鞭5-50g、牡蛎5-50g、白茅根5-50g和肉桂5-50g 准备好；
S2：将S1中所准备的原料依次利用超声波粉碎设备进行粉碎处 理，得到块状的原料；
S3：将S2中块状的原料利用高速研磨设备进行研磨处理，得到 粉状的原料；
S4：将S3中的各种粉状的原料利用搅拌设备进行搅拌处理；
S5：S4中经过搅拌处理的粉状原料放到煎煮设备上，并在煎煮 设备中加入10-14倍重量的无菌纯净水，煎煮设备对其内部的粉状原 料和无菌纯净水进行煎煮3-5h，且煎煮的过程中需要利用搅拌设备 进行搅拌；
S6：S5中所述的煎煮设备的煎煮完成后，将其内部的溶液利用 过滤装置进行过滤，得到一级滤液和一级滤渣；
S7：将S6中所述的一级滤渣放到煎煮设备上，并在煎煮设备中 加入10-14倍重量的无菌纯净水，煎煮设备对其内部的粉状原料和无 菌纯净水进行煎煮3-5h，且煎煮的过程中需要利用搅拌设备进行搅 拌；
S8：S7中所述的煎煮设备的煎煮完成后，将其内部的溶液利用 过滤装置进行过滤，得到二级滤液和二级滤渣；
S9：将S8中所述的二级滤液和S6中所述的一级滤液进行合并， 然后利用浓缩设备进行浓缩，得到块状的结晶体；
S10：S9中所述的块状的结晶体利用烘干设备进行干燥处理，然 后在无菌的环境下进行研磨操作，得到粉状的结晶体；
S11：S10中所述的粉状的结晶体在无菌的环境下进行包装操作， 得到治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物。
优选的，所述S4中，搅拌设备的内部温度设置为30-40℃，且 搅拌设备的内部安装有用于杀菌的紫外线杀菌设备。

本实施例中提出了一种治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、 提高免疫力的药物，包括以下组方配伍重量比：人参2-30g、北冬虫 夏草2-25g、茯岺5-50g、鸡内金5-50g、当归5-50g、山药5-25g、 杜仲3-44g、芦根5-50g、栀子5-50g、枸杞子5-35g、甘草5-30g、 薏苡仁5-50g、玉米须10-50g、蚕蛹5-50g、鹿鞭5-50g、牡蛎5-50g、 白茅根5-50g和肉桂5-50g；
其制备方法如下：
S1：将所需要的原料人参2-30g、北冬虫夏草2-25g、茯岺5-50g、 鸡内金5-50g、当归5-50g、山药5-25g、杜仲3-44g、芦根5-50g、 栀子5-50g、枸杞子5-35g、甘草5-30g、薏苡仁5-50g、玉米须10-50g、 蚕蛹5-50g、鹿鞭5-50g、牡蛎5-50g、白茅根5-50g和肉桂5-50g 准备好；
S2：将S1中所准备的原料依次利用超声波粉碎设备进行粉碎处 理，得到块状的原料；
S3：将S2中块状的原料利用高速研磨设备进行研磨处理，得到 粉状的原料；
S4：将S3中的各种粉状的原料利用搅拌设备进行搅拌处理，搅 拌设备的内部温度设置为30℃，且搅拌设备的内部安装有用于杀菌 的紫外线杀菌设备；
S5：S4中经过搅拌处理的粉状原料放到煎煮设备上，并在煎煮 设备中加入10倍重量的无菌纯净水，煎煮设备对其内部的粉状原料 和无菌纯净水进行煎煮3h，且煎煮的过程中需要利用搅拌设备进行 搅拌，搅拌设备为带搅拌浆的搅拌棒，并设置在煎煮设备的内部；
S6：S5中所述的煎煮设备的煎煮完成后，将其内部的溶液利用 过滤装置进行过滤，过滤装置为18-20目的筛网，得到一级滤液和一 级滤渣；
S7：将S6中所述的一级滤渣放到煎煮设备上，并在煎煮设备中 加入10倍重量的无菌纯净水，煎煮设备对其内部的粉状原料和无菌 纯净水进行煎煮3h，且煎煮的过程中需要利用搅拌设备进行搅拌， 搅拌设备为带搅拌浆的搅拌棒，并设置在煎煮设备的内部；
S8：S7中所述的煎煮设备的煎煮完成后，将其内部的溶液利用 过滤装置进行过滤，过滤装置为18-20目的筛网，得到二级滤液和二 级滤渣；
S9：将S8中所述的二级滤液和S6中所述的一级滤液进行合并， 然后利用浓缩设备进行浓缩，得到块状的结晶体；
S10：S9中所述的块状的结晶体利用烘干设备进行干燥处理，然 后在无菌的环境下进行研磨操作，得到粉状的结晶体；
S11：S10中所述的粉状的结晶体在无菌的环境下进行包装操作， 得到治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物。
临床实践与效果验证
实施病例一：
李先生，62岁，5年前出现头晕、头昏反复发作，当时CT检查提 示“脑梗塞”，经治疗后好转，5年来，上述症状反复发作，平时自 行口服“血塞通”等药物治疗，生活尚能自理。2015年10月，在朋友 的介绍下开始服用本发明药，每天2次，3个月后复查CT，发现梗塞 部位已经缩小了80％，嘱其再服3个月检查，CT检查已经全部通畅了， 嘱其注意饮食、运动和生活方式的科学化，每年2-3次随访至今，各 种脑梗症状均未出现。
实施病例二：
周X，女，73岁，4年前出现走路不稳、头晕、头昏反复发作， 当时CT检查提示“脑梗塞”，经治疗后好转，4年来，上述症状反 复发作，平时自行口服“阿司匹林”“血塞通”等药物治疗，生活尚 能自理。2015年7月，开始服用本发明药，每天2次，3个月后复查CT， 发现梗塞部位已经缩小了75％，嘱其再服3-4个月再检查，CT检查已 经全部通畅了，嘱其注意饮食、运动和生活方式的科学化，每年2-3 次随访至今，各种脑梗症状均未出现。
实施病例三：
杨XX，女，66岁，6年前出现走路不稳、头晕、头昏反复发作， 当时CT检查提示“脑梗塞”，经治疗后好转，6年来，上述症状反 复发作，平时自行口服“阿司匹林”“血塞通”等药物治疗，病情严 重时去社区医院输液治疗，生活尚能自理。2013年9月，开始服用本 发明药，每天2次，3个月后复查CT，发现梗塞部位已经缩小了85％， 嘱其再服3个月再检查，CT检查已经全部通畅了，嘱其注意饮食、运 动和生活方式的科学化，每年2-3次随访至今，各种脑梗症状均未出 现。
2013年-2019我们对490例确诊的脑梗患者病例进行临床试验， 按比例分为新药组(A组)和对照组(B组)，对照组按常规治疗，用 药组全部取消了常规治疗的所有药物，只使用“脈通(本发明)”进 行治疗。临床试验表明：使用了“脈通(本发明)”的脑梗患者服药后分为如下几种情况。

由上述数据可知，本发明制得的治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗 塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物，具有补肝益肾、补肺助脾、活血祛瘀、 益气通络、激活受损的脑细胞、改善受损的神经细胞、重建或修复微 循环系统、对脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞和DIC均具有良好的治疗 效果，且还可以具有提高免疫力的功能。
以上所述，仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范 围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技 术范围内，根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改 变，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物，其特征在于，包括以下组方配伍重量比：人参2-30g、北冬虫夏草2-25g、茯岺5-50g、鸡内金5-50g、当归5-50g、山药5-25g、杜仲3-44g、芦根5-50g、栀子5-50g、枸杞子5-35g、甘草5-30g、薏苡仁5-50g、玉米须10-50g、蚕蛹5-50g、鹿鞭5-50g、牡蛎5-50g、白茅根5-50g和肉桂5-50g。其制备方法如下：
S1：将所需要的原料人参2-30g、北冬虫夏草2-25g、茯岺5-50g、鸡内金5-50g、当归5-50g、山药5-25g、杜仲3-44g、芦根5-50g、栀子5-50g、枸杞子5-35g、甘草5-30g、薏苡仁5-50g、玉米须10-50g、蚕蛹5-50g、鹿鞭5-50g、牡蛎5-50g、白茅根5-50g和肉桂5-50g。准备好；
S2：将S1中所准备的原料依次利用超声波粉碎设备进行粉碎处理，得到块状的原料；
S3：将S2中块状的原料利用高速研磨设备进行研磨处理，得到粉状的原料；
S4：将S3中的各种粉状的原料利用搅拌设备进行搅拌处理；
S5：将S4中将经过搅拌处理的粉状原料放到煎煮设备上，并在煎煮设备中加入10-14倍重量的无菌纯净水，煎煮设备对其内部的粉状原料和无菌纯净水进行煎煮3-5h，且煎煮的过程中需要利用搅拌设备进行搅拌；
S6：将S5中所述的煎煮设备的煎煮完成后，将其内部的溶液利用过滤装置进行过滤，得到一级滤液和一级滤渣；
S7：将S6中所述的一级滤渣放到煎煮设备上，并在煎煮设备中加入10-14倍重量的无菌纯净水，煎煮设备对其内部的粉状原料和无菌纯净水进行煎煮3-5h，且煎煮的过程中需要利用搅拌设备进行搅拌；
S8：S7中所述的煎煮设备的煎煮完成后，将其内部的溶液利用过滤装置进行过滤，得到二级滤液和二级滤渣；
S9：将S8中所述的二级滤液和S6中所述的一级滤液进行合并，然后利用浓缩设备进行浓缩，得到块状的结晶体；
S10：将S9中所述的块状的结晶体利用烘干设备进行干燥处理，然后在无菌的环境下进行研磨操作，得到粉状的结晶体；
S11：S10中所述的粉状的结晶体在无菌的环境下进行包装操作，得到治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物，其特征在于，所述S4中，搅拌设备的内部温度设置为30-40℃，且搅拌设备的内部安装有用于杀菌的紫外线杀菌设备。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物，其特征在于，所述S5和S7中，搅拌设备为带搅拌浆的搅拌棒，并设置在煎煮设备的内部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗脑供血不足、脑血栓、脑梗塞、DIC、提高免疫力的药物，其特征在于，所述S6和S8中，过滤装置为18-20目的筛网。
