Abstract

本发明公开了一种车辆前大灯,其包括灯座壳体;安装于灯座壳体的透镜大灯;安装于透镜大灯下侧的日行灯壳体,日行灯壳体安装日行灯板,且外端设有反光板;安装于日行灯壳体下侧的转向灯组件;内壳体,内壳体固定于灯座壳体,裸露出透镜大灯、日行灯壳体、及转向灯组件,且具有围设于透镜大灯的装饰导光部;卡扣于装饰导光部的饰条;以及罩设于内壳体的灯罩。本发明通过反光板加强警示,内壳体配合安装透镜大灯,与日行灯、转向灯上下布局配合,实现车辆前大灯功能,避免以往空间紧凑,警示性差的麻烦。

Description

一种车辆前大灯
技术领域
本申请属于汽车车灯技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种车辆前大灯。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和节奏的加快,汽车已经成为生活中不可或缺的交通工具,其中汽车灯具是汽车上的重要组成部分。而车辆制造商、车辆零组件制造商与使用人群,不再单纯只追求车辆本身的性能,安全性以及其省油的效果,而且对于汽车零部件的多功能性需求越来越注重。对于前组合灯,由于包含有多种功能灯,如前雾灯、转向灯、远光灯、近光灯等等;对于他们之间的安装可能会比较紧凑,相互之间配光产生干扰,影响警示性能,缺乏一种配光更加优良的前灯。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种车辆前大灯,通过反光板加强警示,内壳体配合安装透镜大灯,与日行灯、转向灯上下布局配合,实现车辆前大灯功能,避免以往空间紧凑,警示性差的麻烦。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种车辆前大灯,其包括灯座壳体;安装于灯座壳体的透镜大灯;安装于透镜大灯下侧的日行灯壳体,日行灯壳体安装日行灯板,且外端设有反光板;安装于日行灯壳体下侧的转向灯组件;内壳体,内壳体固定于灯座壳体,裸露出透镜大灯、日行灯壳体、及转向灯组件,且具有围设于透镜大灯的装饰导光部;卡扣于装饰导光部的饰条;以及罩设于内壳体的灯罩。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述日行灯壳体包括下底板,下底板具有裸露出日行灯板的LED的导光孔;连接下底板后侧的后挡板,后挡板具有分别罩设于导光孔的反光凹面,反光凹面部分罩设于导光孔。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述日行灯壳体安装日行灯罩。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述转向灯组件包括安装转向灯的转向灯壳体,转向灯壳体具有反射碗面,且转向灯壳体与日行灯壳体相邻的安装支架相互对接,螺栓固定至灯座壳体。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述转向灯壳体安装转向灯罩。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述灯罩与内壳体之间还卡扣有装饰外框。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述灯座壳体内部设有多块蜂窝状散热块。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述灯座壳体后侧设有多个防水透气盖。
与现有技术相比,本申请可以获得包括以下技术效果:
通过反光板加强警示,内壳体配合安装透镜大灯,与日行灯、转向灯上下布局配合,实现车辆前大灯功能,避免以往空间紧凑,警示性差的麻烦。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。

请一并参考图1与图2,图1是本申请实施例的车辆前大灯示意图;图2是本申请实施例的车辆前大灯爆炸图。如图所示,一种车辆前大灯包括灯座壳体10;安装于灯座壳体10的透镜大灯20;安装于透镜大灯20下侧的日行灯壳体30,日行灯壳体30安装日行灯板,且外端设有反光板40;安装于日行灯壳体30下侧的转向灯组件50;内壳体60,内壳体60固定于灯座壳体10,裸露出透镜大灯20、日行灯壳体30、及转向灯组件50,且具有围设于透镜大灯20的装饰导光部61;卡扣于装饰导光部61的饰条70;以及罩设于内壳体60的灯罩80。
在本发明一实施方式中,灯座壳体10安装透镜大灯20、日行灯、及转向灯组件50,且上中下布置,形成立体感,避免横向排列的紧凑性。发光板40位于日行灯壳体30的一端,相当于回复反射器,用于在对向车辆行驶过来的时候,增强反光,提高警示性。内壳体60罩设安装透镜大灯20,同时裸露出日行灯壳体30和转向灯组件50,加强两者安装的稳定性,而且具有围设透镜大灯20的装饰导光部61,装饰美观,饰条70则卡扣在装饰导光部61的周围,镀铝喷漆,加强金属装饰效果。灯罩80外部罩设导光。
请继续参考图3,图3是本申请实施例的日行灯壳体示意图。日行灯壳体30包括下底板31,下底板31具有裸露出日行灯板的LED的导光孔32;连接下底板31后侧的后挡板33,后挡板33具有分别罩设于导光孔32的反光凹面34,反光凹面34部分罩设于导光孔32。在本发明一实施方式中,导光孔32对应LED,分别裸露,后挡板31具有对应的反光凹面24,反光凹面24成碗面,实现日行灯的LED的光线的反射加强,增加出射角度,提高警示效果。
优选的,日行灯壳体30安装日行灯罩35,实现导光出射。
转向灯组件50包括安装转向灯的转向灯壳体51,转向灯壳体51具有反射碗面,且转向灯壳体51与日行灯壳体30相邻的安装支架相互对接,螺栓固定至灯座壳体10,转向灯壳体51通过反射碗面反射转向灯的光线,增加出射,其安装支架与日行灯壳体30的安装支架相互对接,共同安装至灯座壳体10,减小空间占用,提高实用性。
优选的,转向灯壳体51安装转向灯罩52,实现导光出射。
灯罩35与内壳体60之间还卡扣有装饰外框90,实现覆盖装饰,避免各个壳体的突兀。
此外,本发明的灯座壳体10内部设有多块蜂窝状散热块11,在灯座壳体10内部加强散热,提高耐用性。灯座壳体10后侧设有多个防水透气盖12,实现车灯内部的防水透气功能。

1.一种车辆前大灯,其特征在于,包括:
灯座壳体;
安装于所述灯座壳体的透镜大灯;
安装于所述透镜大灯下侧的日行灯壳体,所述日行灯壳体安装日行灯板,且外端设有反光板;
安装于所述日行灯壳体下侧的转向灯组件;
内壳体,所述内壳体固定于所述灯座壳体,裸露出所述透镜大灯、所述日行灯壳体、及所述转向灯组件,且具有围设于所述透镜大灯的装饰导光部;
卡扣于所述装饰导光部的饰条;以及
罩设于所述内壳体的灯罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆前大灯,其特征在于,其特征在于,其中所述日行灯壳体包括下底板,所述下底板具有裸露出所述日行灯板的LED的导光孔;连接所述下底板后侧的后挡板,所述后挡板具有分别罩设于所述导光孔的反光凹面,所述反光凹面部分罩设于所述导光孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆前大灯,其特征在于,其特征在于,其中所述日行灯壳体安装日行灯罩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆前大灯,其特征在于,其特征在于,其中所述转向灯组件包括安装转向灯的转向灯壳体,所述转向灯壳体具有反射碗面,且所述转向灯壳体与所述日行灯壳体相邻的安装支架相互对接,螺栓固定至所述灯座壳体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆前大灯,其特征在于,其特征在于,其中所述转向灯壳体安装转向灯罩。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆前大灯,其特征在于,其特征在于,其中所述灯罩与内壳体之间还卡扣有装饰外框。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆前大灯,其特征在于,其特征在于,其中所述灯座壳体内部设有多块蜂窝状散热块。
