本发明公开了一种高配前组合灯,其包括灯座后壳;安装于灯座后壳的远光灯安装壳,远光灯安装壳具有裸露出远光灯的远光灯反射银碗;安装于灯座后壳的大灯安装壳,大灯安装壳罩设安装于远光灯安装壳,具有裸露出大灯的阶梯反射壁;安装于灯座后壳的转向灯安装壳,转向灯安装壳位于大灯安装壳侧面,具有裸露出转向灯的转向灯反射银碗,转向灯反射银碗一侧设有加强反射卡片,加强反射卡片将转向灯的光线反射至侧面;设置于大灯安装壳的勾状饰条;以及热熔于灯座后壳的灯罩。本发明通过阶梯反射壁配合大灯出光,加强反射卡片实现转向灯光线加强,合理布置,避免以往配光较差的麻烦。

技术领域
本申请属于汽车车灯技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种高配前组合灯。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和节奏的加快,汽车已经成为生活中不可或缺的交通工具,其中汽车灯具是汽车上的重要组成部分。而车辆制造商、车辆零组件制造商与使用人群,不再单纯只追求车辆本身的性能,安全性以及其省油的效果,而且对于汽车零部件的多功能性需求越来越注重。对于前组合灯,由于包含有多种功能灯,如前远光灯、转向灯、远光灯、近光灯等等;对于他们之间的安装可能会比较紧凑,相互之间配光产生干扰,影响警示性能,缺乏一种配光更加优良的前灯。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种高配前组合灯,通过阶梯反射壁配合大灯出光,加强反射卡片实现转向灯光线加强,合理布置,避免以往配光较差的麻烦。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种高配前组合灯,其包括灯座后壳;安装于灯座后壳的远光灯安装壳,远光灯安装壳具有裸露出远光灯的远光灯反射银碗;安装于灯座后壳的大灯安装壳,大灯安装壳罩设安装于远光灯安装壳,具有裸露出大灯的阶梯反射壁;安装于灯座后壳的转向灯安装壳,转向灯安装壳位于大灯安装壳侧面,具有裸露出转向灯的转向灯反射银碗,转向灯反射银碗一侧设有加强反射卡片,加强反射卡片将转向灯的光线反射至侧面;设置于大灯安装壳的勾状饰条;以及热熔于灯座后壳的灯罩。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述灯座后壳安装有防水透气盖。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述大灯安装壳裸露出远光灯反射银碗与转向灯反射银碗,加强反射卡片扣合于大灯安装壳面向转向灯反射银碗的一侧。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述阶梯反射壁具有围设于大灯的多个导光弧带,导光弧带具有面向大灯的反射弧面,且导光弧带由内至外渐高。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述加强反射卡片密布凸起的反射晶格,反射晶格成四边形,外表面内凹。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述勾状饰条镀铝并喷漆。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述大灯设置为远近一体透镜大灯。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述灯罩位于转向灯的区域凸起。
与现有技术相比,本申请可以获得包括以下技术效果:
通过阶梯反射壁配合大灯出光,加强反射卡片实现转向灯光线加强,合理布置,避免以往配光较差的麻烦。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。

请一并参考图1至图3,图1是本申请实施例的高配前组合灯示意图;图2是本申请实施例的高配前组合灯正视图;图3是本申请实施例的高配前组合灯爆炸图。如图所示,一种高配前组合灯包括灯座后壳10;安装于灯座后壳10的远光灯安装壳20,远光灯安装壳20具有裸露出远光灯21的远光灯反射银碗22;安装于灯座后壳10的大灯安装壳30,大灯安装壳30罩设安装于远光灯安装壳20,具有裸露出大灯31的阶梯反射壁32;安装于灯座后壳10的转向灯安装壳40,转向灯安装壳40位于大灯安装壳30侧面,具有裸露出转向灯41的转向灯反射银碗42,转向灯反射银碗42一侧设有加强反射卡片43,加强反射卡片43将转向灯41的光线反射至侧面;设置于大灯安装壳30的勾状饰条50;以及热熔于灯座后壳10的灯罩60。
在本发明一实施方式中,灯座后壳10安装远光灯21、大灯31、及转向灯41,并分别通过远光灯安装壳20、大灯安装壳30、及转向灯安装壳40安装稳固。对应的,远光灯安装壳20具有反射远光灯21光线的远光灯反射银碗22,大灯安装壳30具有反射大灯31光线的阶梯反射壁32,转向灯安装壳40具有反射转向灯41光线的转向灯反射银碗42,由此实现光线加强,提高警示。
另外,大灯安装壳30罩设安装于远光灯安装壳20,裸露出左边的远光灯21,同时在其右边连接安装转向灯安装壳40,形成有序,不拥挤的排布空间,而且三者分割独立,互不影响,安装拆卸都非常方便。在一优选实施例中,大灯安装壳30裸露出远光灯反射银碗22与转向灯反射银碗42,加强反射卡片43扣合于大灯安装壳30面向转向灯反射银碗42的一侧。
本发明在转向灯反射银碗42的一侧还安装有加强反射卡片42,能够进一步侧向反射转向灯41的光线,提高警示功能。优选的,加强反射卡片43密布凸起的反射晶格80,分割开来,相对于增加了许多的反射面,增加光线反射角度,而且反射晶格80成四边形,外表面内凹,较之平面,光线的反射角度更大,照明效果更强。
勾状饰条50安装在大灯安装壳30,镀铝并喷漆,形成金属质感,增强装饰性。灯罩60由透明材料制成,实现导光功能,灯罩60位于转向灯41的区域凸起,区域划分明显,警示性更强。
在本发明一实施方式中,灯座后壳10安装有防水透气盖,实现车灯内部的防水透气功能。
阶梯反射壁32具有围设于大灯的多个导光弧带70,导光弧带70具有面向大灯31的反射弧面,实现大角度的光线反射,且导光弧带70由内至外渐高,成阶梯状,逐级向外递增,形成多道环装光晕,美观性好,警示性强。
值得一提的是,本发明的大灯31设置为近光透镜大灯,应用广泛,照明效果较好。

1.一种高配前组合灯,其特征在于,包括:
灯座后壳;
安装于所述灯座后壳的远光灯安装壳,所述远光灯安装壳具有裸露出远光灯的远光灯反射银碗;
安装于所述灯座后壳的大灯安装壳,所述大灯安装壳罩设安装于所述远光灯安装壳,具有裸露出大灯的阶梯反射壁;
安装于所述灯座后壳的转向灯安装壳,所述转向灯安装壳位于所述大灯安装壳侧面,具有裸露出转向灯的转向灯反射银碗,所述转向灯反射银碗一侧设有加强反射卡片,所述加强反射卡片将所述转向灯的光线反射至侧面;
设置于所述大灯安装壳的勾状饰条;以及
热熔于所述灯座后壳的灯罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高配前组合灯,其特征在于,其中所述灯座后壳安装有防水透气盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高配前组合灯,其特征在于,其中所述大灯安装壳裸露出所述远光灯反射银碗与所述转向灯反射银碗,所述加强反射卡片扣合于所述大灯安装壳面向所述转向灯反射银碗的一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高配前组合灯,其特征在于,其中所述阶梯反射壁具有围设于所述大灯的多个导光弧带,所述导光弧带具有面向所述大灯的反射弧面,且所述导光弧带由内至外渐高。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高配前组合灯,其特征在于,其中所述加强反射卡片密布凸起的反射晶格,所述反射晶格成四边形,外表面内凹。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高配前组合灯,其特征在于,其中所述勾状饰条镀铝并喷漆。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高配前组合灯,其特征在于,其中所述大灯设置为远近一体透镜大灯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高配前组合灯,其特征在于,其中所述灯罩位于所述转向灯的区域凸起。
