Abstract
The invention provides a component mounting and positioning guide frame and a component mounting and positioning method, and provides a novel guide frame device aiming at the problem of hoisting and mounting prefabricated components of an assembly type building, wherein the positioning guide frame is fixed with a fixing structure, and a component to be mounted is limited in a space surrounded by a turning guide frame through the turning guide frame. The invention solves the problem of rapid drop installation of the components after hoisting, ensures the construction efficiency of workers, reduces the operation difficulty and integrally improves the construction progress and quality.

Here, the positioning guide and the fixing structure may be connected by screws, and the positioning guide may be welded to the second guide portion.
Aiming at the hoisting and installation problems of prefabricated components of an assembly type building, the invention provides a novel guide frame device which is fixed with a fixed structure through a positioning guide frame and limits the components to be installed in a space surrounded by a turning guide frame through the turning guide frame, can solve the problem of rapid positioning of the components in the existing construction and effectively improves the positioning efficiency and the installation precision. The invention solves the problem of rapid drop installation of the components after hoisting, ensures the construction efficiency of workers, reduces the operation difficulty and integrally improves the construction progress and quality.
In one embodiment of the component mounting and positioning guide frame, the lengths of the first second guide parts are preset in various lengths, so that when the other ends of the first second guide parts with different lengths are connected with the other end of the second first guide part with fixed length through screws to form a straight line, different lengths are combined to adapt to walls with different thicknesses.

As shown in fig. 5 to 8, in an embodiment of the component mounting and positioning guide of the present invention, the positioning guide includes a first positioning portion 11 and a second positioning portion 12, which are vertically connected to each other, and the second positioning portion 12 is connected to the fixing structure.
