硅酸钙板是以无机矿物纤维或纤维素纤维等松散短纤维为增强材料,以硅质-钙质材料为主体胶结材料,经制浆、成型、在高温高压饱和蒸汽中加速固化反应,形成硅酸钙胶凝体而制成的板材。是一种具有优良性能的新型建筑和工业用板材,其产品防火,防潮,隔音,防虫蛀,耐久性较好,是吊顶,隔断的理想装饰板材,随着硅酸钙板在“环保利废”方面的功能被挖掘出来,已有部分企业添加了粉煤灰、电石渣等原料,在降低成本的同时响应了国家节能环保政策,可能获得一定程度的经济补贴。采用无石棉技术和使用硅灰石等原料的产品,在市场上更具竞争力,“利废型”硅酸钙板市场前景被十分看好,硅酸钙板适用于装配式建筑,尽管硅酸钙板的板材优点较多,但是有许多特点仍无法满足装配式建筑,需要新技术进行生产板材。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于装配式建筑板材领域多种产品应用的复合技术,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于装配式建筑板材领域多种产品应用的复合技术,包括以下生产步骤:
步骤1:选取铝蜂窝板,钙质材料比如石灰、电石渣等,硅质材料比如石英岩、石英砂岩等;
步骤2:通过高重量碾辊对钙质材料和硅质材料进行碾压,形成的粉末用水进行混合,且进行高压挤压;
步骤3:将钙质材料与硅质材料形成的粉末放置于蒸压釜中,且投放碎抗碱玻璃纤维,经过蒸压釜中的高温与高压进行养护,且产生水热合成反应;
步骤4:浇筑凝胶材料,进行反复搅拌;
步骤5:对材料进行压蒸养护和表面磨光,形成晶体结构的托贝莫来石为硅酸钙板,再次进行高温高压蒸养,根据需要的尺寸进行成型,最后进行干燥;
步骤6:将硅酸钙板放置于铝蜂窝板两面,将胶水涂于硅酸钙板的表面,且将硅酸钙板与铝蜂窝板之间填充上玻璃纤维,将硅酸钙板与铝蜂窝板对合进行干燥;
步骤7:将产品的外围进行通过铝框架进行焊接包围;
步骤8:将产品放置于硬质包装箱内部进行包装。
优选的,所述硅酸钙板通过抄取成型法制作成6-12MM的厚度。
优选的,所述硅酸钙板通过模压成型法制作成19-32MM的厚度。

在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种基于装配式建筑板材领域多种产品应用的复合技术,其特征在于:包括以下生产步骤:
步骤1:选取铝蜂窝板,钙质材料比如石灰、电石渣等,硅质材料比如石英岩、石英砂岩等;
步骤2:通过高重量碾辊对钙质材料和硅质材料进行碾压,形成的粉末用水进行混合,且进行高压挤压;
步骤3:将钙质材料与硅质材料形成的粉末放置于蒸压釜中,且投放碎抗碱玻璃纤维,经过蒸压釜中的高温与高压进行养护,且产生水热合成反应;
步骤4:浇筑凝胶材料,进行反复搅拌;
步骤5:对材料进行压蒸养护和表面磨光,形成晶体结构的托贝莫来石为硅酸钙板,再次进行高温高压蒸养,根据需要的尺寸进行成型,最后进行干燥;
步骤6:将硅酸钙板放置于铝蜂窝板两面,将胶水涂于硅酸钙板的表面,且将硅酸钙板与铝蜂窝板之间填充上玻璃纤维,将硅酸钙板与铝蜂窝板对合进行干燥;
步骤7:将产品的外围进行通过铝框架进行焊接包围;
步骤8:将产品放置于硬质包装箱内部进行包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于装配式建筑板材领域多种产品应用的复合技术,其特征在于:所述硅酸钙板通过抄取成型法制作成6-12MM的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于装配式建筑板材领域多种产品应用的复合技术,其特征在于:所述硅酸钙板通过模压成型法制作成19-32MM的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于装配式建筑板材领域多种产品应用的复合技术,其特征在于:包括以下生产步骤:
步骤1:选取彩铝板,钙质材料比如石灰、电石渣等,硅质材料比如石英岩、石英砂岩等;
步骤2:通过高重量碾辊对钙质材料和硅质材料进行碾压,形成的粉末用水进行混合,且进行高压挤压;
步骤3:将钙质材料与硅质材料形成的粉末放置于蒸压釜中,且投放碎抗碱玻璃纤维,经过蒸压釜中的高温与高压进行养护,且产生水热合成反应;
步骤4:浇筑凝胶材料,进行反复搅拌;
步骤5:对材料进行压蒸养护和表面磨光,形成晶体结构的托贝莫来石为硅酸钙板,再次进行高温高压蒸养,根据需要的尺寸进行成型;
步骤6:将板材的四角均贯穿上双头螺纹杆,进行晾晒干燥;
步骤7:将彩铝板的四角打孔,且放于板材的两边,将双头螺纹杆贯穿通孔,通过螺母与螺纹杆进行连接,将彩铝板与板材进行连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于装配式建筑板材领域多种产品应用的复合技术,其特征在于:所述双头螺纹杆的直径为5MM。
