Abstract
The invention discloses a fermentation tank suitable for organic waste treatment, which comprises a tank body and a heating channel communicated with the tank body, wherein the tank body is arranged in a hollow manner and comprises a material accommodating cavity and a hollow cavity extending into the material accommodating cavity, and the top end of the material accommodating cavity is opened and the bottom end of the material accommodating cavity is sealed for accommodating organic waste to be treated; the heating channel is arranged in the hollow cavity and used for heating the to-be-treated organic waste contained in the material containing cavity through heat transferred in the heating medium flowing in the hollow cavity so as to reduce the moisture in the to-be-treated organic waste. The fermentation tank and the fertilizer making machine suitable for organic waste treatment, provided by the invention, have the advantages that the utilization rate of energy is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, and the efficiency and the energy conservation are realized; the harmless treatment and the moisture reduction are realized by quickly heating; the processing time is shortened; the use of auxiliary materials is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of biological waste treatment, and particularly discloses a fermentation tank and a fertilizer making machine suitable for organic waste treatment.
Background
The fertilizer making machine can perform quick harmless treatment on vegetable residues, plant straws, animal wastes, food fungus leftovers, tobacco wastes and the like produced in agricultural production to completely kill diseases, pests and weeds in the agricultural wastes, and make functional organic materials, and after the fertilizer making machine is applied to soil, various nutrients and beneficial microorganisms are in an active state, so that the environment is cleaned, a large amount of organic nutrient elements and organic matters can be supplemented, the soil is improved, and soil-borne diseases of crops are effectively controlled.
The main body of the existing fertilizer making machine is assembled in an integrated fermentation machine and consists of a fermentation host, a crushing system, a hot blast stove, a feeding/discharging system, a stirring system, an electromechanical system, a temperature control/ventilation system and other parts, and high molecular organic matters such as cellulose, protein, saccharides, fat and the like of organic wastes to be treated are converted into organic fertilizers through a system biochemical reaction.
The main structure of the fertilizer making machine on the market at present is shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and the fertilizer making machine comprises a fermentation tank 1, an air duct 2, an air duct cover plate 3, an air inlet 4 and an air outlet 5, wherein a heating part of the fermentation tank 1 is a semicircular part, and the contact area of a material and the fermentation tank 1 is also the semicircular part of the fermentation tank. Because the heating area is not very large, the temperature of the materials in the fermentation tank 1 rises slowly, the heat utilization rate is not high, a large part of energy is lost, the moisture reduction speed is also slow, and the application and popularization of the fertilizer making machine are greatly limited.
Therefore, the above-mentioned defects of the existing fertilizer making machine are a technical problem to be solved urgently.

The invention provides a fermentation tank suitable for organic waste treatment and a fertilizer making machine, and aims to solve the technical problems of the defects of the conventional fertilizer making machine.
According to one aspect of the invention, a fermentation tank suitable for organic waste treatment is provided, which comprises a tank body and a heating channel communicated with the tank body, wherein the tank body is arranged in a hollow manner and comprises a material accommodating cavity and a hollow cavity extending into the material accommodating cavity, and the top end of the material accommodating cavity is opened and the bottom end of the material accommodating cavity is sealed for accommodating organic waste to be treated; the heating channel is arranged in the hollow cavity and used for heating the to-be-treated organic waste contained in the material containing cavity through heat transferred in the heating medium flowing in the hollow cavity so as to reduce the moisture in the to-be-treated organic waste.
Further, the heating channel comprises a main heating channel, a secondary heating channel which is communicated with the main heating channel and extends along the vertical direction of the main heating channel, and a heating inlet and a heating outlet which are arranged on the end part of the main heating channel, and the secondary heating channel extends into the material containing cavity.
Further, the main heating channel is arranged along the horizontal direction, and the secondary heating channel is arranged along the vertical direction.
Further, a plurality of secondary heating channels are uniformly arranged at intervals along the length direction of the main heating channel.
Further, the main heating channel and the secondary heating channel are arranged at a right angle.
Further, a plurality of secondary heating channels are arranged in the material containing cavity side by side and transversely and uniformly.
Further, the longitudinal section of the heating channel is comb-shaped.
Further, the level of the secondary heating channel is lower than the level of the material accommodating chamber.
Further, the cross section of the material containing cavity is semicircular.

The fermentation tank comprises a tank body 10 and a heating channel 20 communicated with the tank body 10, wherein the tank body 10 is hollow and comprises a material accommodating cavity 11 and a hollow cavity 12 extending into the material accommodating cavity 11, and the top end of the material accommodating cavity 11 is open and the bottom end is sealed for accommodating organic waste to be treated; the heating channel 20 is disposed in the hollow cavity 12, and is configured to heat the to-be-processed organic waste contained in the material containing cavity 11 through heat transferred from the heating medium flowing in the hollow cavity 12, so as to reduce moisture in the to-be-processed organic waste. In this embodiment, the heating medium may be air.
In the above structure, referring to fig. 3 to 5, in the fermentation tank for organic waste treatment provided in this embodiment, the heating channel 20 includes a main heating channel 21, a secondary heating channel 22 communicating with the main heating channel 21 and extending in a vertical direction of the main heating channel 21, and a heating inlet 23 and a heating outlet 24 disposed at ends of the main heating channel 21, wherein the secondary heating channel 22 extends into the material accommodating chamber 11. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the heating inlet 23 and the heating outlet 24 are provided at both end portions of the main heating passage 21, respectively. The heating inlet 23 may be an air inlet and the heating outlet 24 may be an air outlet. The main heating path 21 is arranged in a horizontal direction, and the sub heating path 22 is arranged in a vertical direction. The main heating channel 21 is located below the secondary heating channel 22, so that the main heating channel can supply heat to the secondary heating channel 22 conveniently, and the heating speed and efficiency are improved. Further, in order to uniformly heat the organic waste to be treated, a plurality of secondary heating channels 22 are uniformly arranged at intervals along the length direction of the main heating channel 21. Preferably, the main heating channel 21 and the secondary heating channel 22 are arranged at a right angle, so as to facilitate the taking and placing of the organic waste to be treated. Optionally, a plurality of secondary heating channels 22 are transversely and uniformly arranged in the material accommodating cavity 11 side by side, so that the energy utilization rate is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced. In this embodiment, the longitudinal section of the heating channel 20 is comb-shaped, so that the secondary heating channel 22 uniformly heats the organic waste to be treated, the heat utilization rate is improved, and rapid temperature rise and moisture drop are realized. Further, the level of the secondary heating channel 22 is lower than the level of the material accommodating cavity 11, so that the cover body can be conveniently covered above the material accommodating cavity 11, and the function of further temperature increase or heat preservation can be achieved. Preferably, the material containing cavity 11 has a semicircular cross section for facilitating the handling and cleaning of the organic waste to be treated.
