Abstract
本发明公开了一种夜间自发光木塑制品,包括芯层料以及面层料,所述芯层料包括如下重量份的原料:木粉35‑75份、PE20‑50、抗氧剂0.1‑0.5份、润滑剂1‑3份、无机填料5‑20份、相容剂2‑10份和色粉1‑3份,所述面层料包括如下重量份的原料:工程改性塑料70‑90份,夜光色母粒10‑30份,本发明成本低,无污染,生产工艺简单,易于操作,在户外使用时,白天吸收太阳光,晚上会自动发出各种颜色的光,可以起到警示的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及木塑板材生产技术领域,特别涉及一种夜间自发光木塑制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
木塑复合板材是一种主要由木材(木纤维素、植物纤维素)为基础材料与热塑性高分子材料(塑料)和加工助剂等,混合均匀后再经模具设备加热挤出成型而制成的高新型装饰材料,兼有木材和塑料的性能与特征,是能替代木材和塑料的新型复合材料。木塑板材主要成分是废弃的边角木粉、碎木和渣木,具有良好的钢度和韧性,能够钉、钻、磨、锯、刨、漆,而且不易变形,防龟裂,实属家具业、室内装饰业、包装业、车船内饰业以及未来木质房屋建筑业首选绿色环保板材,必将在板材市场掀起一轮新的革命,随着市场的各种需求和对产品的不断改进各种具有特殊功能的特点的产品被不断的研发出来。
因此,发明一种夜间自发光木塑制品及其制备方法来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种夜间自发光木塑制品及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种夜间自发光木塑制品及,包括芯层料以及面层料,所述芯层料包括如下重量份的原料:木粉35-75份、PE20-50、抗氧剂0.1-0.5份、润滑剂1-3份、无机填料5-20份、相容剂2-10份和色粉1-3份,所述面层料包括如下重量份的原料:工程改性塑料70-90份,夜光色母粒10-30份。
优选的,由以下原材料构成,芯层料:PE 30份、木粉55份、抗氧剂0.3份、相容剂3份、润滑剂1.5份、无机填料10份以及色粉2份,面层料:工程改性塑料80份,夜光色母粒20份。
优选的,所述面层料与芯层料配比为94:6。
优选的,包括以下步骤:
1)芯层料:按照PE 30份、木粉55份、抗氧剂0.3份、相容剂3份、润滑剂1.5份、无机填料10份以及色粉2份重量份数的比例放入混合机,混合时间为20min,得芯层料混合物料,面层料按照工程改性塑料70-90份,夜光色母粒10-30份重量份数的比例放入混合机,混合时间为15min,得面层料混合物料;
2)将面层料混合物料入料斗并烘干,烘干温度在90℃,时间60min;
3)将芯层料混合物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,将面层料混合物料加入到单螺杆挤出机中;
4)待芯层料混合物料经双螺杆挤出机处理并挤出以及面层料混合物料经单螺杆挤出机处理并挤出到同一模具,芯层先成型,成型后面层包裹住芯层,得木塑制品。
优选的,所述面层料的厚度通过工艺温度和喂料量来控制,确保厚度在0.4~0.6mm。
优选的,所述芯层料挤出工艺温度:170℃、160℃、140℃、140℃、145℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃,所述面层料挤出工艺温度:100℃、130℃、160℃、180℃、190℃、200℃、200℃、200℃、200℃。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
本发明成本低,无污染,生产工艺简单,易于操作,在户外使用时,白天吸收太阳光,晚上会自动发出各种颜色的光,可以起到警示的作用。

本发明提供了一种夜间自发光木塑制品,其特征在于,包括芯层料以及面层料,所述芯层料包括如下重量份的原料:木粉35-75份、PE20-50、抗氧剂0.1-0.5份、润滑剂1-3份、无机填料5-20份、相容剂2-10份和色粉1-3份,所述面层料包括如下重量份的原料:工程改性塑料70-90份,夜光色母粒10-30份。
进一步的,在上述技术方案中,由以下原材料构成,芯层料:PE 30份、木粉55份、抗氧剂0.3份、相容剂3份、润滑剂1.5份、无机填料10份以及色粉2份,面层料:工程改性塑料80份,夜光色母粒20份;
进一步的,在上述技术方案中,所述面层料与芯层料配比为94:6;
进一步的,在上述技术方案中,包括以下步骤:
1)芯层料:按照PE 30份、木粉55份、抗氧剂0.3份、相容剂3份、润滑剂1.5份、无机填料10份以及色粉2份重量份数的比例放入混合机,混合时间为20min,得芯层料混合物料,面层料按照工程改性塑料70-90份,夜光色母粒10-30份重量份数的比例放入混合机,混合时间为15min,得面层料混合物料;
2)将面层料混合物料入料斗并烘干,烘干温度在90℃,时间60min;
3)将芯层料混合物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,将面层料混合物料加入到单螺杆挤出机中;
4)待芯层料混合物料经双螺杆挤出机处理并挤出以及面层料混合物料经单螺杆挤出机处理并挤出到同一模具,芯层先成型,成型后面层包裹住芯层,得木塑制品。
进一步的,在上述技术方案中,所述面层料的厚度通过工艺温度和喂料量来控制,确保厚度在0.4~0.6mm;
进一步的,在上述技术方案中,所述芯层料挤出工艺温度:170℃、160℃、140℃、140℃、145℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃,所述面层料挤出工艺温度:100℃、130℃、160℃、180℃、190℃、200℃、200℃、200℃、200℃。

1.一种夜间自发光木塑制品,其特征在于,包括芯层料以及面层料,所述芯层料包括如下重量份的原料:木粉35-75份、PE20-50、抗氧剂0.1-0.5份、润滑剂1-3份、无机填料5-20份、相容剂2-10份和色粉1-3份,所述面层料包括如下重量份的原料:工程改性塑料70-90份,夜光色母粒10-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种夜间自发光木塑制品,其特征在于,由以下原材料构成,芯层料:PE 30份、木粉55份、抗氧剂0.3份、相容剂3份、润滑剂1.5份、无机填料10份以及色粉2份,面层料:工程改性塑料80份,夜光色母粒20份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种夜间自发光木塑制品,其特征在于:所述面层料与芯层料配比为6:94。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种夜间自发光木塑制品制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)芯层料:按照PE 30份、木粉55份、抗氧剂0.3份、相容剂3份、润滑剂1.5份、无机填料10份以及色粉2份重量份数的比例放入混合机,混合时间为20min,得芯层料混合物料,面层料按照工程改性塑料70-90份,夜光色母粒10-30份重量份数的比例放入混合机,混合时间为15min,得面层料混合物料;
2)将面层料混合物料入料斗并烘干,烘干温度在90℃,时间60min;
3)将芯层料混合物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,将面层料混合物料加入到单螺杆挤出机中;
4)待芯层料混合物料经双螺杆挤出机处理并挤出以及面层料混合物料经单螺杆挤出机处理并挤出到同一模具,芯层先成型,成型后面层包裹住芯层,得木塑制品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型木塑制品制备方法,其特征在于:所述面层料的厚度通过工艺温度和喂料量来控制,确保厚度在0.4~0.6mm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型木塑制品制备方法,其特征在于:所述芯层料挤出工艺温度:170℃、160℃、140℃、140℃、145℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、150℃,所述面层料挤出工艺温度:100℃、130℃、160℃、180℃、190℃、200℃、200℃、200℃、200℃。
