Description

Externally-applied ointment for treating rheumatism and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an external ointment for rheumatism and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the acceleration of modern life and work rhythm, the working time and working intensity are getting bigger and bigger, and more people bear great pressure on their bodies, thereby suffering from various diseases. For people who work outdoors for a long time with great intensity, the patients are easy to suffer various waist and leg pains, such as rheumatoid arthritis, particularly arthritis of waist and legs, lumbar disc herniation and the like, and the disease condition is aggravated with the increase of the age.
Rheumatoid arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis) is a common acute or chronic inflammation of connective tissue. Generally, the rheumatic arthritis is one of the main manifestations of rheumatic fever, and is clinically characterized by joint and muscle wandering soreness, red swelling and pain. According to symptoms, epidemiological analysis and immunological analysis, the rheumatoid arthritis is considered to be related to group A type B hemolytic streptococcus infection, the disease can be induced by factors such as cold, dampness and the like, joint pain is the primary symptom of the rheumatoid arthritis, and pain can occur to joints of the whole body, but large joints of lower limbs such as knee joints and ankle joints are most frequently affected. In the onset of illness, patients may also have symptoms such as muscular soreness, fatigue, anorexia, and dysphoria. In addition, the irregular fever phenomenon appears before the rheumatism appears, which is mostly mild fever, moderate fever, fast pulse, hyperhidrosis, not proportional to the body temperature and the like.
The lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is one of the common diseases of the lumbar pain, mainly because after various parts of the lumbar intervertebral disc (nucleus pulposus, annulus fibrosus and cartilage plates), especially the nucleus pulposus, have degenerative changes of different degrees, under the action of external force factors, the annulus fibrosus of the intervertebral disc is ruptured, and the nucleus pulposus tissue protrudes (or is separated) from the ruptured part to the back or in the vertebral canal, so that adjacent spinal nerve roots are stimulated or pressed, and a series of clinical symptoms such as lumbar pain, numbness and pain of one lower limb or two lower limbs are generated.
For rheumatic lumbar pain, modern medicine considers that the disease is related to fatigue, cold and dampness, such as staying in wet land for a long time, making a rush, raining, replacing wet clothes in time, not covering the quilt when sleeping in summer and autumn, and the like. Over time, the affected tissue may be denatured, resulting in chronic pain that is lingering and difficult to heal.
Rheumatic lumbago and skelalgia are caused by muscle, tendon and vessel, ligament, fat and subcutaneous tissue. According to the traditional Chinese medicine, the rheumatic lumbocrural pain is caused by the clinical symptoms of soreness, swelling and pain, numbness and the like of the lumbocrural parts due to blood vessel obstruction and unsmooth movement caused by the fact that the lumbocrural parts are affected by wind-cold-dampness evil.
The above diseases have great influence on the life of modern people, and patients suffer pain and the life quality is reduced. But the prior art lacks a medicine which has better treatment effect on the diseases and is convenient to use.
