During the monitoring of the exhibitions, the server 104 receives an initiation of an emergency policy in an emergency response page, the emergency policy including a plurality of emergency tasks. The server 104 selects the personnel identification of the emergency personnel corresponding to each emergency task from the grid map corresponding to the exhibition site, and generates an emergency group corresponding to the corresponding emergency task according to the selected personnel identification. The server 104 acquires the communication identifier corresponding to the emergency personnel in the emergency group. The server 104 establishes communication connection between the terminals 102 corresponding to the emergency personnel according to the communication identification. The server 104 sends the corresponding emergency task to the emergency group through the communication connection, so that the emergency group executes the corresponding emergency task. The terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an emergency group scheduling method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 202, in the monitoring process of the exhibition site, receiving the starting operation of the emergency strategy in the emergency response page, wherein the emergency strategy comprises a plurality of emergency tasks.
The server is pre-deployed with the exhibition monitoring system. The exhibition personnel can monitor the exhibition site according to the exhibition monitoring system. The exhibition site refers to a place where various types of expos, exhibitions, meetings, cultural activities and the like are developed. In the monitoring process of the exhibition site, when the exhibition monitoring system monitors that an emergency situation occurs in the exhibition site, the server can receive the starting operation of the emergency strategy in the emergency response page. The emergency strategy may be an emergency protocol to be taken in the face of an emergency. Because the exhibition scene is more complicated, and the exhibition place includes a plurality of exhibition areas. Therefore, the emergency strategies may include emergency strategies adopted for different exhibition areas, and corresponding emergency tasks are generated according to the emergency strategies corresponding to each exhibition area. The emergency task carries the area identification of the exhibition area and the emergency strategy corresponding to the exhibition area.
And 204, selecting the personnel identification of the emergency personnel corresponding to each emergency task from the grid map corresponding to the exhibition site, and generating an emergency group corresponding to the corresponding emergency task according to the selected personnel identification.
In the exhibition monitoring system, the exhibition site may be displayed in the form of a grid map. Specifically, the server acquires map information of the exhibition site, and performs grid division on the map information of the exhibition site to obtain a grid map corresponding to the exhibition site. Security personnel are deployed in each exhibition area of the grid map in advance, and personnel identification of each security personnel is displayed in the grid map. The exhibition sites can be divided more finely, accurately and reasonably through the grid map, and efficient and targeted services are provided for a plurality of exhibition areas of the grid map, so that the service efficiency of comprehensive services is effectively improved, and the processing efficiency of emergency situations is improved.
The server analyzes the emergency task to obtain the area identification of the exhibition area and the emergency strategy corresponding to the exhibition area. The server selects emergency personnel in the grid map according to the area identification of the exhibition area and the corresponding emergency strategy, receives click operation of the personnel identification of the emergency personnel on the grid map, and determines the personnel identification of the selected emergency personnel. And generating an emergency group corresponding to the corresponding emergency task according to the selected personnel identification of the emergency personnel.
In one embodiment, the server may select the received personnel identifier of the emergency personnel corresponding to each emergency task from a grid map corresponding to the exhibition site, and allocate the selected personnel identifiers of the emergency personnel to the pre-created conversation group. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating emergency personnel selected from the grid map and allocated to corresponding conversation groups according to an embodiment. Specifically, the server may create a plurality of talk groups as emergency groups in advance. Each emergency group may include a task identification. The task identifier is used for marking the emergency task corresponding to each emergency group. The server selects the received personnel identification of the emergency personnel corresponding to each emergency task from the grid map corresponding to the exhibition site, determines the emergency group of the personnel needing to be distributed according to the task identification of the emergency task, and distributes the selected personnel identification of the emergency personnel to the emergency group of the personnel needing to be distributed to obtain the target emergency group. Emergency personnel are selected through the grid map, so that the emergency personnel are distributed to corresponding emergency groups, command and scheduling are not needed through an offline mode, group support can be quickly achieved, and emergency processing efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the server can also directly select emergency personnel according to each emergency task to create an emergency group. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating emergency personnel selection and emergency group creation in one embodiment. Specifically, the server obtains communication information of security personnel in the exhibition site. The communication information may be an address book. The address list can comprise personnel identification of security personnel and a plurality of corresponding communication types. The communication type is a communication means used when performing communication. The communication types may include instant messaging software communication, individual dispatch APP communication, video communication, telephone communication, and the like. And the server creates an emergency group by selecting the personnel identification of the emergency personnel corresponding to each emergency task in the communication information, and groups the created emergency group with corresponding emergency tasks. The server can directly select emergency personnel in the communication information to create the emergency group, operation is convenient, and workload of creating the emergency group is reduced.
And step 206, acquiring a communication identifier corresponding to the emergency personnel in the emergency group.
The communication identifier means a unique identifier of information for marking one terminal. For example, the communication identification may be a phone number of the terminal, a user name of the instant messaging application, and the like. The individual soldier dispatching APP operates in the terminal, and after emergency personnel log in the individual soldier dispatching APP through the user name and the password, the individual soldier dispatching APP obtains the communication identification corresponding to the user name. The individual soldier sends the communication identification and the user name to the exhibition monitoring system through the dispatching APP, so that the exhibition monitoring system takes the user name as the personnel identification of emergency personnel, and the communication identification and the personnel identification are correspondingly stored.
For example, the individual dispatch APP may determine, according to the user name, the telephone number of the terminal filled by the corresponding emergency personnel during registration, and then send the user name and the telephone number to the exhibition monitoring system. The exhibition monitoring system extracts the personnel identification of each emergency personnel in the emergency group and determines the corresponding communication identification according to the personnel identification.
And step 208, establishing communication connection between the terminals corresponding to the emergency personnel according to the communication identification.
Communication connection can be carried out among a plurality of emergency personnel in the emergency group. The manner of communication connection may be varied. The server can adopt different communication connection modes for each emergency personnel, and can also adopt the same communication connection mode for a plurality of emergency personnel. The communication connection manner may be determined according to a communication type.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: receiving selection operation of communication types of emergency personnel in an emergency group; generating a communication instruction according to the selection operation of the communication type and the corresponding personnel identification of the emergency personnel; and issuing the communication instruction to the corresponding terminal according to the communication identifier so as to establish communication connection between the terminals corresponding to the emergency personnel.
The server can also receive the selection operation of the communication type of each emergency personnel in the emergency group triggered by the exhibition management personnel in the process of monitoring the exhibition site through the exhibition monitoring system. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating an operation of selecting a communication type of an emergency person according to an embodiment. The communication type refers to a communication means used for communication, and for example, the communication type may include instant messaging software communication, individual dispatch APP communication, video communication, telephone communication and the like. The server can obtain the personnel identification of the emergency personnel needing to communicate and the corresponding communication type according to the selection operation of the communication type, so that the communication instruction is generated according to the selection operation of the communication type and the personnel identification needing to communicate. The server sends the communication instruction to the terminals corresponding to the personnel identification, the communication instruction can be analyzed between the terminals corresponding to the personnel identification to obtain the communication type, then the corresponding application program is called according to the communication type, and communication connection is achieved through the application program.
Step 210, sending corresponding emergency tasks to the emergency group through communication connection.
The server establishes communication connection between the terminals corresponding to the emergency personnel of the emergency group, and can allocate corresponding emergency tasks to the emergency group. After receiving the emergency task, the terminal corresponding to the emergency personnel in the emergency group analyzes the emergency task to obtain the area identifier. Therefore, the emergency personnel need to reach the exhibition area corresponding to the area identification so as to execute the emergency task.
In this embodiment, during the monitoring process of the exhibition site, the starting operation of the emergency policy in the emergency response page is received, and the emergency policy includes a plurality of emergency tasks. And selecting the personnel identification of the emergency personnel corresponding to each emergency task from the grid map corresponding to the exhibition site, and generating an emergency group corresponding to the corresponding emergency task according to the selected personnel identification. Therefore, the communication identification corresponding to the emergency personnel in the emergency group can be obtained, and communication connection is established between the terminals corresponding to the emergency personnel according to the communication identification. And then corresponding emergency tasks are sent to the emergency groups through communication connection, so that the emergency groups execute the corresponding emergency tasks. The emergency group is generated according to different emergency tasks in the monitoring process of the exhibition site, and the emergency group is generated by selecting emergency personnel in a grid map corresponding to the exhibition site according to the emergency tasks, security personnel are deployed in the grid map in advance, the position of the exhibition area corresponding to the security personnel can be visually obtained through the grid map, the emergency personnel can be selected more accurately and timely, the corresponding emergency group can be generated according to the actual situation, and the emergency situation under the complex exhibition scene can be flexibly processed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the step of selecting the personnel identifier of the emergency personnel corresponding to each emergency task from the grid map corresponding to the exhibition site includes:
step 602, identifying a security department corresponding to the task type of each emergency task in a plurality of security departments, wherein the security departments comprise personnel identifiers of security personnel.
And step 604, acquiring security personnel information of the security department corresponding to each emergency task.
And 606, selecting the personnel identifier of the security personnel corresponding to the corresponding emergency task from the personnel identifiers of the corresponding security departments in the grid map according to the security personnel information, and using the personnel identifier as the personnel identifier of the emergency personnel.
A security framework of the exhibition site is stored in the exhibition monitoring system in advance. A plurality of security departments may be included in the security architecture, and each security department may include a plurality of security teams. After the server acquires the emergency tasks, the security department corresponding to the task type of each emergency task is identified according to the department functions of the security departments. And the server acquires the security personnel information of the security department corresponding to each emergency task. The security personnel information may include location information of the security personnel, work experience of the security personnel, and the like. The position information of the security personnel can be displayed on the grid map. The grid map comprises personnel identification of security personnel. The server can select personnel from the personnel identifications of the corresponding security departments displayed on the grid map according to the security personnel information, and the selected personnel identifications are used as the personnel identifications of the emergency personnel.
In this embodiment, the security personnel information of the security department is acquired by identifying the security department corresponding to the task type of the emergency task, and personnel selection is performed in the corresponding security department in the grid map according to the security personnel information, so that the emergency personnel selection can be performed in the security department conforming to the task type, and the efficiency of emergency personnel selection is improved.
In one embodiment, before receiving an initiation operation of an emergency policy in an emergency response page, the method further comprises: acquiring multi-dimensional monitoring information of a exhibition site; identifying whether the multidimensional monitoring information meets an alarm condition according to a plurality of index thresholds; if not, determining multi-dimensional monitoring information meeting the alarm condition; and determining an emergency strategy according to the multidimensional monitoring information meeting the alarm condition, and generating alarm information according to the emergency strategy.
And the server is provided with a conference and exhibition monitoring system. The exhibition personnel can monitor the exhibition site according to the exhibition monitoring system. Developers can set multiple monitoring dimensions for the exhibitions in advance. Monitoring dimensions may include personnel dimensions, environmental dimensions, traffic dimensions, item dimensions, fire dimensions, and the like. The developer can also set corresponding monitoring indexes for the exhibition site according to each preset monitoring dimension. In the monitoring process of the exhibition site, the server acquires the multidimensional monitoring information of the exhibition site. The multidimensional monitoring information may include monitoring information of monitoring indexes corresponding to a plurality of monitoring dimensions. For example, the monitoring information corresponding to the monitoring index corresponding to the staff dimension may include the number of people in the venue, thermal density information, face recognition information, and the like; monitoring information corresponding to the monitoring indexes corresponding to the traffic dimensions comprises traffic flow information, parking space information, illegal parking information and the like; monitoring information corresponding to the monitoring indexes corresponding to the environment dimensionality comprises temperature information, humidity information, harmful gas information and the like; monitoring information corresponding to monitoring indexes corresponding to the dimension of the article comprises equipment fault information, equipment off-line information, current and voltage information, article invasion information and the like; the monitoring information corresponding to the monitoring index corresponding to the fire-fighting dimension comprises smoke sensing alarm information, fire water supply information, combustible gas information and the like.
In one embodiment, in order to better monitor the exhibition site, a developer may deploy a plurality of monitoring sub-platforms with different functions for the exhibition site in advance, and the all-around monitoring of the exhibition site is realized through the plurality of monitoring sub-platforms with different functions. The monitoring sub-platform may include a vehicle management sub-platform, a face recognition sub-system, and the like. For example, vehicle monitoring of the parking lot area may be performed by a vehicle management sub-platform. Based on the face recognition subsystem, the number of participants can be monitored. The developers butt joint the monitoring sub-platforms with the exhibition monitoring system, so that the exhibition monitoring system can generate monitoring information corresponding to the monitoring indexes according to the monitoring information of the monitoring sub-platforms.
Further, the exhibition monitoring system determines at least one monitoring sub-platform corresponding to each monitoring index, extracts monitoring information of the target sub-platform from the corresponding monitoring sub-platform according to the preset key field, and integrates the monitoring information of the target sub-platform to obtain the monitoring information corresponding to the monitoring index. For example, when monitoring information of surrounding traffic needs to be acquired, the exhibition monitoring system determines that the monitoring sub-platforms corresponding to the surrounding traffic monitoring indexes are a GIS system, a ground parking system and a vehicle management system. The exhibitions monitoring system extracts monitoring information of the target sub-platform from data tables respectively corresponding to the GIS system, the ground parking system and the vehicle management system according to preset key fields, such as free parking spaces, garage parking quantity and the like, and stores the extracted monitoring information of the target sub-platform into data tables corresponding to surrounding traffic monitoring indexes.
The server also prestores index thresholds of monitoring indexes corresponding to each monitoring dimension, and identifies whether the multi-dimension monitoring information meets the alarm condition or not based on the index thresholds.
In one embodiment, identifying whether the multidimensional monitoring information meets the alarm condition based on the plurality of metric thresholds comprises: identifying an index threshold of a monitoring index corresponding to each monitoring dimension in multi-dimension monitoring information in a plurality of index thresholds; and identifying whether the multi-dimensional monitoring information of the corresponding monitoring dimension meets the alarm condition according to the index threshold value of each monitoring dimension.
The server identifies the index threshold of the monitoring index corresponding to each monitoring dimension in the multi-dimension monitoring information in the plurality of index thresholds, so that the monitoring information of the monitoring index corresponding to each monitoring dimension is compared with the corresponding index threshold, and whether the monitoring information of the monitoring index corresponding to each dimension meets the alarm condition of the corresponding monitoring index is judged. And if so, determining the multidimensional monitoring information meeting the alarm condition. For example, when the number of persons in the venue in the staff dimension is greater than a preset threshold number of persons in the venue, the number of persons in the venue in the staff dimension satisfies an alarm condition. And if the traffic flow in the traffic dimension is larger than the preset traffic flow threshold, the traffic flow in the traffic dimension meets the alarm condition.
And the server determines a corresponding emergency strategy according to the multidimensional monitoring information meeting the preset alarm condition. The emergency strategy may be an emergency protocol taken for an emergency situation that satisfies the alarm condition. And the server further generates alarm information according to the emergency strategy.
In one embodiment, determining the contingency policy based on the multidimensional monitoring information that satisfies the alarm condition comprises: determining a risk evaluation parameter of each exhibition area in the exhibition site according to the multidimensional monitoring information meeting the alarm condition; predicting a risk value of the corresponding exhibition area according to the risk assessment parameters; and according to the corresponding emergency strategy of the exhibition area of the risk value.
The exhibition site includes a plurality of exhibition areas. The multidimensional monitoring information may be multidimensional monitoring information monitored for each exhibitions area. And analyzing the multidimensional monitoring information by the server to obtain the risk assessment parameters of each exhibition area in the exhibition site. The risk assessment parameters refer to parameter values required for risk assessment of each exhibition area, and the risk assessment parameters can be personnel flow, exhibit types, enterprise qualifications of exhibitors and the like of the exhibition areas. Specifically, the server can analyze the multidimensional monitoring information meeting the alarm condition to obtain the exhibition area identifier carried in the multidimensional monitoring data. The exhibition monitoring system can divide the multidimensional monitoring information according to the exhibition area identification to obtain the area monitoring information of each exhibition area. And the exhibition monitoring system counts and analyzes the regional monitoring information according to the preset keywords to obtain the personnel flow, the exhibit types and the enterprise qualification of the exhibitor in each exhibition region. The exhibition monitoring system stores the personnel flow and the score, the exhibit type and the score of the exhibition area and the corresponding relation between the enterprise qualification of the exhibitor and the score, and determines the score of the corresponding exhibition area according to the corresponding relation. The server obtains the weight value corresponding to each risk evaluation parameter through the exhibition monitoring system, and determines the risk value of the exhibition area according to the weight value and the corresponding score. For example, the weight value is multiplied by the corresponding score to obtain a risk value.
And the server determines the number of the emergency personnel of the corresponding exhibition area according to the risk value, and generates a corresponding emergency strategy according to the number of the emergency personnel of each exhibition area. And generating a corresponding emergency task according to the emergency strategy of each exhibitions area, and combining the generated multiple emergency tasks to obtain the emergency strategy corresponding to the current emergency.
In the embodiment, the corresponding emergency strategy is obtained by performing risk assessment on the multidimensional monitoring information meeting the alarm condition, so that a more accurate emergency strategy can be predicted, and the generated emergency strategy can perform emergency treatment on emergency situations better.
In one embodiment, the emergency task includes an area identifier of a exhibition area, and the method further includes: identifying whether each emergency personnel in the emergency group reaches a exhibition area corresponding to the corresponding area identifier within preset time; if not, determining the personnel identification of the emergency personnel who do not arrive at the corresponding exhibition area; receiving a communication type selection operation of a personnel identifier of an emergency personnel who does not arrive at a corresponding exhibition area; and performing communication connection with emergency personnel who do not arrive at the corresponding exhibition area according to the selected communication type.
After the server allocates corresponding emergency tasks to the emergency groups, each emergency personnel in the emergency groups needs to reach the exhibition areas corresponding to the exhibition area identifiers in the emergency tasks. The server will also monitor whether each emergency personnel arrives at the corresponding exhibitions area.
