It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 1-8 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 1-8 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is provided an order delivery management apparatus including: a receiving module 100, an assigning module 200, a processing module 300, and a pushing module 400, wherein:
the receiving module 100 is configured to receive order information, and determine an order pool to which an order belongs according to the order information, where the order pool includes status information of service staff;
the assignment module 200 is configured to obtain status information of service staff, and when service staff meeting assignment conditions exist in the order pool, allocate an order to the service staff meeting the assignment conditions, where the assignment conditions include whether to accept assignment and whether distribution modes are matched;
the processing module 300 is configured to, when no service staff meeting the assignment condition exists in the order pool, allocate an order according to the state information of the service staff and the state information of the service staff in the standby order pool;
the pushing module 400 is configured to generate service order information according to the order information, and push the service order information to the determined order service staff.
The order distribution management device can determine the order pool to which the order belongs according to the order information, preferentially process the order in the specific order pool, enable the order processing to be more targeted, improve the processing efficiency of various orders, acquire the state information of the service personnel in the order pool, rapidly determine the order service personnel for distributing the order by distributing the order according to the assignment condition, distributing the order according to the state information of the service personnel and the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool and the like, so as to ensure that the order can be processed in time and improve the distribution efficiency in the same city.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the receiving module 100 includes an order dividing module 120, and the order dividing module 120 is configured to determine a user type according to the order information, where the user type includes an individual user, a merchant user, and a team user, and determine an order pool to which the order belongs according to the user type, where the order pool includes a common order pool, a merchant order pool, and a team order pool, where the order of the individual user belongs to the common order pool, the order of the merchant user belongs to the merchant order pool, and the order of the team user belongs to the team order pool.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the processing module 300 includes an order processing module 320, where the order processing module 320 is configured to set an order as a free order taking order, wait for service personnel in an order pool to receive the order, designate order service personnel according to status information of the service personnel in the order pool when order taking information of the service personnel is not received within a preset waiting time, transfer the order to a standby order pool when there is no service personnel available in the order pool, and determine order service personnel according to status information of the service personnel in the standby order pool.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the order processing module 320 includes an order allocating module 322, and the order allocating module 322 is configured to determine a service person not in service according to the status information of the service person in the order pool, obtain the location information, the delivery manner, and the delivery time interval of the service person not in service, and allocate an order to the service person not in service in the order pool according to the location information, the delivery manner, and the delivery time interval.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the order processing module 320 includes an order circulation module 324, and the order circulation module 324 is configured to set the order as a free order receiving order in the standby order pool, wait for the service personnel of the standby order pool to receive the order, and specify the service personnel according to the status information of the service personnel in the standby order pool when the order receiving information of the service personnel is not received within the preset waiting order receiving time.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the order distribution management apparatus further includes a tracking module 500, where the tracking module 500 is configured to track a completion condition of an order, and the tracking module 500 includes a monitoring module 520, and the monitoring module 520 is configured to monitor location information of an order service staff during an order distribution process, push the location information of the order service staff to a user in real time, and receive a service evaluation table of the order service staff fed back by the user when the order distribution is completed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the pushing module 400 includes a price adjusting module 420, and the price adjusting module 420 is configured to determine an order circulation situation according to the determined order servicer, determine a delivery service fee according to the order circulation situation and the order information, and generate service order information according to the order information and the delivery service fee.
For specific limitations of the order delivery management apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the order delivery management method, which are not described herein again. The modules in the order distribution management apparatus may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, or a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing the state information data of the service personnel. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of order delivery management.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 11 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
receiving order information, and determining an order pool to which an order belongs according to the order information, wherein the order pool comprises state information of service personnel;
acquiring state information of service personnel, and when the service personnel meeting assignment conditions exist in an order pool, allocating an order to the service personnel meeting the assignment conditions, wherein the assignment conditions comprise whether the assignment is accepted or not and whether distribution modes are matched or not;
when no service personnel meeting the assignment condition exist in the order pool, distributing the order according to the state information of the service personnel and the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool;
and generating service order information according to the order information, and pushing the service order information to the determined order service personnel.
The order distribution management computer equipment can determine the order pool to which the order belongs according to the order information, preferentially process the order in the specific order pool, enable the order processing to be more targeted, improve the processing efficiency of various orders, acquire the state information of the service personnel in the order pool, rapidly determine the order service personnel for distributing the order by distributing the order according to the assignment condition, distributing the order according to the state information of the service personnel and the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool and the like, so as to ensure that the order can be processed in time and improve the distribution efficiency in the same city.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
determining user types according to the order information, wherein the user types comprise individual users, merchant users and team users;

when no service staff capable of receiving orders exist in the order pool, the orders are transferred to the standby order pool, and the order service staff are determined according to the state information of the service staff in the standby order pool.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
determining service personnel which are not in service according to the state information of the service personnel in the order pool;
acquiring position information, a distribution mode and a distribution time period of service personnel not in service;
and distributing the order to the service personnel which are not in service in the order pool according to the position information, the distribution mode and the distribution time interval.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: setting the order as a free order receiving order in the standby order pool, and waiting for a service staff of the standby order pool to receive the order;
and when the order receiving information of the service personnel is not received within the preset waiting order receiving time, the order service personnel is appointed according to the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:

acquiring state information of service personnel, and when the service personnel meeting assignment conditions exist in an order pool, allocating an order to the service personnel meeting the assignment conditions, wherein the assignment conditions comprise whether the assignment is accepted or not and whether distribution modes are matched or not;
when no service personnel meeting the assignment condition exist in the order pool, distributing the order according to the state information of the service personnel and the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool;
and generating service order information according to the order information, and pushing the service order information to the determined order service personnel.
The storage medium for order distribution management can determine the order pool to which the order belongs according to the order information, preferentially process the order in the specific order pool, enable the order processing to be more targeted, improve the processing efficiency of various orders, acquire the state information of the service personnel in the order pool, rapidly determine the order service personnel for distributing the order by distributing the order according to the assignment condition, distributing the order according to the state information of the service personnel and the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool, and the like, so as to ensure that the order can be processed in time and improve the distribution efficiency in the same city.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
determining user types according to the order information, wherein the user types comprise individual users, merchant users and team users;

when no service staff capable of receiving orders exist in the order pool, the orders are transferred to the standby order pool, and the order service staff are determined according to the state information of the service staff in the standby order pool.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
determining service personnel which are not in service according to the state information of the service personnel in the order pool;
acquiring position information, a distribution mode and a distribution time period of service personnel not in service;
and distributing the order to the service personnel which are not in service in the order pool according to the position information, the distribution mode and the distribution time interval.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
setting the order as a free order receiving order in the standby order pool, and waiting for a service staff of the standby order pool to receive the order;
and when the order receiving information of the service personnel is not received within the preset waiting order receiving time, the order service personnel is appointed according to the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:

tracking the completion of the order includes:
monitoring the position information of order service personnel in the order distribution process;
pushing the position information of order service personnel to a user in real time;
and when the order distribution is completed, receiving a service evaluation table of the order service personnel fed back by the user.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:

determining a distribution service fee according to the order circulation condition and the order information;

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (10)
1. A method of order delivery management, the method comprising:
receiving order information, and determining an order pool to which an order belongs according to the order information, wherein the order pool comprises state information of service personnel;
acquiring state information of the service personnel, and distributing the order to the service personnel meeting the assignment condition when the service personnel meeting the assignment condition exist in the order pool, wherein the assignment condition comprises whether the assignment is accepted or not and whether the distribution mode is matched or not;
when no service personnel meeting the assignment condition exist in the order pool, distributing the order according to the state information of the service personnel and the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool;
generating service order information according to the order information, and pushing the service order information to a determined order service person;
when the service personnel meeting the assignment condition exist in the order pool, allocating the order to the service personnel meeting the assignment condition comprises:
when a service person meeting an assignment condition exists in the order pool, acquiring the current position of the service person meeting the assignment condition and a place for a user to collect goods;
sorting the distribution priority of the service personnel meeting the assignment condition according to the current position and the goods receiving place, and distributing orders to the service personnel meeting the assignment condition according to a sorting result;
the allocating orders according to the state information of the service personnel and the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool comprises:
setting the order as a free order receiving order, and waiting for service personnel in the order pool to receive the order;
when the order receiving information of the service personnel is not received within the preset waiting time, the order service personnel is appointed according to the state information of the service personnel in the order pool;
when no service staff capable of receiving orders exist in the order pool, transferring the orders to the standby order pool, and determining order service staff according to the state information of the service staff in the standby order pool;
the determining the order pool to which the order belongs according to the order information comprises:
determining user types according to the order information, wherein the user types comprise individual users, merchant users and team users;
determining an order pool to which an order belongs according to the user type, wherein the order pool comprises a public order pool, a merchant order pool and a team order pool, the order of an individual user belongs to the public order pool, the order of a merchant user belongs to the merchant order pool, and the order of a team user belongs to the team order pool.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when order taking information of a service person is not received within a preset waiting time, the step of designating the order service person according to the status information of the service person in the order pool comprises the steps of:
when order receiving information of service personnel is not received within preset waiting time, the service personnel of the order is appointed according to the state information of the service personnel in the order pool and preset appointed conditions, wherein the state information of the service personnel in the order pool comprises a distribution time interval and a current position, and the preset appointed conditions comprise whether the distribution time interval of the service personnel is matched with the distribution time of the order and whether the distance between the current position of the service personnel and a place for collecting articles is smaller than a distance threshold value.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the designating order service personnel according to status information of service personnel in the order pool comprises:
determining service personnel which are not in service according to the state information of the service personnel in the order pool;
acquiring the position information, the distribution mode and the distribution time period of the service personnel not in service;
and distributing the order to the service personnel which are not in service in the order pool according to the position information, the distribution mode and the distribution time interval.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein allocating an order to unserviceable service personnel in the order pool based on the location information, the delivery manner, and the delivery period comprises:
according to the position information, the distribution mode and the distribution time interval, screening service personnel who meet the distribution mode and the distribution time of the order in the distribution mode and the distribution time interval;
calculating the distance between the current position of each service person after screening and the place for receiving goods;
and carrying out priority sorting according to the distance, and distributing orders to service personnel which are not in service in the order pool according to a sorting result.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining order service personnel based on status information of service personnel of the backup order pool comprises:
setting the order as a free order receiving order in the standby order pool, and waiting for a service staff of the standby order pool to receive the order;
and when the order receiving information of the service personnel is not received within the preset waiting order receiving time, the order service personnel is appointed according to the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein pushing the service order information to the determined order service person comprises:
tracking the completion of the order;
the tracking of the completion of the order comprises:
monitoring the position information of the order service personnel in the order distribution process;
pushing the position information of the order service personnel to a user in real time;
and when the order distribution is completed, receiving a service evaluation table of the order service personnel fed back by the user.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein generating service order information from the order information comprises:
determining the order circulation condition according to the determined order service personnel;
determining a distribution service fee according to the order circulation condition and the order information;
and generating service order information according to the order information and the delivery service fee.
8. An apparatus for order delivery management, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving order information and determining an order pool to which an order belongs according to the order information, wherein the order pool comprises state information of service personnel;
the assignment module is used for acquiring the state information of the service personnel, and when the service personnel meeting assignment conditions exist in the order pool, the order is distributed to the service personnel meeting the assignment conditions, wherein the assignment conditions comprise whether the assignment is accepted or not and whether distribution modes are matched or not;
the processing module is used for distributing the order according to the state information of the service personnel and the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool when the service personnel meeting the assignment condition does not exist in the order pool;
the pushing module is used for generating service order information according to the order information and pushing the service order information to a determined order service person;
the assignment module is further configured to, when there are service staff meeting the assignment condition in the order pool, obtain a current location of the service staff meeting the assignment condition and a location where the user collects the goods, sort delivery priorities of the service staff meeting the assignment condition according to the current location and the location where the goods are collected, and allocate the order to the service staff meeting the assignment condition according to a sorting result;
the processing module comprises an order processing module, the order processing module is used for setting an order as a free order receiving order, waiting for service personnel in the order pool to receive the order, appointing order service personnel according to the state information of the service personnel in the order pool when the order receiving information of the service personnel is not received in the preset waiting time, circulating the order to a standby order pool when no service personnel capable of receiving the order exist in the order pool, and determining order service personnel according to the state information of the service personnel in the standby order pool;
the receiving module comprises an order dividing module, the order dividing module is used for determining user types according to order information, the user types comprise individual users, merchant users and team users, an order pool to which the order belongs is determined according to the user types, the order pool comprises a public order pool, a merchant order pool and a team order pool, the order of the individual user belongs to the public order pool, the order of the merchant user belongs to the merchant order pool, and the order of the team user belongs to the team order pool.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
