the portal layer (1) is used for providing a working page for a user to log in and access, service processing and information interaction with the smart city cloud service center (2);
the smart city cloud service center (2) is used for providing storage resource allocation and data service support for city management mechanisms at all levels, realizing interactive sharing of data, and is provided with authority interfaces for interconnection and intercommunication of clouds in other industries, so that data sharing and exchange among different industries are facilitated;
the support layer (3) is used for providing hardware and software resource support for normal operation of the portal layer (1) and the smart city cloud service center (2);
and the maintenance layer (4) is used for monitoring and maintaining the data security of the portal layer (1) and the smart city cloud service center (2), and giving an alarm when an abnormality is found.
2. A data sharing system for smart cities according to claim 1, wherein the portal layer (1) comprises:
the login authentication unit (101) is used for logging in a system access page by a user through a login password;
the authority management unit (102) is used for matching corresponding access authority according to the identity information of the login user and opening the operable page component according to the access authority;

the log recording unit (104) is used for recording the logging user information, the logging time, the logging-out time, the using duration and the recording statistics of the operation content and transmitting the recording data to the local backup unit (105);
and the local backup unit (105) stores the data generated by the access page unit (103) and the record data of the log recording unit (104) in a local mode and provides an access function.

the department collaborative office submodule (2011D) is used for receiving the task dispatch from the supervision and supervision overall center submodule (2011C), enabling all departments to intensively and simultaneously receive and process all levels of task contents in the task dispatch, achieving information synchronization, collaborative work and clear flow among all levels of departments, and feeding back a final processing result of an event to the supervision and supervision overall center submodule (2011C);
