Therefore, the using states of the conference places are displayed in the point location distribution diagram of the conference places, the conditions of a plurality of video conferences can be integrally mastered, the integral monitoring of the plurality of video conferences is realized, the real-time conference videos of the conference places can be called, and the monitoring of the video conferences is further realized. In addition, carry out intelligent control to the meeting, the simple operation has improved meeting monitoring efficiency.
For specific limitations of the video conference monitoring apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the video conference monitoring method, which will not be described herein again. The modules in the video conference monitoring device can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a video conference monitoring method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A video conference monitoring method, the method comprising:
displaying a meeting place point distribution diagram of a preset area on a map according to position information of a plurality of meeting places in the preset area; point position marks corresponding to all the meeting places are displayed in the meeting place point position distribution diagram;
marking point positions of all the meeting places, and displaying the point positions according to the real-time meeting place use states of all the meeting places in a distinguishing manner;
receiving a trigger instruction aiming at the point location mark of the meeting place of which the using state is the meeting opening state;
and responding to the trigger instruction, calling and displaying the real-time conference video of the conference place in the conference opening state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the retrieving and presenting the live conference video of the conference site in the conference state in response to the triggering instruction comprises:
in response to the triggering instruction, calling a real-time conference video of the conference place in the conference-opening state and a real-time conference video of a far-end conference place associated with the conference place in the conference-opening state;
and displaying the real-time conference video of the conference place in the conference opening state and the real-time conference video of the far-end conference place.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
displaying a comment area on an interface where the meeting place point location distribution diagram is located;
obtaining comment content input in the comment area;
and when a sending instruction for the comment content is received, sending the comment content.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when receiving the triggering operation of an address book inlet displayed on the interface where the meeting place point location distribution diagram is located, displaying a duty information interface; the on-duty information interface comprises on-duty personnel information of each meeting place;
detecting the selected operation of the attendant information, and determining the selected attendant information;
and when a group session initiating instruction aiming at the selected attendant information is received, establishing group session connection for the terminal corresponding to the selected attendant information.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when receiving a trigger operation aiming at a conference list entrance displayed on an interface where the meeting place point location distribution diagram is located, displaying a conference list;
receiving a control instruction for a conference which is not started in the conference list;
and correspondingly controlling the conference which is not started according to the control instruction.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the control instructions comprise at least one of a meeting dial test instruction, a meeting cancellation instruction, and a meeting summons instruction; the correspondingly controlling the conference which is not started according to the control instruction comprises the following steps:
when the control instruction is a conference dial testing instruction, carrying out dial testing processing on the conference which is not started;
when the control instruction is a conference canceling instruction, canceling the conference which is not started;
and when the control instruction is a conference holding instruction, controlling the conference which is not started to be held immediately.
7. A video conference monitoring apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the distribution diagram display module is used for displaying the meeting place point distribution diagram of the preset area on a map according to the position information of a plurality of meeting places in the preset area; point position marks corresponding to all the meeting places are displayed in the meeting place point position distribution diagram;
the state display module is used for marking point positions of all the meeting places and carrying out distinguishing display according to the real-time meeting place use states of all the meeting places;
the receiving module is used for receiving a trigger instruction aiming at the point location mark of the meeting place of which the using state is the meeting opening state;
and the video module is used for responding to the trigger instruction, calling and displaying the real-time conference video of the conference place in the conference-opening state.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the conference control module is used for displaying a conference list when receiving a triggering operation aiming at a conference list entrance displayed on an interface where the meeting place point location distribution diagram is located; receiving a control instruction for a conference which is not started in the conference list; and correspondingly controlling the conference which is not started according to the control instruction.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
