Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the application is suitable for establishing the application scene of the video conference based on the video display interface, and the video conference can be established quickly by adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application.
Illustratively, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application is applicable to a multi-grid video monitoring service scene shown in fig. 1. The multi-grid video monitoring interface is usually monitored by a command dispatcher, when an abnormal event occurs in a monitoring range displayed by a certain video monitoring interface, the command dispatcher needs to firstly confirm a person capable of handling the event, and because the multi-grid video monitoring is usually a video image monitored by each camera arranged in a certain area, the actual monitoring ranges of all the video monitoring interfaces are not far apart, even the actual monitoring ranges of adjacent video monitoring interfaces are overlapped, the person capable of handling the event can be a person in other video interfaces in the multi-grid video monitoring interface; and then, commanding the scheduling personnel to sequentially send scheduling instructions to the personnel capable of handling the event, and establishing the video conference so that each personnel participates in the video conference.
The operation dependence on the scheduling personnel is serious in the process, the scheduling personnel is required to schedule each participant one by one, and the processing efficiency is low.
In order to improve the efficiency of establishing a video conference, the embodiment of the application provides a method for establishing a video conference, which can quickly establish a video conference based on the video display interface.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, a method for establishing a video conference, provided by an embodiment of the present application, includes:
when a first video interface and/or a first audio conference interface enters a display area of a second video interface, executing step S201, and acquiring schedulable target information in the first video interface and/or conference member information of the first audio conference;
specifically, when a dispatcher finds that an abnormal event occurs in a second video interface in the multi-grid video monitoring shown in fig. 1 through a dispatching client, a dispatchable target which can cope with the abnormal event is searched from each interface of the multi-grid video monitoring, and if the dispatchable target is in a first video interface, the dispatcher drags and puts the first video interface into a display area of the second video interface.
At this time, the media server in the scheduling system may receive an operation of dragging the first video interface into the second video interface by the user and respond to the user dragging operation, then perform identity recognition on the schedulable target in the first video interface, acquire information of each schedulable target, and send the information of each schedulable target to the service server.
The video interface generally refers to a video monitoring interface obtained by performing video monitoring on a certain spatial area, and the video monitoring interface may include various monitoring targets such as people, vehicles, buildings, equipment, and the like. The first video interface generally refers to a video interface selected by a user and including a schedulable target capable of handling an abnormal event occurring in the second video interface, and may specifically be one video interface or a plurality of video interfaces.
The dispatchable targets include, but are not limited to, people, equipment, etc. displayed in the first video interface. In a monitoring system or a scheduling system, recording is already carried out on each person, equipment and the like which can be scheduled, when the schedulable target in the first video interface is obtained, specifically, the identity of the target in the first video interface is identified through face identification, license plate identification and the like, the schedulable target in the first video interface is determined by combining the known schedulable person, equipment and the like information, and the information of each schedulable target is respectively obtained. In practical implementation of the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the identification of the schedulable target information may also be implemented by other common target identification schemes.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, assuming that the second video interface is a picture 5 in multi-grid video monitoring, and the dispatcher analyzes and determines that there is a schedulable target in the pictures 1,3, and 8 (corresponding to the first video interface) that can handle an abnormal event in the picture 5, the dispatcher drags the pictures 1,3, and 8 into the picture 5. At this time, the media server performs identity recognition on the schedulable targets in the pictures 1,3 and 8, and sends the recognition result to the service server.
S202, according to the schedulable target information and/or the conference member information, establishing a video conference with the schedulable target and/or the conference member as a conference member and the second video interface as a conference background.
Specifically, after the service server receives the schedulable target information sent by the media server, the service server determines the parameters of the video conference, including determining the name of the video conference, the number of the participating members and the list of the participating members.
Illustratively, the video conference name is set to be in a format of "videoconference + grid number to which the conference background picture belongs", where the conference background is the second video interface.
The participant member list is the above-mentioned each schedulable target; the number of each schedulable target is the number of the participating members.
And after determining the video conference parameters, the service server sends the video conference parameters to the scheduling client, and the scheduling client establishes a video conference according to the video conference parameters, wherein the established video conference takes the second video interface as a conference background, and the conference members of the video conference are the scheduling targets.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the scheduling client establishes a video conference with the video source of the screen 5 as the conference background and the members in the screens 1, 2, and 3 as the participating members.
Similar to the above processing procedure, when the dispatcher determines that the schedulable target capable of handling the abnormal event in the second video interface is in the first audio conference, the first audio conference interface is dragged into the display area of the second video interface. At this time, the media server identifies the schedulable targets in the first audio conference, and sends the identification information to the service server, the service server determines the video conference parameters according to the received information, and sends the video conference parameters to the scheduling client, and the scheduling client schedules each schedulable target in the first audio conference according to the video conference parameters to establish the video conference, wherein the conference background of the video conference is the video picture of the second video interface.
The audio conference interface is a display interface for displaying information such as audio conference content and conference members. The first audio conference interface generally refers to an audio conference interface selected by a user and including a schedulable target capable of handling an abnormal event occurring in the second video interface, and may specifically be one audio conference interface or a plurality of audio conference interfaces.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, assuming that an abnormal event occurs in the screen 5 (corresponding to the second video interface) of the multi-grid video monitor, and at the same time, the dispatcher confirms that the members 1, 2, and 3 in the audio conference 1 and the members 4, 5, and 6 in the audio conference 2 can handle the abnormal event, the dispatcher drags the interfaces of the audio conference 1 and the audio conference 2 to the display area of the screen 5 of the multi-grid video monitor.
At this time, the media server identifies the conference members ( members 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) in the audio conference 1 and the audio conference 2, and sends the identified information to the service server, the service server determines the video conference parameters according to the received information, and sends the determined video conference parameters to the scheduling client, and the scheduling client establishes the video conference taking the members 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 as participating members and the video source of the picture 5 as the conference background according to the video conference parameters.
As can be seen from the above description, the method for establishing a video conference provided in the embodiment of the present application can automatically identify members in another video interface or audio conference interface entering the video interface display area, and then establish a video conference using the members as participating members and using the video frames in the video interface display area as a conference background based on the identification result. In practical application, the scheduling personnel only need to drag a video interface or an audio conference interface to another video interface, the scheduling system can automatically establish the video conference according to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the scheduling personnel do not need to schedule each participant member one by one to establish the video conference, and the video conference establishing efficiency is greatly improved.
As an exemplary implementation manner, another embodiment of the present application further discloses that when a third video interface enters a conference background display area of the video conference, the third video interface is added as a conference background of the video conference.
Specifically, according to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, after a video conference is established, when a dispatcher finds that a third video interface in a multi-grid video monitoring interface has no schedulable target, but the content in a picture has a great value for processing an abnormal event in a conference background (namely, a second video interface) of the video conference, at this time, the dispatcher can drag the picture into a conference background display area of the established video conference, at this time, a service server modifies the conference background of the video conference to modify the conference background into a double-background picture of the second video interface and the third video interface, then sends modified video conference parameters to a dispatching client, and the dispatching client updates the conference background of the video conference into a conference background which is spliced and displayed by the second video interface and the third video interface. Accordingly, all the participating members can see the video conference interface with the second video interface and the third video interface as conference backgrounds.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, according to the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, after a video conference is established in which a video source of a picture 5 in multi-grid video monitoring is used as a conference background and members in pictures 1,3, and 8 are used as participating members. If the dispatcher finds that the screen 9 has no dispatching target but has a value for dealing with an abnormal event in the screen 5, the dispatcher can drag the screen 9 into a conference background display area of the video conference, and at this time, the embodiment of the present application sets the conference background of the video conference to be a background of two screens, namely the screen 5 and the screen 9. At this time, the conference background seen by the schedulable targets in pictures 1,3,8 all become the picture 5 and picture 9 dual backgrounds.
As an exemplary implementation manner, another embodiment of the present application further discloses that before the first video interface and/or the first audio conference interface enters the display area of the second video interface, a technical solution of an embodiment of the present application further includes:
acquiring indication information of using the second video interface as a conference background of the video conference;
determining an event displayed by the second video interface, and determining a schedulable target for processing the event;
and marking and displaying a video interface or an audio conference interface containing the schedulable target.
Specifically, in the multi-grid video monitoring interface shown in fig. 1, when an abnormal event occurs in the second video interface, a dispatcher clicks the second video interface to indicate to the system that the second video interface is used as a conference background of the video conference.
At this time, after the system receives the indication information that the second video interface is used as the conference background of the video conference, the system analyzes the second video interface, determines the event displayed by the interface, and determines the schedulable target for processing the event. And then the video interface or the audio conference interface containing the schedulable target is marked and displayed.
Illustratively, in the background of the dispatching system or the monitoring system, information of dispatchable personnel, vehicles, equipment and other targets is stored in advance. When the user selects the second video interface as the video conference background, the system performs image recognition on the second video interface to determine the event occurring therein, for example, image recognition may be performed in combination with the event features stored in advance to determine what kind of abnormal event occurs in the second video interface. Then, the system determines a schedulable target that can handle the abnormal event according to the abnormal event occurred in the second video interface and according to the information of the schedulable target stored in advance. For example, the distance between each target and the place where the abnormal event occurs may be determined according to video monitoring, and the closer target may be selected as a schedulable target, or all schedulable targets may be directly used as schedulable targets for processing the abnormal event. Alternatively, an image target identification scheme commonly used in the prior art may also be adopted to identify and determine the event and the schedulable target.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, when the dispatcher determines that an abnormal event occurs in the screen 5 of the multi-grid video monitoring, the dispatcher clicks the selected screen 5, and at this time, the monitoring dispatching system receives indication information that the screen 5 is used as a conference background of the video conference. The system determines the event displayed in frame 5 and determines the schedulable target to handle the event, assuming that the schedulable target is determined to be in frames 1,3,8, then the system marks the frames 1,3,8 for display. For example, the frame boundaries of the frames 1,3,8 may be thickened, the frames 1,3,8 may be displayed in a differentiated color, or the frames 1,3,8 may be displayed in a jittery manner, so as to remind the dispatcher to select the participating members of the video conference.
As another implementation manner for establishing a video conference, another embodiment of the present application further discloses that when the first video interface enters a display area of a second audio conference interface, conference member information of the second audio conference is acquired; and then, according to the conference member information of the second audio conference, establishing a video conference with the conference members of the second audio conference as conference members and the first video interface as conference background.
Specifically, when the dispatcher finds that an abnormal event occurs in the first video interface and determines that the schedulable target capable of processing the abnormal event in the first video interface is in the second audio conference, the dispatcher can drag the second audio conference into the first video interface to establish the video conference and can also drag the first video interface into the display area of the second audio conference interface as shown in fig. 4. At this time, the media server identifies the conference members in the second audio conference, and sends the identification information to the service server, the service server confirms the video conference parameters according to the received information, and sends the video conference parameters to the scheduling client, and the scheduling client schedules each conference member in the second audio conference according to the video conference parameters to establish a video conference, wherein the conference background of the video conference is the video source picture of the first video interface.
As shown in fig. 7, when the dispatcher confirms that an abnormal event occurs in the frames 5 and 3 of the multi-grid video monitoring and that the member in the audio conference 1 can process the event in the frame 5 and the member in the audio conference 2 can process the event in the frame 3, the dispatcher drags the frame 5 into the display interface area of the audio conference 1 and drags the frame 3 into the display interface area of the audio conference 2. At this time, the embodiment of the present application establishes the video conference 1 in which the picture 5 is used as the conference background and the members 1, 2, and 3 of the audio conference 1 are used as the participating members, and establishes the video conference 2 in which the picture 3 is used as the conference background and the members 4, 5, and 6 of the audio conference 2 are used as the participating members, respectively.
As an alternative implementation manner, another embodiment of the present application discloses a video conference establishing process when the first video interface and the second video interface belong to different dispatch platforms.
Specifically, if the second video interface serving as the conference background, that is, the video interface where the abnormal event occurs, is located in one dispatching desk, and the first video interface containing the schedulable target capable of processing the abnormal event is located in another dispatching desk, when the video conference is established at this time, the dispatcher needs to send the second video interface to the dispatching desk to which the first video interface belongs, and then the dispatching desk to which the first video interface belongs establishes the video conference to process the abnormal event in the second video interface.
When a dispatcher station worker of the second video interface confirms that an abnormal event occurs in the second video interface and confirms that a dispatchable person capable of processing the abnormal event is in the dispatcher station of the first video interface, the second video interface is bound with a video source of the second video interface, specifically, the second video interface is processed to obtain a picture frame containing the abnormal event, and the picture frame is stored and named as a video source address of the second video interface. And then, the worker sends the second video interface bound with the video source address to the dispatching desk to which the first video interface belongs through the dispatching desk to which the second video interface belongs.
Then, the scheduling platform worker to which the first video interface belongs drags the first video interface into the display area of the second video interface according to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application. At this time, the scheduling console to which the first video interface belongs may determine a video source address of the second video interface according to the received name of the second video interface, and may further obtain a corresponding video monitoring data stream through the address, so that the second video interface is displayed at the scheduling console to which the first video interface belongs, and then, when a worker of the scheduling console to which the first video interface belongs drags the first video interface into the second video interface, the scheduling console may execute the processing procedure of the method for establishing a video conference in the embodiment of the application, and establish the video conference with the second video interface as a conference background and a schedulable target included in the first video interface as a conference member. The processing process realizes the cross-dispatching-station establishment of the video conference, and enlarges the application range of the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application.
The scheduling console to which the first video interface belongs and the scheduling console to which the second video interface belongs may be a PC scheduling console, a web scheduling console, an app mobile scheduling console, and the like.
Moreover, the second video interface generally refers to a video monitoring interface where an abnormal event occurs, and may specifically be one video monitoring interface or multiple video monitoring interfaces. When the second video interface includes a plurality of video monitoring interfaces, when the staff of the scheduling console to which the first video interface belongs receives the plurality of video monitoring interfaces, the video monitoring interface serving as the video conference background is selected, and for example, the monitoring interface with the most urgent situation may be selected as the video conference background. Then, the staff may drag the first video interface including the schedulable target that can solve the emergency into the monitoring interface, and the subsequent video conference establishment process is performed according to the introduction of the above embodiment of the present application, so as to implement establishment of the video conference.
Therefore, when the dispatchable target and the abnormal event belong to different video interfaces on two different dispatching desks, the two video interfaces are integrated to the same dispatching desk, and then the method for establishing the video conference provided by the embodiment of the application can be continuously executed to establish the video conference. The scheme introduced by the embodiment effectively realizes the transfer of the video conference background interface between different dispatching desks, and lays a foundation for the establishment of the video conference across the dispatching desks.
As shown in fig. 8, in the case of the nine-grid video monitoring on the first dispatching desk (the type of the dispatching desk can be PC, WEB or mobile), an emergency occurs in the pictures 1,3 and 8, but there is no optimal processing staff on the current dispatching desk, and the dispatching desk can process the emergency. Then the commander sends the picture 1, the picture 3 and the picture 8 to a second dispatching desk (the dispatching desk is most suitable for a dispatching center for handling the emergency, the type of the dispatching desk can be PC, WEB or mobile dispatching desk), the pictures are all bound with the video source corresponding to the pictures, after the dispatching desk receives the three pictures, the second dispatching desk designates one of the pictures as a video conference background, and after the processing of the service server and the media server (the processing process is the same as the processing process described above), a video conference taking the video source bound to the picture 8 as the video conference background and taking the picture 1,3 and 8 as members is formed on the dispatching client of the second dispatching desk. Thereby rapidly dealing with the emergency situation transmitted from the dispatching desk.
Corresponding to the above method for establishing a video conference, another embodiment of the present application further discloses an apparatus for establishing a video conference, which is shown in fig. 9 and includes:
a memory 100 and a processor 110;
wherein, the memory 100 is connected to the processor 110 for storing programs;
