Abstract
本发明公开了一种直升机压力加油电动阀。它包括电动机构和插板阀;所述插板阀包括插板阀壳体、密封组件、密封板、摇臂组件和开口销;所述插板阀壳体两侧各安装一个所述密封组件;二个所述密封组件之间安装有所述密封板;密封板和密封组件组成接触式机械密封;所述密封板与所述摇臂组件连接;所述电动机构的输出轴通过开口销与所述摇臂组件连接;有盖板通过螺钉固定在所述插板阀壳体一端。本发明具有保证加油过程密封可靠、缩短加油时间、降低对人员的依赖的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及航空技术领域,更具体地说它是直升机压力加油电动阀。
背景技术
直升机加油过程是一个复杂的过程,一般加油方式是重力加油。重力加油的加油口在油箱上部,加油时油液靠重力流入油箱。重力加油存在以下问题:
(1)重力加油通常是敞开式加油,加油口和大气相通,容易有外来物进入油箱,对燃油造成污染;
(2)重力加油需目视检查燃油是否加满,目视检查液位容易造成较大误差;
(3)重力加油是依靠燃油自身重力进行加油,加油速度慢,影响战备时间;
(4)重力加油对人员数量需求较高。
综上所述,重力加油过程复杂。因此,为保障直升机加油过程便捷、安全、可靠;现亟需开发一种保证加油过程密封可靠、缩短加油时间的直升机压力加油装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种直升机压力加油电动阀,保证加油过程密封可靠、缩短加油时间、降低对人员的依赖;本发明适用于直升机压力加油系统管路中,通过阀门开闭实现接通或切断压力加油管路,阀门关闭后还具有泄压功能,避免压力加油管路内封闭的燃油因热膨胀而使系统超压。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:直升机压力加油电动阀,其特征在于:包括电动机构和插板阀;所述插板阀包括插板阀壳体、密封组件、密封板、摇臂组件和开口销;
所述插板阀壳体两侧各安装一个所述密封组件;二个所述密封组件之间安装有所述密封板;密封板和密封组件组成接触式机械密封;所述密封板与所述摇臂组件连接;
所述电动机构的输出轴通过开口销与所述摇臂组件连接;
有盖板通过螺钉固定在所述插板阀壳体一端。
在上述技术方案中,有第一O型密封圈设置在所述插板阀壳体与所述盖板的连接处。
根据权利要求所述的,其特征在于:所述密封组件包括密封壳体和密封环;所述密封环安装在所述密封壳体内部;
所述密封环外部安装有第二O型密封圈;
所述密封壳体与所述密封环之间安装有碟形弹簧;
有垫片设置在所述密封环与所述碟形弹簧之间;
有第三O型密封圈安装在所述密封壳体外部。
根据权利要求所述的,其特征在于:所述摇臂组件包括轴承和摇臂;有半空心铆钉设置在所述轴承与所述摇臂的连接处;所述轴承通过半空心铆钉安装在所述摇臂一端;
所述密封板内设置有腰形槽;
所述轴承安装在所述腰形槽中。
在上述技术方案中,所述电动机构包括直流电动机、齿轮减速装置、微动开关、拨杆、离合器和电动机构输出轴;
所述电动机构输出轴安装在所述直流电动机上;
所述电动机构输出轴上安装所述齿轮减速装置;所述齿轮减速装置内部安装所述离合器;所述离合器通过平键与所述电动机构输出轴相连接;所述电动机构输出轴一端安装所述拨杆;所述拨杆两侧各安装一个所述微动开关;
所述微动开关和所述电动机构外部均安装有上壳体组件;
所述上壳体组件上安装有滤波器,所述滤波器上安装有电连接器。
在上述技术方案中,所述插板阀壳体内部集成有安全阀。
本发明具有如下优点:
(1)本发明主要采用电动机构驱动插板阀的打开和关闭,压力加油时全程封闭,保证密封可靠;
(2)本发明油满信号为电信号输出,无需目视检查;通过较高的压力对直升机进行压力加油,可缩短加油时间;本发明压力加油全程通过电控制,降低了对人员数量的需求;
(3)本发明采用直流电机进行驱动,保证阀打开和关闭的可靠性;本发明中密封组件和密封板构成的机械密封,保证了压力加油的密封可靠性;
(4)本发明具有结构简单、重量轻、维护保养方便、启闭速度快、密封可靠等优点;解决了现有技术中易污染、目视检查误差大、加油速度慢、人员数量需求高的缺点;
(5)本发明通过密封板和密封组件构成的机械密封保证加油过程密封可靠,同时通过电连接器的电信号实现接通或切断压力加油管路,缩短加油时间,降低对人员的依赖;同时,本发明插板阀壳体内部集成有安全阀,具有泄压功能,使得插板阀关闭后还具有泄压功能,避免压力加油管路内封闭的燃油因热膨胀而使系统超压。

参阅附图可知:直升机压力加油电动阀,包括电动机构1和插板阀2;电机驱动插板阀2的打开和关闭,压力加油时全程封闭,保证密封可靠;同时油满信号为电信号输出,无需目视检查;所述插板阀2包括插板阀壳体2.1、密封组件2.2、密封板2.3、摇臂组件2.4和开口销2.5;
所述插板阀壳体2.1两侧各安装一个所述密封组件2.2;二个所述密封组件2.2之间安装有所述密封板2.3;密封板2.3和密封组件2.2组成接触式机械密封,能够保证压力加油全程密封可靠;
所述密封板2.3与所述摇臂组件2.4连接;
所述电动机构1的输出轴通过开口销2.5与插板阀2中的摇臂组件2.4连接;摇臂组件2.4带动密封板2.3进行往复直线运动,控制插板阀2的打开和关闭;

进一步地,所述插板阀壳体2.1内部集成有安全阀2.1.7(如图6、图7所示),安全阀具有泄压功能,避免压力加油管路内封闭的燃油因热膨胀而使系统超压。
本发明所述的直升机压力加油电动阀的工作原理是:电动机构1的输出轴驱动摇臂组件2.4作回转运动,摇臂2.4.3带动密封板2.3作往复直线运动从而实现压力加油管路的通断。摇臂2.4.3摆动的两个极限位置夹角为90°,当电动机构工作时,由系统提供打开信号,电动机构1的输出轴顺时针旋转(面向电动机构输出轴端,下同),同时摇臂2.4.3顺时针摆动,驱动密封板2.3向右运动执行打开动作,当密封板2.3全开到位时,限位开关输出全开到位信号,同时电动机构1的直流电动机断电停止工作;提供关闭信号时,电动机构1输出轴逆时针旋转,同时摇臂2.4.3逆时针摆动,驱动密封板2.3向左运动执行关闭动作,当密封板2.3全关到位时,限位开关输出全关到位信号,同时电动机构1的直流电动机断电停止工作。本发明设有安全阀2.1.7,当压力管路中封闭的燃油因热膨胀升压至设定压力值时,安全阀2.1.7打开向出口泄压,避免系统超压。
为了能够更加清楚的说明本发明所述的直升机压力加油电动阀与现有技术相比所具有的优点,工作人员将这两种技术方案进行了对比,其对比结果如下表:
由上表可知,本发明所述的直升机压力加油电动阀与现有技术相比,对直升机采用密封、压力加油,加油速度快,通过电信号实现接通或切断压力加油管路,降低对人员的依赖。
其它未说明的部分均属于现有技术。

1.直升机压力加油电动阀,其特征在于:包括电动机构(1)和插板阀(2);所述插板阀(2)包括插板阀壳体(2.1)、密封组件(2.2)、密封板(2.3)、摇臂组件(2.4)和开口销(2.5);
所述插板阀壳体(2.1)两侧各安装一个所述密封组件(2.2);二个所述密封组件(2.2)之间安装有所述密封板(2.3);密封板(2.3)和密封组件(2.2)组成接触式机械密封;所述密封板(2.3)与所述摇臂组件(2.4)连接;
所述电动机构(1)的输出轴通过开口销(2.5)与所述摇臂组件(2.4)连接;
有盖板(2.6)通过螺钉(2.7)固定在所述插板阀壳体(2.1)一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直升机压力加油电动阀,其特征在于:有第一O型密封圈(2.8)设置在所述插板阀壳体(2.1)与所述盖板(2.6)的连接处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的直升机压力加油电动阀,其特征在于:所述密封组件(2.2)包括密封壳体(2.1.1)和密封环(2.1.3);所述密封环(2.1.3)安装在所述密封壳体(2.1.1)内部;
所述密封环(2.1.3)外部安装有第二O型密封圈(2.1.5);
所述密封壳体(2.1.1)与所述密封环(2.1.3)之间安装有碟形弹簧(2.1.2);
有垫片(2.1.4)设置在所述密封环(2.1.3)与所述碟形弹簧(2.1.2)之间;
有第三O型密封圈(2.1.6)安装在所述密封壳体(2.1.1)外部。
