The appearance of these symptoms not only accelerates the aging of the facial skin and the appearance of the stratum corneum, but also causes various losses to the body.
In order to improve the problem of water shortage of skin, people usually adopt a facial mask and drink to moisturize the body and the skin, but the existing moisturizing facial masks are added with various chemical components and additives with the functions of antisepsis and the like, so that the skin and even the body can still be damaged to different degrees in the facial mask applying process. Therefore, research on a moisturizing mask liquid with natural ingredients and without chemical additives becomes the first choice of people, and the mask application can be carried out by soaking the mask paper or the mask in the mask liquid.
Often also contain a large amount of moisturizing compositions in the facial mask that people used daily, like hyaluronic acid facial mask essence of moisturizing, realize three-dimensional moisturizing effect through the hyaluronic acid of different molecular weights, but hyaluronic acid's cost is higher relatively, and can appear on the contrary along with the live time extension anti-moisture suck back and the phenomenon that runs off, influence the effect of moisturizing. Meanwhile, some moisturizing components in the facial mask only have the effect of moisturizing for a short time, are easy to use and have a good moisturizing effect at present, but cannot lock water for a long time, so that the problem of skin water shortage cannot be well improved.
The nutritional ingredients contained in the apples are highly soluble and easy to be absorbed by human bodies, so the apple juice has the name of 'running water', has good moisturizing effect, can dissolve sulfur elements, and can lubricate and soften the skin. The apple also contains abundant microelements such as copper, magnesium, manganese, zinc, potassium, etc., and is helpful for improving symptoms such as skin dryness, dry itching, etc., and making skin fine and glossy. However, the apples are very easy to oxidize after being crushed and are not easy to store, and the moisturizing effect of the individual apple juice after being oxidized is also affected, and long-acting water locking and moisturizing cannot be achieved.

1. Skin irritation test
In the mouse test, 5 healthy mice with the weight of 16 +/-2 g are respectively cut off hairs with the area of about 3cm × 3cm on two sides of the spinal column of the back of the 5 mice for later use.
Uniformly coating the facial mask solution of the example 1 on the unhairing positions on the left sides of the back spines of 5 mice; meanwhile, clear water is uniformly coated on the unhaired part of the right side of the back spine to serve as a control. The unhaired parts of 5 mice were wound and fixed with gauze, and released to allow the mice to move freely. After 12h, gauze was removed, the unhaired area on both sides was washed with water and the water was blotted off, and the skin condition of the unhaired area of the mouse was observed after 15 min.
The observation results show that the unhairing parts of 5 mice have no phenomena such as red swelling, blisters, erythema and the like, thereby indicating that the moisturizing facial mask liquid prepared in example 1 has no irritation to the skin of the mice.
Human skin testing: based on the above mouse test results, 26 volunteers were collected, of which 21 female volunteers and 5 male volunteers were collected. The arm skin of the volunteer has no scar, no acne mark, and is smooth and healthy. The moisturizing facial mask solution prepared in example 1 was uniformly applied to the arms of the volunteers, and the skin condition of the arms was observed.
The observation results show that the arm skins of 26 volunteers do not have symptoms such as erythema, edema, blisters, pruritus and pain, and therefore the moisturizing mask prepared in the embodiment 1 is high in safety and mild and non-irritant in product.
2. Stability test
2.1 stability test at different temperatures
Taking 6 parts of moisturizing facial mask liquid of example 1 of the invention, wherein each part is 80g, placing the moisturizing facial mask liquid in a thermostat with the temperature of 0 ℃, 5 ℃, 10 ℃, 15 ℃, 20 ℃ and 30 ℃ respectively, standing for 30 days at constant temperature, taking out 2g of samples each day, standing for 30min at room temperature, and observing the stability of the samples respectively. The results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 stability test results for moisturizing mask solutions of example 1
Note: the mask fluid remained stable without color change, precipitation, and odor change, otherwise unstable.
According to the results in the table 1, the moisturizing mask liquid in the embodiment 1 can be stored at 5-15 ℃ and can be kept stable for 30 days; can be stored at 0 ℃ for 25 days and then can precipitate; storage at 20 ℃ is stable for 25 days, after which precipitation occurs with a slight odour; storage at 30 ℃ remains stable for 15 days, after which precipitation occurs with a slight odour. Therefore, the optimal storage temperature of the moisturizing mask liquid in the embodiment 1 of the invention is 5-15 ℃.
2.2 stability test at different storage times
80g of moisturizing mask liquid obtained in the embodiment 1 and the comparative examples 1-5 are respectively placed in a constant temperature box at 25 ℃, kept at constant temperature for 30 days, 2g of samples are taken out every day, kept at room temperature for 30min, and the stability of the moisturizing mask liquid is respectively observed. The results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 stability test results of moisturizing facial mask solutions of example 1 and comparative examples 1-5 at 25 deg.C
Note: the mask fluid remained stable without color change, precipitation, and odor change, otherwise unstable.
As can be seen from the results in Table 2, the moisturizing facial mask solutions of example 1 and comparative examples 1-3 of the present invention were stable for 20 days when stored at 25 ℃, and then precipitated with a slight odor; the moisturizing mask solutions of comparative examples 4-5 were stable for 10 days when stored at 25 ℃.
The main reason is that the apple extract of comparative example 4 is prepared by the method of ethanol extraction and reflux extraction, although effective components can be extracted, the effective components are easy to be oxidized and difficult to be stored, and the moisturizing effect of the facial mask liquid is influenced; the preparation process of comparative example 5 adopts low-speed stirring, cannot achieve the dissolution balance of the effective components, and has low stability; this is different from the methods of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3.
The apple extract solutions of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were prepared by the method of "yeast + lactic acid bacteria fermentation + ultrasonic extraction". The method of yeast and lactobacillus fermentation can enhance the biological stability of the apple extract, although alcohol and acidic components are generated in the process of primary fermentation, and the nutritional components in the apple are dissolved in the primary fermentation liquid, the secondary fermentation not only can play a role in biological stability, but also can play a role in reducing acidity, and is beneficial to maintaining the acidity of the apple extract in the application range of the skin. And then the active ingredients are better separated by ultrasonic extraction, a certain sterilization effect is achieved, diseases caused by zymophyte are avoided, and the stability and the safety of the product are further influenced.
3. Water replenishment effect detection
Test subjects: collecting 70 volunteers, wherein 74 female volunteers and 6 male volunteers; on average, the groups were divided into 7 groups of 10.
Test samples: the moisturizing mask solutions of example 1 were used as experimental groups, the moisturizing mask solutions of comparative examples 1-5 were used as control groups, and deionized water was used as blank groups.
The test method comprises the following steps: the face of each volunteer was washed clean with water, the water content of the forehead, cheeks on both sides, and chin of the volunteer was measured with a skin moisture meter, and the average value was calculated.
Uniformly smearing corresponding test samples on the face of the volunteer, patting to help absorption, testing the water content of the forehead, cheeks and chin parts of two sides of the volunteer by using a skin water tester after 10min, and calculating an average value; after 12h the skin moisture tester was used again. The test results are shown in table 3.
Table 3 skin moisture test results
According to the results in the table 3, the moisturizing mask liquid in the example 1 has good moisturizing effect, and after the moisturizing mask liquid is used for 12 hours, the moisture content of the skin is remarkably improved, the moisture can be locked, the moisture loss is avoided, and the skin can be kept moist for a long time.
Comparing the variation of comparative example 1 with that of example 1, it can be seen that the moisturizing facial mask fluid of comparative example 1 can achieve moisturizing effect only in a short period, and the moisture loss is serious with the time, and the moisture of the skin cannot be locked. This is because the facial mask liquid of comparative example 1 lacks fresh milk having a water-locking function, and is difficult to lock skin water.
Comparing the variation value of comparative example 2 with that of example 1, it can be seen that the moisturizing effect of the moisturizing facial mask liquid of comparative example 2 in a short period is inferior to that of comparative example 1, and the water loss after 12 hours is severe, because the honey with cleaning effect and the fresh milk for locking the skin water function are lacked in comparative example 2, so that the skin can not absorb water well due to the partial blockage of pores caused by the discharged toxin.
Comparing the variation of comparative example 3 with example 1, it can be seen that the short-term moisturizing effect of comparative example 3 is not good, because the facial mask solution of comparative example 3 lacks traditional Chinese medicine components contributing to detoxification, toxins accumulated in pores cannot be discharged, and pores cannot relax, so that it is difficult to effectively absorb water.
Comparing the variation of comparative example 4 with example 1, it was found that the short-term water replenishing effect of comparative example 4 was much worse, because the apple extract was oxidized after crushing, causing partial destruction of the nutrients, and thus the water replenishing effect was significantly worse than that of example 1.
Comparing the variation of comparative example 5 with example 1, it can be seen that the short-term moisturizing effect of the facial mask liquid of comparative example 5 is relatively poor, because the dissolution balance of each active ingredient cannot be achieved due to the low-speed stirring, the stability is not high, flocculation and sedimentation are easily generated, the loss of the active ingredients is caused, and the moisturizing effect is affected.
Based on the detection results, the moisturizing mask liquid prepared in the embodiments 1-3 of the invention discharges toxins by utilizing the effect of accelerating blood circulation of the extracted concentrated solution of ginger and ginkgo leaves according to the concept of 'toxin expelling, cleaning, moisturizing, astringing and water locking'; the moisture absorption of the honey is utilized to clean skin secretion, and the function of bacteriostasis is achieved; the strong water replenishing effect of the apple extract is utilized to moisten the skin; the astringency effect of egg white is utilized to astringe pores and strengthen the moisturizing effect; the film is formed by the closed grease of the fresh milk to lock the moisture of the skin. The long-acting moisturizing effect of the skin is improved by reasonable matching of different raw materials. Not only can improve the moisture degree of the skin, improve the dry and itching state of the skin, but also can balance the skin grease and promote the facial blood circulation, thereby improving the health condition of the skin from inside to outside.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
