Description

Composition containing aluminum-based MOFs material and application of composition in scalp care product
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition containing an aluminum-based MOFs material and application thereof in a scalp care product.
Background
The seventh item of the ten standards of health of the world health organization mentions that hair is shiny and free of dandruff, and all wish to have a beautiful hair. The most visual metaphor between scalp and hair is as close as the association between soil and plants: beautiful plants can grow only from fertile soil, and beautiful hair can grow only from healthy scalp.
The criteria for a healthy scalp should include no visible dandruff, a relaxed, non-tight scalp, no itching, and a refreshing state for a longer period of time. A healthy scalp ecosystem relies on three major balances to achieve: lipid balance, flora balance, and metabolic balance. Scalp problems caused by imbalance of ecological environment of scalp include oily hair, itching hair, dandruff, dry hair, alopecia, etc. When the secretion of the scalp grease is unbalanced, the scalp can produce grease and become greasy; when the scalp flora is unbalanced in environment, a large amount of harmful bacteria are bred, and the phenomenon of itching can occur; the metabolism disorder of the horny layer of the scalp can resist the reduction of barrier function, and the problems of oily head, itching head, much scurf and the like can occur.
When the sebaceous glands of healthy scalp are more active, the scalp will appear greasy due to excessive secretion of oil. The active fertilization state of sebaceous glands, the autonomic nervous system and the influence of genes are also related to the living habits and the sanitary conditions of people. Sebum secretion is controlled primarily by the androgenic hormones testosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone, androstanediol, which are present in varying amounts in both men and women. The oily scalp is characterized in physiological aspects by pore expansion, hyperkeratosis, skin microorganism increase (including propionibacterium acnes, corynebacteria and staphylococcus), hyperseborrhea, inflammation of hair follicles, enlargement of sebaceous glands and the like, and is easy to lesion and form cysts.
At present, a plurality of products with the effect of controlling oil exist in the market, and the effects of astringing scalp pores, regulating secretion and excretion of sebaceous glands and inhibiting grease secretion are achieved, so that the greasy feeling of hair is reduced, and the scalp health is recovered. However, the safety and oil control effect of these products have not yet been satisfactory.

The scalp oil content test results show that the scalp care essence product containing the Al-MOF material prepared in the embodiment can obviously reduce the scalp oil content, has an obvious oil control effect within 8 hours, the oil control capability is relatively poor when the Al-MOF material is not added in the comparative examples 1,3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, and the comparative examples 3 and 4 show that the chitin derivative and the plant oligosaccharide have certain oil control capability, but the effect is obviously not as good as the compounding of the A L-MOF material, the chitin derivative and the plant oligosaccharide, which also shows that the three materials have better synergistic oil control capability.
And (3) efficacy verification: sensory evaluation of scalp odor and greasiness
The scalp care essence products of examples 2 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were used, respectively, and the odor and the greasiness of the hair were evaluated for 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours, in the case of the comparative example, no product was used, and the hair was used after being cleaned and dried.
Evaluation criteria: no off-taste/greasy, slight off-taste/greasy +, moderate off-taste/greasy + +, severe off-taste/greasy + + +.

Figure BDA0002515921340000131
From the results of sensory evaluation, the scalp care essence product containing the Al-MOF material can obviously reduce the peculiar smell and greasy feeling of the scalp and the hair, because the Al-MOF material adsorbed on the scalp and the hair can adsorb sebum, and the bad smell caused by the oxidative rancidity of the sebum is reduced.
And (3) efficacy verification: sensory evaluation of antidandruff and antipruritic abilities
1. Test samples: scalp care essence products prepared in examples 2 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 7
2. Test subjects: selecting 110 volunteers, randomly dividing into 11 groups of 10 persons each, and requiring that: the difference of the hair length of each volunteer is less than 1 cm;
3. the test method comprises the following steps: after the hair is cleaned and dried, the same amount of scalp care essence is uniformly applied to the surface of the scalp, the scalp care essence is massaged until the scalp care essence is absorbed, and the dandruff removing and itching relieving effects are evaluated in a sensory mode, wherein the itching relieving effect is evaluated according to the starting time of the itching of the head and the degree of the itching of the head, and the dandruff removing effect is evaluated according to the amount and the size of dandruff. The evaluation period is 2 weeks, the evaluation is divided into 7 points, the 7 point is the highest point, the 1 point is the lowest point, and the higher the point is, the better the effect is. The results are shown in the table.
4. And (3) test results: the specific test results are as follows.
TABLE 13 evaluation of antidandruff and antipruritic abilities
Figure BDA0002515921340000132
The scalp care essence products prepared in the embodiments 2 to 5 of the invention have significant antipruritic effect and dandruff removing ability, and the comparative examples 1,3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are relatively poor in effect because no Al-MOF material is added. The Al-MOF material can adsorb sebum, so that the growth of malassezia is inhibited, the scalp stimulus is reduced, and the generation of dandruff is inhibited.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
