Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to breast enlarging essential oil and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The breast is an important physical feature of women, and with the improvement of living standard, a very important problem facing the health of women is the breast problem, and the effective health care of the breast is the urgent desire and the requirement of vast women. However, with the increase of age or after pregnancy, skin vitality loss due to unsmooth qi and blood can accelerate aging, and the condition of breast sagging and skin relaxation can easily occur, thus causing endocrine dyscrasia; the secretion of estrogen is reduced, and the breast is lack of nutrition supply, thereby resulting in poor breast development and rough skin. Moreover, under the conditions of fast-paced and high-pressure life rhythm, irregular diet and work and bad mood, breast diseases are easy to appear, and the health of the mammary gland is influenced, so that the hyperplasia of the mammary glands is induced, breast lumps appear, and great troubles are caused to vast women.
At present, a large number of wet pleura, mask cream, care solution and the like for breast care exist in the market, but most of the existing breast enhancement products contain only a single breast enhancement active ingredient, and the breast enhancement effect is poor; or lack scientific cognition on breast tissue dysplasia and premature senility relaxation, and blindly add various breast enlarging components, so that the breast enlarging effect is slight. In addition, in order to achieve the aim of temporary breast enlargement, some breast enlargement products are added with a plurality of potentially harmful components, such as large dose of hormones, so that the skin of a consumer has adverse reactions such as pruritus, redness, fever, desquamation and the like.
CN109200111A discloses a conditioning breast-enlarging essence emulsion, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises pawpaw extract, salvia miltiorrhiza extract, pomegranate extract, kudzu root extract, thickening agent, plant placenta, emulsifying solubilizer, olive squalane, jojoba oil, geranium essential oil, lavender essential oil and refined water. Although the breast enhancement essence emulsion has a good breast enhancement effect, the effects of resisting oxidation and restoring skin elasticity are poor, local redness and swelling can occur on the skin after long-term use, and anaphylactic reaction can occur on severe people after long-term use.
CN110051569A discloses a breast-enlarging conditioning essential oil containing fennel oil, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of grape seed oil, 10-30 parts of olive oil, 5-15 parts of almond oil, 1-10 parts of tocopheryl acetate, 1-10 parts of geranium oil, 1-10 parts of rose hip oil, 0.5-5 parts of camellia seed oil, 0.1-5 parts of anise oil, 0.1-5 parts of jasmine flower oil, 20-40 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 5-15 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 5-20 parts of sucrose tetraisostearate and 2-5 parts of composite instant breast-enlarging agent. The breast enhancement agent achieves the purpose of breast enhancement by adding the composite instant breast enhancement agent, but has little breast enhancement effect, and can cause serious anaphylactic reaction of partial consumers after long-term use.
Therefore, the development of a safe, effective and non-rebound breast-enlarging care product is the focus of current research in the field.

The breast-enlarging essential oils prepared in examples 1 to 14 and those prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5 were prepared as sample solutions, and then 0.1mL of CaCl was added2Reacting the solution (0.25mmol/L) and 0.5mL of hyaluronidase solution (100U/mL) in water bath at 37 ℃ for 20 min; respectively adding 0.5mL of corresponding sample solution, and keeping the temperature for 20 min; then adding 0.5mL of sodium hyaluronate solution (0.5g/L), reacting for 30min, taking out and cooling for 5 min; adding 0.1mL of sodium hydroxide solution (0.4mol/L) and 0.5mL of acetylacetone solution (3.5mL of acetylacetone dissolved in 50mL of 1.0mol/L sodium carbonate solution), boiling in water bath for 15min, and immediately transferring to ice water bath for 5 min; adding dropwise 1mL of Ellisib reagent (0.8g p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde dissolved in 15mL concentrated hydrochloric acid and 15mL absolute ethanol), diluting with 3mL absolute ethanol, standing at room temperature for 20min for color development, measuring absorbance at 540nm, and determining the absorbanceThe dipotassium glycyrrhizinate solution with the amount fraction of 5 percent is used as a positive control. The hyaluronidase inhibition rate was calculated according to the following formula:
hyaluronidase inhibition { [ (A-B) - (C-D) ]/(A-B) } × 100%
In the formula: a-absorbance of control solution (the sample solution was replaced with acetic acid buffer solution); b-the absorbance of the control blank solution (the sample solution and the enzyme solution are replaced by acetic acid buffer solution); c-absorbance of the sample solution; d-absorbance of sample blank solution (acetic acid buffer solution was used instead of enzyme solution).
The results of the specific measurement of the hyaluronidase inhibition ratios of the breast enlargement essential oils prepared in examples 1 to 14, the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate solution at 5% as the positive control and the breast enlargement essential oils prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5 are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4
The test results show that the breast enlargement essential oil prepared in the embodiments 1 to 14 of the invention has good inhibition effect on hyaluronidase, and the inhibition rate on hyaluronidase reaches over 78%, which indicates that the breast enlargement essential oil substance has strong antiallergic effect. Meanwhile, the breast enhancement essential oil prepared in the comparative examples 1 to 5 has lower capacity of inhibiting hyaluronidase than the breast enhancement essential oil, which further indicates that the active components are reasonable in compatibility, have a synergistic effect, and have obvious inhibition effect on hyaluronidase, so that the anti-allergic capacity of skin can be greatly improved, and the function of regulating internal secretion can be achieved.

Estrogen effect test in mice
The test method comprises the following steps: 100 24-day-old female SD rats were randomly divided into 20 groups of 5 rats each after 1 week of pre-test in natural light. At a daily 8:00 am and 20:00 pm at 0.01 g/ml10cm2The amount of the chest-enlarging essential oil prepared in examples 1 to 14 and the chest-enlarging essential oil prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5 were applied twice to each group of mice, and the control group was applied with deionized water twice a day, and the applied part was the abdomen of the mice after the hair removal. Two weeks later, the rats were sacrificed and jugular blood was collected and centrifuged at 3000rpm at 4 ℃ for 30min to prepare serum, which was stored at-20 ℃ for testing. The method for measuring the content of the serum hormones is to carry out the radioimmunoassay measurement on estradiol and progesterone according to the specification of a radioimmunoassay kit, and the specific test results are shown in table 5.

The test results show that the contents of estradiol and progesterone in the serum of rats coated with the breast enhancement essential oil prepared in the examples 1 to 14 are obviously increased, wherein the content of estradiol is more than 140pg/mL, and the content of progesterone is more than 0.85pg/mL, but the levels of hormones in the serum of rats coated with the breast enhancement essential oil prepared in the comparative examples 1 to 5 are far from the level of the breast enhancement essential oil, which indicates that the breast enhancement essential oil has reasonable compatibility of active components, can evenly promote the secretion of estrogen, has the function of promoting the synchronous coordinated rise of the levels of estrogen and progestogen, avoids the pathological influence of the imbalance of the proportions of estrogen and progestogen on the organ tissue structure, promotes the secondary development of breast tissue from outside to inside, and helps the secondary development of breast tissue by stimulating the secretion of female hormone, thereby achieving the effect of fullness and stiffness.
Test example 5
Human breast enlargement curative effect test
Female volunteers 570 with healthy breasts, aged about 20-40 years, were selected as female volunteers who had different breast problems, but had not undergone any treatment within two months, and were divided into 19 groups of 30 persons, 30 persons in each group: 10 people with smaller breasts, 10 people with loose ptosis and 10 people with hyperplasia of mammary glands. The 19 women were then applied 2 times daily with the breast enhancing essential oils prepared in examples 1-14 and comparative examples 1-5, respectively, and the same breast massaging procedure was applied until the essential oils were completely absorbed for 90 days. The breast size was measured before and after use.
Breast enlargement curative effect evaluation standard: the effect is that the bust is increased or the breast is lifted by more than 5cm, the effect is obvious when the bust is more than 3cm, the effect is effective when the bust is more than 1cm, and the effect is ineffective when the bust is less than 1 cm. Evaluation standard of curative effect of hyperplasia of mammary glands: the lump disappears, the breast pain disappears, and the lump does not relapse after stopping taking the medicine for 3 months; the lump is reduced by over 1/2, and the breast pain disappears with obvious effect; the lump is reduced 1/3, the breast pain is relieved; the mass was unchanged or enlarged, and pain was not relieved, with specific test results as shown in table 6:
TABLE 6
The above test results show that the breast enlarging essential oil prepared in the embodiments 1 to 14 of the invention has good curative effects on solving the problems of small flat breast, loose and drooping breast, pain and swelling of breast before and after menstruation, obstruction of mammary gland, hyperplasia of mammary glands and the like in the breast problems, and the test results of the breast enlarging essential oil prepared in the comparative examples 1 to 5 show that the breast problem solving effect is far inferior to that of the application and that of obstruction of mammary gland and hyperplasia of mammary glands are difficult to solve, which further shows that the breast enlarging essential oil has reasonable compatibility of active components and synergistic effect, promotes the secondary development of breast tissues from outside to inside, helps the secondary development of breast tissues by stimulating the secretion of female hormones, achieves the effects of plumpness and stiffness, can play the functions of regulating internal secretion, dredging channels and collaterals, activating mammary gland cells and re-developing breast fat cells, achieving the purpose of enlarging breast and beautifying breast.
