Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有减肥作用的组合物,其制备方法及应用,所述具有减肥作用的组合物的原料组分包括绿茶提取物、左旋肉碱、咖啡提取物。本发明所述具有减肥作用的组合物,通过抑制食欲,促进脂肪分解和转化,提高人体新陈代谢水平等多个方面起到减少身体脂肪,降低体重以及抗疲劳的作用。本发明对多种原因引起的肥胖均有一定效果,对营养过剩型肥胖效果显著。本发明所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,无转基因,无大豆,无乳制品,无麸质,属于100%纯素食,原料安全,对人体无任何毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明属于保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有减肥作用的组合物,其制备方法及应用。
背景技术
肥胖是指一定程度的明显超重与脂肪层过厚,是体内脂肪,尤其是甘油三酯积聚过多而导致的一种状态。由于食物摄入过多或机体代谢的改变而导致体内脂肪积聚过多造成体重过度增长并引起人体病理、生理改变或潜伏。肥胖不仅影响形体美,给生活带来不便,且对人体健康不利,其能够导致心血管疾病,影响消化功能,导致内分泌紊乱以及增加癌症几率等。现有的减肥药物较多,但是减肥效果不明显,且容易出现停药反弹,导致减肥功亏一篑。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全可靠的具有减肥作用的组合物,所述具有减肥作用的组合物通过抑制食欲,促进脂肪分解和转化,提高人体新陈代谢水平等多个方面起到减少身体脂肪,降低体重以及抗疲劳的作用,本发明用于减肥效果显著,且停药不反弹。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种具有减肥作用的组合物,原料组分包括:绿茶提取物15-20重量份、左旋肉碱10-20重量份、咖啡提取物10-15重量份。
绿茶提取物,含有丰富的绿茶多酚,能提高精神警觉和能量水平,改善专注力、抑郁、脂肪肝和提高能量水平,还能降低胆固醇和甘油三酯以及低密度脂蛋白(LDL),同时增加高密度脂蛋白(HDL)。
左旋肉碱,能将脂肪分解为能量,在燃烧体脂肪方面有关键作用。左旋肉碱是一种在蛋白质中没有的氨基酸,但在人体内少量天然存在。左旋肉碱的作用是在β氧化之前将长链脂肪酸转移穿过内粒线体内膜,并允许其利用脂肪作为能量来源。
咖啡提取物,含有咖啡因,能增加非氧化脂肪酸的代谢,增加静息能量消耗(REE)和静息代谢速率(RMR),导致能量迸发并降低对体力消耗的感知,从而起到额外燃烧身体热量的作用。
优选的,原料组分还包括葛根提取物2-6重量份、茴香提取物5-8重量份、冬瓜子提取物5-8重量份以及牛至叶提取物5-8重量份。
葛根提取物,含有丰富的黄酮类化合物,主要包括葛根素(puerarin),大豆苷(daidzin)及大豆苷元(daidzein),染料木素,染料木甙,3’-羟基葛根素(3’-hydroxypuerarin),3’-甲氧基葛根素(3’-methoxypuerarin),具有扩张血管,改善血液循环;降低心肌耗氧量,抑制癌细胞;增加冠脉流量,调整血液微循环等作用。
茴香提取物,富含维生素、膳食纤维和其他营养物质,能够让人产生饱腹感,还能溶解沉积在血液中的脂肪以及具有减少水潴留的作用。
冬瓜子提取物,具有调理肠胃以及通便的作用,帮助身体排除毒素,加速陈代谢。
牛至叶提取物,低胆固醇,低饱和脂肪酸,富含蛋白质以及钙、磷、钾、铁、锌等多种微量元素。
优选的,原料组分还包括10-20重量份混合中药提取物,所述混合中药提取物由法半夏、炙甘草、炒决明子、鸡血藤按重量比8-12:2-6:5-8:5-10制备得到。
法半夏,呈类球形或破碎成不规则颗粒状。表面淡黄白色、黄色或棕黄色。质较松脆或硬脆,断面黄色或淡黄色,颗粒者质稍硬脆。味辛、性温。归脾、胃、肺经。燥湿化痰。用于痰多咳喘,痰饮眩悸,风痰眩晕,痰厥头痛。
炙甘草,为类圆形或椭圆形切片,表面红棕色或灰棕色,微有光泽,切面黄色至深黄色,形成层环明显,射线放射状。质稍黏。具焦香气,味甜。色黄味甘,炙之则气温,色黄入脾,味甘补中,气温益气,为补脾益气的常用药。可用于多种气虚证,如心气虚、心悸、脉结代以及脾胃虚弱等症。
炒决明子,为豆科植物决明Cassia obtusifolia L.或小决明Cassia tora L.的干燥成熟种子。秋季采收成熟果实,晒干,打下种子,除去杂质。略呈棱方形或短圆柱形,两端平行倾斜,长3~7mm,宽2~4mm。表面绿棕色或暗棕色,平滑有光泽。一端较平坦,另端斜尖,背腹面各有1条突起的棱线,棱线两侧各有1条斜向对称而色较浅的线形凹纹。质坚硬,不易破碎。种皮薄,子叶2,黄色,呈“S”形折曲并重叠。味苦、甘而性凉,归肝、大肠经。具有清肝火、祛风湿、益肾明目等功能。
鸡血藤,豆科植物密花豆(大血藤、血风藤、三叶鸡血藤、九层风)Spatholobussuberectus Dunn的干燥藤茎。秋、冬二季采收,除去枝叶,切片,晒干。为椭圆形、长矩圆形或不规则的斜切片,厚0.3~1cm。栓皮灰棕色,有的可见灰白色斑,栓皮脱落处显红棕色。切面木部红棕色或棕色,导管孔多数;韧皮部有树脂状分泌物呈红棕色至黑棕色,与木部相间排列呈3~8个偏心性半圆形环;髓部偏向一侧。质坚硬。味苦、甘,性温。归肝、肾经。活血补血,调经止痛,舒筋活络。用于月经不调,痛经,经闭,风湿痹痛,麻木瘫痪,血虚萎黄。
优选的,所述混合中药提取物按如下方法制备得到:分别称取法半夏、炙甘草、炒决明子、鸡血藤,混合后加水进行煎煮,然后过滤,收集滤液,将滤液离心后取上清液,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎后即得。
优选的,所述绿茶提取物按如下方法制备得到:绿茶干燥后粉碎,得到绿茶粉;向所述绿茶粉中加水后加热进行提取,完毕后过滤收集滤液,将滤液浓缩,然后加入乙酸乙酯进行萃取,之后回收乙酸乙酯,经过滤、干燥、粉碎、过筛后,即得。
优选的,粉碎至粒径小于200μm,所述绿茶粉与水的重量比为1:8-15,所述加热至温度为85-95℃,所述加热的时间为30-50min;进行所述浓缩至密度为0.8-1.0,所述浓缩后的滤液与乙酸乙酯之间的重量比为1:6-8。
优选的,所述咖啡提取物的制备方法为将咖啡豆进行烘培,降温后研磨成粉,即得。
优选的,所述烘培为先将咖啡豆于120℃-135℃温度下烘培15-20min,再于180-200℃温度下烘焙5-10min。
所述具有减肥作用的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为,分别称取各原料,经分别过筛后,混合均匀,即得,或加入药学上可接受的辅料,制备成片剂、颗粒剂或胶囊剂中的任意一种。
所述具有减肥作用的组合物在制备用于控制肥胖人士体重的食品、保健品以及药品中的应用。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,通过选择绿茶提取物、左旋肉碱、咖啡提取物为原料并进行适合的重量配比,能够有效抑制食欲,加速人体新陈代谢,增强脂肪消耗而促进脂肪分解和转化,从而起到控制肥胖人士体重的作用,本发明对多种原因引起的肥胖均有一定效果,对营养过剩型肥胖效果显著,特别适合在运动前服用。
2、本发明所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,通过将绿茶提取物、左旋肉碱、咖啡提取物与葛根提取物、茴香提取物、冬瓜子提取物、牛至叶提取物进行组合,以及对葛根提取物和牛至叶提取物之间比例的进一步优化,能够从促进血液微循环、改善肠胃功能、清除体内毒素等多个方面进一步提高新陈代谢水平,减轻身体疲劳,进而起到显著的减少身体脂肪,降低体重的作用。
3、本发明所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,还添加了由法半夏、炙甘草、炒决明子、鸡血藤制备得到的混合中药提取物,能够温肾健脾、化气行湿、活血通络,试验证实,添加含有中药提取物的本发明组合物能够显著降低大鼠血液中甘油三酯和胆固醇含量,具有优异的抑制脂肪增加的作用。
4、本发明所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,无转基因,无大豆,无乳制品,无麸质,属于100%纯素食,本发明原料安全,对人体无任何毒副作用。

本实施例提供一种具有减肥作用的组合物,由以下重量份原料组成:绿茶提取物15重量份、左旋肉碱20重量份、咖啡提取物10重量份;辅料:葡萄糖10重量份、微粉硅胶5重量份;
绿茶提取物的制备方法为:绿茶干燥后粉碎至粒径为200μm,得到绿茶粉;向绿茶粉中加入15倍重量的水,加热至95℃提取30min,完毕后过滤收集滤液,将滤液浓缩至密度为1.0,然后加入乙酸乙酯(浓缩液:乙酸乙酯=1:8)进行萃取,之后回收乙酸乙酯,经过滤、干燥、粉碎、过筛后,即得;
咖啡提取物的制备方法为:先将咖啡豆于135℃烘培15min,再于200℃温度下烘焙5min,降温后研磨成粉,即得。
本实施例具有减肥作用的组合物的制备方法为:将绿茶提取物、左旋肉碱、咖啡提取物分别过筛后混合均匀,加入辅料,经制粒、压片,得到0.5g/片所述具有减肥作用的组合物。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种具有减肥作用的组合物,由以下重量份原料组成:绿茶提取物20重量份、左旋肉碱10重量份、咖啡提取物15重量份;辅料:葡萄糖10重量份、微粉硅胶5重量份;
绿茶提取物的制备方法为:绿茶干燥后粉碎至粒径为300μm,得到绿茶粉;向绿茶粉中加入8倍重量的水,加热至85℃提取50min,完毕后过滤收集滤液,将滤液浓缩至密度为0.8,然后加入乙酸乙酯(浓缩液:乙酸乙酯=1:6)进行萃取,之后回收乙酸乙酯,经过滤、干燥、粉碎、过筛后,即得;
咖啡提取物的制备方法为:先将咖啡豆于120℃烘培20min,再于180℃温度下烘焙10min,降温后研磨成粉,即得。
本实施例具有减肥作用的组合物的制备方法为:将绿茶提取物、左旋肉碱、咖啡提取物分别过筛后混合均匀,加入辅料,经制粒、压片,得到0.5g/片所述具有减肥作用的组合物。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种具有减肥作用的组合物,由以下重量份原料组成:绿茶提取物15重量份、左旋肉碱10重量份、咖啡提取物10重量份;
绿茶提取物的制备方法为:绿茶干燥后粉碎至粒径为300μm,得到绿茶粉;向绿茶粉中加入10倍重量的水,加热至90℃提取40min,完毕后过滤收集滤液,将滤液浓缩至密度为0.85,然后加入乙酸乙酯(浓缩液:乙酸乙酯=1:7)进行萃取,之后回收乙酸乙酯,经过滤、干燥、粉碎、过筛后,即得;
咖啡提取物的制备方法为:先将咖啡豆于130℃烘培20min,再于190℃烘焙10min,降温后研磨成粉,即得。
本实施例具有减肥作用的组合物的制备方法为:将绿茶提取物、左旋肉碱、咖啡提取物分别过筛后混合均匀,即得。
实施例4
本实施例在实施例3的基础上增加了葛根提取物、茴香提取物、冬瓜子提取物以及牛至叶提取物。具体的,本实施例提供一种具有减肥作用的组合物,由以下重量份原料组成:绿茶提取物15重量份、左旋肉碱10重量份、咖啡提取物10重量份、葛根提取物2重量份、茴香提取物8重量份、冬瓜子提取物5重量份以及牛至叶提取物8重量份;其中,绿茶提取物、咖啡提取物的制备方法同实施例3。
本实施例具有减肥作用的组合物的制备方法为:将绿茶提取物、左旋肉碱、咖啡提取物、葛根提取物、茴香提取物、冬瓜子提取物以及牛至叶提取物分别过筛后混合均匀,即得。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例4的区别在于葛根提取物与牛至叶提取物之间的配比不同。具体的,本实施例提供一种具有减肥作用的组合物,由以下重量份原料组成:绿茶提取物15重量份、左旋肉碱10重量份、咖啡提取物10重量份、葛根提取物9重量份、茴香提取物8重量份、冬瓜子提取物5重量份以及牛至叶提取物1重量份;其中,绿茶提取物、咖啡提取物的制备方法同实施例3。

本实施例在实施例4的基础上增加了混合中药提取物。具体的,本实施例提供一种具有减肥作用的组合物,由以下重量份原料组成:绿茶提取物15重量份、左旋肉碱10重量份、咖啡提取物10重量份、葛根提取物2重量份、茴香提取物8重量份、冬瓜子提取物5重量份、牛至叶提取物8重量份、混合中药提取物10重量份;其中,绿茶提取物、咖啡提取物的制备方法同实施例3。
混合中药提取物的制备方法为:分别称取法半夏、炙甘草、炒决明子、鸡血藤(12:2:8:5),混合后加入6倍重量水煎煮35min,然后过滤,收集滤液,将滤液离心后取上清液,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎后即得。
本实施例具有减肥作用的组合物的制备方法为:将绿茶提取物、左旋肉碱、咖啡提取物、葛根提取物、茴香提取物、冬瓜子提取物、牛至叶提取物、混合中药提取物分别过筛后混合均匀,即得。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种具有减肥作用的组合物,由以下重量份原料组成:绿茶提取物15重量份、左旋肉碱10重量份、咖啡提取物10重量份、葛根提取物6重量份、茴香提取物5重量份、冬瓜子提取物8重量份、牛至叶提取物5重量份、混合中药提取物20重量份;其中,绿茶提取物、咖啡提取物的制备方法同实施例3。
混合中药提取物的制备方法为:分别称取法半夏、炙甘草、炒决明子、鸡血藤(8:6:5:10),混合后加入6倍重量水煎煮35min,然后过滤,收集滤液,将滤液离心后取上清液,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎后即得;
本实施例具有减肥作用的组合物的制备方法为:将绿茶提取物、左旋肉碱、咖啡提取物、葛根提取物、茴香提取物、冬瓜子提取物、牛至叶提取物、混合中药提取物分别过筛后混合均匀,即得。
对比例
与实施例4的不同仅在于去掉了绿茶提取物和咖啡提取物。
本发明减肥效果试验研究
1、试验动物:wistar雌性大鼠70只,体重180-220g。
2、试验方法:将所有大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、试验组1-5共7组,每组10只,空白对照组给予普通饲料,模型组给予高脂饲料,试验组1-5除给予高脂饲料以外,另给予本发明实施例或对比例制备得到的组合物(1.67g/kgBW,1次/日),高脂饲料为普通饲料基础上添加10%猪油和10%蛋黄的饲料,各组饲料喂食量均为30g/只/天,大鼠自由饮水,连续喂养45天,记录小鼠体重变化,并对各组大鼠眼球血进行生化指标检测。
3、试验结果:见表1、2。

结果表明,与模型组比,添加本发明组合物的各试验组能够显著抑制小鼠体重增加,降低大鼠血液中甘油三酯、胆固醇以及血糖含量,且实施例6最优,其次为实施例4、实施例5、实施例3以及对比例,说明本发明组合物各组分之间配比合理,能够较好的控制体重增长以及因摄入热量较高所带来的血糖、血脂升高的问题。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有减肥作用的组合物,其特征在于,原料组分包括:绿茶提取物15-20重量份、左旋肉碱10-20重量份、咖啡提取物10-15重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,其特征在于,原料组分还包括葛根提取物2-6重量份、茴香提取物5-8重量份、冬瓜子提取物5-8重量份以及牛至叶提取物5-8重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,其特征在于,原料组分还包括10-20重量份混合中药提取物,所述混合中药提取物由法半夏、炙甘草、炒决明子、鸡血藤按重量比8-12:2-6:5-8:5-10制备得到。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,其特征在于,所述混合中药提取物按如下方法制备得到:分别称取法半夏、炙甘草、炒决明子、鸡血藤,混合后加水进行煎煮,然后过滤,收集滤液,将滤液离心后取上清液,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎后即得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,其特征在于,所述绿茶提取物按如下方法制备得到:绿茶干燥后粉碎,得到绿茶粉;向所述绿茶粉中加水后加热进行提取,完毕后过滤收集滤液,将滤液浓缩,然后加入乙酸乙酯进行萃取,之后回收乙酸乙酯,经过滤、干燥、粉碎、过筛后,即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,其特征在于,粉碎至粒径小于200μm,所述绿茶粉与水的重量比为1:8-15,所述加热至温度为85-95℃,所述加热的时间为30-50min;进行所述浓缩至密度为0.8-1.0,所述浓缩后的滤液与乙酸乙酯之间的重量比为1:6-8。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,其特征在于,所述咖啡提取物的制备方法为将咖啡豆进行烘培,降温后研磨成粉,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具有减肥作用的组合物,其特征在于,所述烘培为先将咖啡豆于120℃-135℃温度下烘培15-20min,再于180-200℃温度下烘焙5-10min。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述具有减肥作用的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为,分别称取各原料,经分别过筛后,混合均匀,即得,或加入药学上可接受的辅料,制备成片剂、颗粒剂或胶囊剂中的任意一种。
10.权利要求1-8任一项所述具有减肥作用的组合物在制备用于控制肥胖人士体重的食品、保健品以及药品中的应用。
