)
Figure RE-GDA0002505499640000073
Figure RE-GDA0002505499640000081
note: p < 0.05 indicates significant difference, and p < 0.01 indicates extremely significant difference.
From the data analysis of table 2, it can be seen that: after the parturited bitches in the experimental groups B-H eat the lactation promoting paste, the average lactation amount in 7-21 days after parturition is larger than that of the bitches which do not eat the lactation promoting paste in the control group A, and the lactation amount of the bitches which eat the lactation promoting paste at each measurement time node is also larger than that of the bitches which do not eat the lactation promoting paste, so that the lactation promoting paste can play a role in promoting lactation of the parturited bitches, and is favorable for increasing the lactation amount of the parturited bitches.
The lactation promoting effect of the lactation promoting cream on the bitches at the same time within 24 hours is not obvious when the bitches after delivery of the control group A and the experimental groups B-H are parted (the contents are uniform, p is more than 0.05), the data in the table 1 and the table 2 are combined, the data in the experimental group B and the experimental group C are compared, the lactation promoting cream used by matching and mixing the amino acid content is higher, the lactation promoting effect of the lactation promoting cream on the bitches is obvious when the amino acid content is higher, the data in the experimental group C and the experimental group D are compared, L-arginine, valine, L-lysine and vitamin are matched, the lactation promoting cream has obvious difference on the lactation promoting amount (the contents are uniform, p is less than 0.05) when the amino acid content and the vitamin content are compared, the lactation promoting cream used for the bitches is proved to be beneficial to lactation, the data in the experimental group E, the experimental group F and the experimental group G are compared, the data in the cream group E, the experimental group F and the experimental group G are proved that the contents of leonurus and the cream have influence on the lactation promoting effect on the lactation promoting cream on the lactation promoting effect when the contents of the cream is increased, the lactation promoting cream and the fish oil content of the experimental group is known to be beneficial to be improved when the lactation promoting cream and the lactation promoting oil content of the experimental group H.
As can be seen from the data in the above experiments, when the weight parts of the components of the galactagogue are the same as the ratio in example 4, the galactagogue has a good galactagogue effect (P is less than 0.01, and the mean value of the lactation amount of example 4 is the largest), and the lactation amount of the mare is remarkably different (the variance is uniform, and P is less than 0.01).
Comparative experiments were carried out with 5 groups of catalytic emulsions of example 3 to example 7 with different parts by weight:
table 3: the effect of the creams of examples 3 to 7 on the weight gain of pups (n 8,
Figure RE-GDA0002505499640000091
)
Figure RE-GDA0002505499640000092
note: p < 0.05 indicates significant difference, and p < 0.01 indicates extremely significant difference.
From the data analysis of table 3, it can be seen that: the weight of the control group and the puppies of examples 3-7 at birth were not significantly different; at each measurement time node of the weight of the puppy at birth, the weight of the puppy fed by the bitch fed with the emulsifiable paste is greater than that of the puppy fed by the bitch not fed with the emulsifiable paste, so that the emulsifiable paste can increase the content of nutrient substances in the bitch and has a beneficial effect on the growth of the puppy;
examples 3 to 5 show that the accelerating creams with the components of the weight parts in examples 6 to 7 have better accelerating effect on the growth of puppies than the accelerating creams with the components of the weight parts in examples 6 to 7 (with uniform variance, p < 0.05 and obvious difference), which indicates that the effect of the accelerating creams can be maximized under the condition that the red bean, the angelica, the astragalus, the motherwort and the brown sugar are in proper proportion; the effect of the cream promoter of the component in the weight part in the example 4 is better, and the cream promoter is more beneficial to the growth of puppies (the variance is uniform, p is less than 0.01, the difference is extremely obvious, and the average value of the weight gain of pups in the example 4 is the highest), so that the effect of the cream promoter of the component in the weight part in the example 4 is the best one of the effect of the cream promoter of the 5 different weight parts.
Since the galactagogue of example 4 has a good galactagogue effect, the milk secreted by the dogs fed with the galactagogue of this weight fraction is used as a sample, the milk protein, milk fat and non-fat solids in the milk are measured and analyzed, and the milk secreted by the dogs not fed with the galactagogue is selected as a comparative sample for measurement and analysis, and the specific data are as follows:
table 4: comparison of the milk protein, milk fat and non-fat solids content in the milk of the bitches of control group a and experimental group E (with the caltrops of the composition of example 4) (n-8,
Figure RE-GDA0002505499640000093
)
Figure RE-GDA0002505499640000094
Figure RE-GDA0002505499640000101
note: p < 0.05 indicates significant difference, and p < 0.01 indicates extremely significant difference.
From the data in table 4, it can be seen that: the contents of milk proteins, milk fat and non-fat solids in the milk secreted 24h after delivery did not differ significantly between the dogs fed the prolactin and the dogs not fed the prolactin (well-formed variance, p > 0.05), but the milk proteins, milk fat and non-fat solids in the milk secreted 7 days after delivery were all higher than in the milk secreted by the dogs not fed the prolactin, and the milk proteins, milk fat and non-fat solids in the milk secreted at both the nodes 14 days after delivery and 21 days after delivery were all higher than in the milk secreted by the dogs not fed the prolactin, as can be seen from the p-value (p < 0.05) in combination with the fact that the prolactin significantly increased the milk protein, milk fat and non-fat solids in the milk of the dogs, further improving the physique of the puppy at the early growth stage, enhancing the resistance and the immunity of the puppy, reducing the possibility of the disease occurrence of the puppy and being beneficial to the healthy growth of the puppy.
The detection results of the experiments can be similar to those of cats, and in conclusion, the lactation promoting paste can improve the lactation yield of the bitch (cat) and the content of nutrient substances in milk, so that the resistance and the immunity of the puppy (cat) are enhanced, and the healthy growth of the puppy (cat) is facilitated.
In order to test the safety of the invention and verify the influence of the toxicity of the traditional Chinese medicine components on the growth of the dog and cat organisms, the following experiment is designed: a 30-day feeding experiment (short-term oral toxicity experiment, subacute toxicity experiment, reference GB/T23179-.
