Abstract
The invention discloses emulsified anti-rust oil which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-20% of petroleum sodium sulfonate; 5-10% of triethanolamine; 5-20% of triethanolamine oleate soap; 5-15% of an emulsifier; 0.5-3% of potassium hydroxide; 1-3% of water; 1-3% of a bactericide; the balance being base oil. The emulsified anti-rust oil disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the components are organically matched, so that the anti-rust oil has good anti-rust performance, and is not layered and does not float oil after being placed for a long time; in addition, the raw materials adopted by the invention are easy to obtain, the dosage is less, and the use cost is lower.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of anti-rust oil, and particularly relates to emulsified anti-rust oil.
Background
Currently, rust preventive products widely used in the field of metal processing include rust preventive oil, water-based rust preventive liquid, and emulsion type rust preventive oil. The anti-rust oil has the advantages of good anti-rust performance and long anti-rust period, and has the defects of using a large amount of petroleum solvent, generating a large amount of VOC (volatile organic compounds), polluting the environment and being harmful to the health of a human body; on the other hand, most of petroleum solvents have low flash points, are inflammable and have certain potential safety hazards. Compared with antirust oil, the water-based antirust liquid has the advantages of low cost, no flammability, safety and environmental protection by using water as a diluent, but has poor antirust performance and short antirust period. The emulsified anti-rust oil has the advantages of the two products, and has better anti-rust performance, lower cost, safety and environmental protection.
The existing emulsified anti-rust oil usually has the problems of short anti-rust period, easy layering after long-term standing and the like, so how to develop the emulsified anti-rust oil with long anti-rust period, low cost and good stability is a problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides emulsified anti-rust oil for overcoming the defects in the prior art, which has the advantages of long anti-rust period, low cost and good stability.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides emulsified anti-rust oil which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
further, the emulsified anti-rust oil comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
further, the bactericide is one or more of triazines, morpholines, oxazolines, isothiazolinones or pyridines.
Further, the base oil is one or more of paraffin base oil or naphthenic base oil.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
the emulsified anti-rust oil disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the components are organically matched, so that the anti-rust oil has good anti-rust performance, and is not layered and does not float oil after being placed for a long time; in addition, the raw materials adopted by the invention are easy to obtain, the dosage is less, and the use cost is lower.
