The preparation method of Tricholoma matsutake extract is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example 3
The present comparative example provides a composition consisting of (parts by weight): 5 parts of matsutake extract, 2.5 parts of malachite extract and 2.5 parts of chamomile extract.
The preparation method of Tricholoma matsutake extract is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example 4
The present comparative example provides a composition consisting of (parts by weight): 5 parts of matsutake extract, 2.5 parts of malachite extract and 2.5 parts of spilanthol herb extract.
The preparation method of Tricholoma matsutake extract comprises:
(1) taking a tricholoma matsutake strain CCTCC NO: pulverizing M2014671 mycelium, sieving with 60 mesh sieve, adding 12 times of deionized water, and leaching at 80 deg.C for 5 hr;
(2) filtering the water extract in the step (1) to obtain supernatant, adding 2 times of ethanol, standing at 20 deg.C for precipitation for 24h, centrifuging at 5000r/min for 30min, and collecting supernatant to obtain Tricholoma matsutake extract.

The comparative example provides shampoo which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: composition 10% of comparative example 1, shampoo base 90%.
The formulation of the shampoo base and the preparation of the shampoo were the same as in example 6.

The comparative example provides shampoo which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: composition of comparative example 2 10%, shampoo base 90%.
The formulation of the shampoo base and the preparation of the shampoo were the same as in example 6.

The comparative example provides shampoo which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: composition of comparative example 3 10%, shampoo base 90%.

Experimental example 1 skin absorption Effect of the composition
In this experimental example, the skin absorption effect of the compositions of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was analyzed by the following specific method:
experimental animals C57B L/6 mice weighing 18-22g, 80 animals in total, were randomly divided into 8 groups of 10 animals each.
A mouse is unhaired for 30 seconds by 8% sodium sulfide, washed clean by normal saline, peeled off, subcutaneous adipose tissues are removed, the skin of the mouse is cleaned by normal saline, the skin of the mouse which is pretreated is fixed between a diffusion chamber and a receiving chamber of a permeation diffusion device, normal saline 17m L is injected into the receiving chamber through a sampling tube to serve as receiving liquid, the liquid level is in full contact with the inner layer of the skin, the compositions in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4 (the extracts of the tricholoma matsutake in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4 are 3.6g respectively) are added into the diffusion chamber, the top of the diffusion chamber and the sampling port of the receiving chamber are covered by a preservative film, the stirring is continued, the sampling is carried out after 1 hour, the content of the polypeptide in the diffusion chamber before and after the stirring is detected by using a Coomassie brilliant blue kit, the detection results of each group of mice are averaged, and the results are shown in Table 1, and the results show that the effect of the permeation absorption of the compositions in examples 1-5 through the skin is obviously better than that in the comparative examples.

Experimental example 2 trial effect experiment of shampoo
In order to verify the hair scalp nourishing effect of the shampoos of the examples and comparative examples, 100 volunteers aged 25-60 years were selected and divided into 10 groups of 10 persons, and one shampoo of examples 6-10 and comparative examples 5-9 was provided for each group of 10 persons, the use time was 2 months, the use frequency was once every two days, and the combing property, softness, moisture retention, itching relieving and stain removing effects of the shampoo were examined. The test performance was set to 6 levels, as follows: 6 represents excellent; 5 stands for good; 4 represents preferably; 3 represents general; 2 represents poor; 1 represents the difference. The test results of each group of volunteers were averaged and the test indices and results are shown in table 2.

The results show that: the trial effect of the shampoos in examples 6-10 on combing property, softness, moisture retention, itching relieving and decontamination effect is obviously better than that of comparative examples 5-9, which shows that the compositions in examples 1-5 can significantly improve the shampoo effect of the shampoo, exert effective nourishing, moisture retention, antibacterial and other care effects on scalp and hair, and significantly improve hair quality and health state.
Experimental example 3 shampoo restoration hair dyeing and ironing effect experiment
In order to verify the effect of the shampoos of the examples and the comparative examples on repairing damaged hair by dyeing and perming, 100 volunteers who dyed and permed hair within the last year between the ages of 25 and 60 are selected, the hair is damaged to a certain extent in the dyeing and perming process, the volunteers are divided into 10 groups, 10 people are selected in each group, one shampoo of the examples 6 to 10 and the comparative examples 5 to 9 is provided respectively, the using time is 2 months, the using frequency is once every two days, and the hair strengthening effect of the shampoo is examined. The volunteers measured the breaking strength of hair before the start of the experiment, and the breaking strength of hair 2 months after using shampoo, and compared the change in the strength of hair. The hair strength was tested using INSTRON 5565 universal material testing equipment. The specific test method comprises the following steps: taking a hair sample to be tested, balancing for 24 hours in an atmospheric environment with the temperature of 20 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity of 65 +/-3%, then testing under the atmospheric condition, wherein the hair clamping length is 150mm, the stretching speed is 500mm/min, 20 hair samples are respectively tested by each volunteer, the average value of each group of volunteers is obtained, and the result is shown in table 3.

The results show that: the shampoo of examples 6-10 has significantly better effects on repairing dyed and ironed damaged hair than comparative examples 5-9, which shows that the compositions of examples 1-5 can significantly improve the hair strength, wherein the composition of example 1 has the best effect.
Although the invention has been described in detail hereinabove by way of general description, specific embodiments and experiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that many modifications and improvements can be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.

Claims (10)

1. A matsutake mushroom extract is characterized by being prepared from matsutake mushroom with a preservation number of CCTCC NO: m2014671 Tricholoma matsutake (Tricholoma matsutake) T35, and the extraction method comprises the following steps: the preparation method comprises the steps of putting Tricholoma matsutake T35 into water, leaching at 20-60 ℃, precipitating supernatant obtained by leaching with ethanol at 10-30 ℃, and separating the supernatant.
2. The tricholoma matsutake extract according to claim 1, wherein the leaching time is 4-12 hours, and the precipitation time is 10-30 hours;
preferably, in the leaching system, the mass ratio of the tricholoma matsutake to the water is 1 (5-16); and/or in the system of the precipitate, the mass ratio of the supernatant obtained by leaching to the ethanol is 1 (1-3).
3. Use of the matsutake mushroom extract according to claim 1 or 2 for the preparation of scalp and hair care products.
4. A composition for scalp and hair care comprising matsutake mushroom extract and spicebush flower extract.
5. The composition according to claim 4, wherein the tricholoma matsutake extract is the tricholoma matsutake extract of claim 1 or 2; the mass ratio of the tricholoma matsutake extract to the spicebush flower extract is 1 (0.5-5).
6. The composition of claim 4 or 5, wherein the composition further comprises malachite extract; the mass ratio of the tricholoma matsutake extract to the spicebush flower extract is 1 (0.5-4);
preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of tricholoma matsutake extract, 2-7 parts of spilanthol flower extract and 2-7 parts of malachite extract.
7. The composition according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the spilanthol extract is an aqueous extract and the malachite extract is a concentrated sulfuric acid extract.
8. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 4 to 7 for the preparation of scalp and hair care products.
9. A shampoo product comprising a composition according to any of claims 4 to 7;
preferably, the composition accounts for 2-15% of the shampoo product by mass.
10. A hair care product comprising the composition of any one of claims 4 to 7;
preferably, the composition accounts for 2-15% of the hair care product by mass.
