Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chlorine dioxide solid agents, in particular to a stable compound chlorine dioxide solid lozenge and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Chlorine dioxide has the functions of sterilization, bleaching, deodorization, disinfection and fresh keeping. The action mechanism is mainly oxidation, the electronic structure of the chlorine dioxide molecule is in an unsaturated state, the outer layer has 19 electrons, and the chlorine dioxide molecule has strong oxidation action force, and mainly attacks atomic groups (such as enzyme containing sulfydryl, sulfide and chloride) rich in electrons (or electron donors) to rob electrons forcibly, so that the electrons are changed into substances losing activity and changing properties, and the aim is achieved.
At present, the diversified development of the domestic chlorine dioxide product takes the mechanical equipment of a chlorine dioxide generator as a main product and takes a liquid solvent as a second time. The installation and the use of the chlorine dioxide generator mechanical equipment need professional training, reaction generating raw materials are added from time to time, reaction residues of the generated product equipment can be eliminated periodically, the reaction raw materials are not easy to store, and the like, so that the chlorine dioxide generator mechanical equipment is not required by a common user. And a few solid products exist, and most of the solid products are applied to the aquaculture and fishery. The pH value of water is strictly controlled by a breeding manufacturer, most products cannot be effectively and quickly dissolved in a short time under the limitation of the proportion condition of a formula, residues after dissociation cannot cause secondary pollution in the water, and the formula accounts for most of the proportion of an oxidant, so that the generation amount of chlorine dioxide is small, and a large amount of chlorine dioxide needs to be used.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the stable compound chlorine dioxide solid pastille which is portable in use, small in volume, high in reaction speed, convenient to store, transport and use, free of operations such as preparation, metering and the like of a user and environment-friendly in residues after use, and the preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a stable composite chlorine dioxide solid pastille comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-7 parts of sodium chlorate, 9-10 parts of sodium chlorite, 30-31 parts of sodium dichloroisocyanurate, 32-33 parts of sodium bisulfate, 3-4 parts of sodium sulfate, 2-3 parts of boric acid, 15-16 parts of sodium chloride, 2-3 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 6-31 parts of oxidant, 34-36 parts of inorganic acid, 18-20 parts of diluent and 2-3 parts of adhesive.
Further, the stable composite chlorine dioxide solid pastille comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6.5 parts of sodium chlorate, 9.5 parts of sodium chlorite, 30.5 parts of sodium dichloroisocyanurate, 32.5 parts of sodium bisulfate, 3.5 parts of sodium sulfate, 2.5 parts of boric acid, 15.5 parts of sodium chloride, 2.5 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 18.5 parts of oxidant, 35 parts of inorganic acid, 19 parts of diluent and 2.5 parts of adhesive.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the stable composite chlorine dioxide solid pastille, which comprises the following steps:
weighing the components according to the weight parts of the components, respectively grinding, screening and filtering the components, and then grinding for the second time;
step two, drying the components after grinding for 24 hours at the temperature of 75 ℃;
step three, firstly putting the dried sodium chlorate, sodium chlorite, sodium dichloroisocyanurate, sodium bisulfate, sodium sulfate, boric acid, sodium chloride and sodium carboxymethylcellulose into mixing equipment for mixing, then adding an oxidant, adding a diluent, inorganic acid and an adhesive after mixing uniformly, and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture;
and step three, pressing the mixture into pastilles through a die and a pressing ingot under the environment that the temperature is 20 ℃ and the relative humidity is 30%.
Preferably, the lozenge is 1 gram in weight, i.e., a 100ppm aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide can be obtained by dissolving 1 lozenge in one liter of clear water, which is convenient for use.
The invention with the structure has the following beneficial effects: the stable composite chlorine dioxide solid lozenge prepared by the scheme is compounded with the product standard specified by the state, and solves the problems that the existing chlorine dioxide solid preparation is generally poor in release stability, complicated in time-consuming operation, poor in effect after long-time release and not suitable for occasions needing quick sterilization; the sterilization agent has the advantages of portability, small volume, high reaction speed, convenience in storage, transportation and use, no operation of preparation, metering and the like by a user, environment-friendly residues after use, small influence by temperature and ammonia, basically consistent sterilization effect at low temperature and high temperature, and high sterilization efficiency in a pH range of 2-10; can kill viruses, bacteria, protists, algae, fungi and various spores and thalli formed by the spores, can kill all bacterial propagules and a plurality of pathogenic bacteria under 0.1ppm, and can completely kill the bacterial propagules, hepatitis viruses, bacteriophage and bacterial spores under 50 ppm; it does not produce chlorination reaction with organic matter, carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic and other toxic substances, and when it is less than 500ppm, its influence can be ignored, and when it is less than 100ppm, it has no any influence on human body.
