Sieving the raw materials with a 80-mesh sieve; and pressing the mixture by a tablet press with a stainless steel mold of 2g to obtain 500 composite quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant effervescent tablets with the content of 50 percent. The bactericidal effect is shown in table 1.
Example 2
In a reaction kettle with 2000mL stainless steel and with an electric stirrer and a thermometer, adding the raw materials of the compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant into the reaction kettle respectively: 250g of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 250g of dimethyl octadecyl [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride, 230g of sodium carbonate, 235g of citric acid, 15g of sodium carboxymethyl starch, 9.5g of talcum powder, 0.5g of essence and 10g of water-soluble starch, stirring the mixture continuously at 80 revolutions per minute for 3 hours, and stirring uniformly to obtain 1000g of the mixture. Sieving the raw materials with a 80-mesh sieve; and pressing the mixture by a tablet press with a stainless steel mold of 2g to obtain 500 composite quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant effervescent tablets with the content of 50 percent. The bactericidal effect is shown in table 1.
The sterilizing effect of the composite quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant effervescent tablets prepared in examples 1-6 is shown in table 1.
The composite quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant effervescent tablets prepared in the above examples 1-6 are respectively added into 1000ml of water with the content of 1 tablet (2g) with 50 percent, and the solution is boiled and dissolved to 1000 ppm. According to test method for sterilizing effect in disinfectant laboratory GB/T26369-2020 No. 2.1.1.5 and 2.1.1.7. And (3) carrying agent quantitative sterilization test: the experimental disinfectant has a temperature of 22.5 ℃, a relative humidity of 45 percent and an action time of 5min,10min and 15min respectively after being stored overnight (12 h).
