Abstract

本发明公开一种铜铝过渡接线组件及铜铝过渡连接方法,包括铜端子和铜包铝过渡衬管。铜端子具有铜压接片和铜连接管,铜压接片上开设有安装孔。铜包铝过渡衬管具有铜包覆层外层和位于铜包覆层内的铝金属内层,铜包覆层外层和铝金属内层融合在一起。铜包铝过渡衬管的管腔用以收容铝导体,铜包铝过渡衬管收容于铜连接管的管腔内。本发明铝导体与内层的铝金属内层连接,铝金属内层与铜包覆层外层系融合在一起,铜包铝过渡衬管套入铜端子之铜连接管内,在对铜连接管进行压接后,实现了铜连接管、铜包铝过渡衬管和铝导体的紧密过渡连接,该种结构不易折断,不易发热,而且铜端子、铜包铝过渡衬管的铜包覆外层均为铜材质,导电效率高。

一种铜铝过渡接线组件及铜铝过渡连接方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铜铝过渡接线组件及铜铝过渡连接方法。
背景技术
铜铝过渡端子是电力输配电线路上将铝导线连接到设备铜端的一种接线端子产品。目前铜铝过渡端子包括铜端与铝接线端,铜端与铝接线端通过摩擦焊接将铜棒与铝棒进行焊接在一起并进行冲压和机加工做成。
然而,上述铜铝过渡端子的结构采用摩擦焊接方式连接在一起,这在焊接时容易造成焊接工艺不稳定,导致铜铝过渡端子的废品率较高,而且在安装使用的时候铜铝焊接部位容易断裂造成线路故障;再者,摩擦焊接耗时较长,同时焊接出来有很多毛边,机加工需要加工过程复杂,效率低下;另外,安装使用过程中需要的技术较高,由于铝端裸漏在外,安装不当容易造成铝端直接和设备铜端接触,发生线路故障。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种工艺简单、制作方便、成品率高且容易安装的铜铝过渡端子。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种铜铝过渡接线组件,包括铜端子和铜包铝过渡衬管,所述铜端子具有铜压接片和与铜压接片连接的铜连接管,所述铜压接片上开设有安装孔,所述铜包铝过渡衬管具有铜包覆层外层和位于铜包覆层内的铝金属内层,所述铜包覆层外层和铝金属内层融合在一起,所述铜包铝过渡衬管的管腔用以收容铝导体,所述铜包铝过渡衬管收容于所述铜连接管的管腔内。
优选地,所述铜压接片系由一铜管一端压扁形成,所述铜管另一端形成所述铜连接管。
本发明还提供一种铜铝过渡连接方法,采用上述铜铝过渡接线组件,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,处理电缆以露出电缆的铝芯导体,将电缆的铝芯导体套入铜包铝过渡衬管内;
步骤S2,将步骤S1中的铜包铝过渡衬管套入铜端子之铜连接管内;
步骤S3,将步骤S2中的铜连接管进行压接,使铜连接管、铜包铝过渡衬管、电缆的铝芯导体紧密连接。
如上所述,本发明铜铝过渡接线组件通过将铝导体套入铜包铝过渡衬管内,铝导体与内层的铝金属内层连接,铝金属内层与铜包覆层外层系融合在一起,铜包铝过渡衬管套入铜端子之铜连接管内,在对铜连接管进行压接后,实现了铜连接管、铜包铝过渡衬管和铝导体的紧密过渡连接,该种结构不易折断,不易发热,而且铜端子、铜包铝过渡衬管的铜包覆外层均为铜材质,导电效率高。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。应该强调的是,下述说明仅仅是示例性的,而不是为了限制本发明的范围及其应用。
请参阅图1,本发明铜铝过渡接线组件包括铜端子10和铜包铝过渡衬管20。
铜端子10具有铜压接片11和与铜压接片11连接的铜连接管12。铜压接片11上开设有安装孔111。
铜包铝过渡衬管20具有铜包覆层外层21和位于铜包覆层21内的铝金属内层22,铜包覆层外层21和铝金属内层22融合在一起。铜包铝过渡衬管20的管腔用以收容铝导体,铜包铝过渡衬管20收容于铜连接管12的管腔内。
在本实施例中,所述铜压接片11系由一铜管一端压扁形成,所述铜管另一端形成所述铜连接管12。
请参阅图2、图3和图4,本发明还提供一种铜铝过渡连接方法,采用上述铜铝过渡接线组件,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,处理电缆30以露出电缆的铝芯导体31,将电缆30的铝芯导体31套入铜包铝过渡衬管20内;
步骤S2,将步骤S1中的铜包铝过渡衬管20套入铜端子10之铜连接管12内;
步骤S3,将步骤S2中的铜连接管12进行压接,使铜连接管12、铜包铝过渡衬管20、电缆30的铝芯导体31紧密连接。
综上所述,本发明铜铝过渡接线组件通过将铝导体套入铜包铝过渡衬管20内,铝导体与内层的铝金属内层22连接,铝金属内层22与铜包覆层外层21系融合在一起,铜包铝过渡衬管20套入铜端子10之铜连接管12内,在对铜连接管12进行压接后,实现了铜连接管12、铜包铝过渡衬管20和铝导体的紧密过渡连接,该种结构不易折断,不易发热,而且铜端子10、铜包铝过渡衬管20的铜包覆外层21均为铜材质,导电效率高。

1.一种铜铝过渡接线组件,其特征在于,包括铜端子和铜包铝过渡衬管,所述铜端子具有铜压接片和与铜压接片连接的铜连接管,所述铜压接片上开设有安装孔,所述铜包铝过渡衬管具有铜包覆层外层和位于铜包覆层内的铝金属内层,所述铜包覆层外层和铝金属内层融合在一起,所述铜包铝过渡衬管的管腔用以收容铝导体,所述铜包铝过渡衬管收容于所述铜连接管的管腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜铝过渡接线组件,其特征在于,所述铜压接片系由一铜管一端压扁形成,所述铜管另一端形成所述铜连接管。
3.一种铜铝过渡连接方法,其特征在于,使用权利要求1或2所述铜铝过渡接线组件,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,处理电缆以露出电缆的铝芯导体,将电缆的铝芯导体套入铜包铝过渡衬管内;
步骤S2,将步骤S1中的铜包铝过渡衬管套入铜端子之铜连接管内;
步骤S3,将步骤S2中的铜连接管进行压接,使铜连接管、铜包铝过渡衬管、电缆的铝芯导体紧密连接。
