本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,且公开了一种具备共享车位锁功能的充电桩装置,包括充电桩本体,所述充电桩本体正面设置有扫码区,所述充电桩本体右侧底部设置有充电线出线口,所述充电线出线口内部导线连接有充电线,所述充电桩本体右侧上部固定连接有固定卡扣。所述充电桩本体正面底部开设有收纳槽。该具备共享车位锁功能的充电桩装置,通过在充电桩本体的正面开设收纳槽,并在收纳槽内部活动连接左侧车位杆和右侧车位杆,在打开左侧车位杆和右侧车位杆的同时,打开折叠锁杆,并将折叠锁杆的折叠杆锁扣与电磁锁相扣行成车位锁,在使用充电功能的时候扫码打开电磁锁,将车位杆折叠至收纳槽内,达到了具备共享车位锁的效果。

背景技术
在新型能源广泛推广的今天,电动汽车开始被广泛推广,其具备者燃油汽车无法比拟的环保优势。
从电动公共交通工具到电动私家车的发展,见证了汽车的发展,但是严峻的停车位问题还是难以解决,有很多司机见到车位总是见缝插针的停进去,给需要正常停车充电的车主造成麻烦,现在提供一种具备共享车位锁功能的充电桩装置,来解决充电桩位置被停车的问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具备共享车位锁功能的充电桩装置,具备共享车位锁功能等优点,解决了上述背景技术中提到的充电桩停车位被乱占用的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具备共享车位锁功能的充电桩装置,包括充电桩本体,所述充电桩本体正面设置有扫码区,所述充电桩本体右侧底部设置有充电线出线口,所述充电线出线口内部导线连接有充电线,所述充电桩本体右侧上部固定连接有固定卡扣。
所述充电桩本体正面底部开设有收纳槽,所述收纳槽的内壁左侧活动连接有左侧车位杆,所述收纳槽的内壁右侧活动连接有右侧车位杆,所述左侧车位杆和右侧车位杆的正面相近处均开设有打开把手。
所述左侧车位杆上下两侧左端均固定连接有连接轴,所述左侧车位杆的背面开设有折叠槽,所述左侧车位杆的右端固定连接有锁扣固定环,所述折叠槽内壁的右端固定连接有支撑轴,所述支撑轴的外表面活动连接有活动套环,所述折叠槽的内壁左侧固定连接有限位块,所述活动套环的外表面固定连接有折叠锁杆,所述折叠锁杆远离活动套环的一端固定连接有折叠杆锁扣,所述右侧车位杆的左端设置有电磁锁,所述右侧车位杆的上下两端右侧均设置有空心连接轴,所述充电桩本体顶部固定连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆上端固定连接有防水棚。
优选的,所述收纳槽贯穿充电桩本体的左右两侧,所述收纳槽的底部离地面的距离为一般小型轿车挡板的高度,所述收纳槽上下内壁的左右两侧均开设有轴孔。
优选的,所述左侧车位杆和右侧车位杆的正面与充电桩本体的正面平行,所述左侧车位杆和右侧车位杆的总长度略短与收纳槽的长度。
优选的,所述折叠槽的右侧贯穿左侧车位杆的右端,所述折叠槽的左端达到连接轴的右侧结束。
优选的,所述折叠锁杆的内表面与限位块的背面搭接,所述折叠杆锁扣的外表面与折叠槽的左端搭接。
优选的,所述右侧车位杆的内部为空心,且设置有电源导线,所述空心连接轴与右侧车位杆内部互通,且延伸至充电桩本体内部,所述电磁锁的锁扣与锁扣固定环和折叠杆锁扣均适配。
优选的,所述防水棚的底部四周均大于充电桩本体,所述防水棚的顶部为坡面。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种具备共享车位锁功能的充电桩装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、该具备共享车位锁功能的充电桩装置,通过在充电桩本体的正面开设收纳槽,并在收纳槽内部活动连接左侧车位杆和右侧车位杆,在打开左侧车位杆和右侧车位杆的同时,打开折叠锁杆,并将折叠锁杆的折叠杆锁扣与电磁锁相扣行成车位锁,在使用充电功能的时候扫码打开电磁锁,将车位杆折叠至收纳槽内,达到了具备共享车位锁的效果。
2、该具备共享车位锁功能的充电桩装置,通过在充电桩本体的顶设置防水棚,并使防水棚大于充电桩本体,使充电桩在雨雪天气及夏天的时候,保护充电桩本体,达到了保护充电桩本体的效果。

充电桩本体1正面底部开设有收纳槽6,收纳槽6用于收纳车位杆,使用户在给车辆充电的时候车位杆不会挡事,且防止大风将车位杆吹开而损坏车辆,收纳槽6贯穿充电桩本体1的左右两侧,收纳槽6的底部离地面的距离为一般小型轿车挡板的高度,收纳槽6上下内壁的左右两侧均开设有轴孔,收纳槽6的内壁左侧活动连接有左侧车位杆7,收纳槽6的内壁右侧活动连接有右侧车位杆8,右侧车位杆8的内部为空心,且设置有电源导线,两个车位杆张开能行车一个车位空间,并通过折叠锁杆16配合,能有效的防止乱停车,左侧车位杆7和右侧车位杆8的正面与充电桩本体1的正面平行,左侧车位杆7和右侧车位杆8的总长度略短与收纳槽6的长度,左侧车位杆7和右侧车位杆8的正面相近处均开设有打开把手9,打开把手9能便于打开两侧的车位杆。
左侧车位杆7上下两侧左端均固定连接有连接轴10,左侧车位杆7的背面开设有折叠槽11,折叠槽11用于收纳折叠锁杆16,折叠槽11的右侧贯穿左侧车位杆7的右端,折叠槽11的左端达到连接轴10的右侧结束,左侧车位杆7的右端固定连接有锁扣固定环12,锁扣固定环12用于在车位杆折叠的时候与电磁锁17进行固定,防止大风等情况使车位杆撞击到车辆,折叠槽11内壁的右端固定连接有支撑轴13,支撑轴13的外表面活动连接有活动套环14,折叠槽11的内壁左侧固定连接有限位块15,限位块15用于支撑折叠锁杆16,防止折叠锁杆16在折叠的时候直接撞击到收纳槽6的内部而损坏装置,活动套环14的外表面固定连接有折叠锁杆16,折叠锁杆16用于和电磁锁17配合形成车位空间,防止车辆乱停,折叠锁杆16的内表面与限位块15的背面搭接,折叠锁杆16远离活动套环14的一端固定连接有折叠杆锁扣21,折叠杆锁扣21的外表面与折叠槽11的左端搭接,右侧车位杆8的左端设置有电磁锁17,电磁锁17为现有的扫码锁,电磁锁17的锁扣与锁扣固定环12和折叠杆锁扣21均适配,右侧车位杆8的上下两端右侧均设置有空心连接轴18,空心连接轴18能使充电桩本体1内的控制线与电磁锁17进行两节,空心连接轴18与右侧车位杆8内部互通,且延伸至充电桩本体1内部,充电桩本体1顶部固定连接有支撑杆19,支撑杆19上端固定连接有防水棚20。
在使用时,先在扫码区2进行扫码打开电磁锁17,然后将折叠锁杆16折叠至折叠槽11内部,并将左侧车位杆7和右侧车位杆8旋转至收纳槽6内壁,通过锁扣固定环12与电磁锁17进行固定,然后取下充电线4进行充电,当充电完成后,再次扫码打开电磁锁17并展开左侧车位杆7和右侧车位杆8,随后将折叠锁杆16与电磁锁17进行锁死,同时充电桩结束充电计费。
