The medicinal liquor consists of traditional Chinese medicines and corn wine, wherein the traditional Chinese medicines comprise the following raw materials: 20g of nux vomica, 25g of acutangular anisodus root, 20g of common monkshood mother root, 25g of kusnezoff monkshood root, 20g of paris polyphylla, 25g of acanthopanax root, 20g of sanbaibang, 25g of manchurian wildginger, 20g of black bean, 25g of gamboge, 20g of kidney bean, 25g of common potherb mustard, 20g of snakegourd fruit, 25g of tabasheer and 4900g of corn wine.
The preparation method of the medicinal liquor comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight of the raw materials for later use;
(2) cleaning the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, slicing, drying in the sun for later use, soaking the dried traditional Chinese medicine into corn wine for 20 days, and filtering to obtain the medicinal liquor.

(2) cleaning the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, slicing, drying in the sun for standby, extracting the dried nux vomica, acanthopanax and gamboge in 90% ethanol for 3 times, wherein the extraction time is 60min each time to obtain extraction paste, crushing, adding the extraction paste into the white spirit for continuous soaking, soaking the rest dried traditional Chinese medicine into corn wine for 20 days, and filtering to obtain the medicinal liquor.

The preparation method of the medicinal liquor comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight of the raw materials for later use;
(2) cleaning the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, slicing, drying in the sun for standby, extracting the dried nux vomica, acanthopanax and gamboge in 90% ethanol for 4 times, wherein the extraction time is 70min each time to obtain extraction paste, crushing, adding the extraction paste into the white spirit for continuous soaking, soaking the rest dried traditional Chinese medicine into the sorghum spirit for 25 days, and filtering to obtain the medicinal liquor.

The preparation method of the medicinal liquor comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight of the raw materials for later use;
(2) cleaning the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, slicing, drying in the sun for standby, extracting the dried nux vomica, acanthopanax and gamboge in 90% ethanol for 5 times, wherein the extraction time is 80min each time to obtain extraction paste, crushing, adding the extraction paste into the white spirit for continuous soaking, soaking the rest dried traditional Chinese medicine into the sorghum spirit for 30 days, and filtering to obtain the medicinal liquor.
Test example 1
200 cases of rheumatoid patients were randomly divided into 4 groups of 50 persons, and the medicated liquors prepared in examples 1 to 4 were orally administered, once in the morning and at night, once by 20ml, continuously for two weeks, and the symptoms were observed, and the results are shown in Table 1.
The effect is shown: the symptoms are obviously relieved, the joints basically have no pain, and the pressing has no pain;
the effect is as follows: the symptoms are relieved, and the joint is slightly painful when pressed;
and (4) invalidation: the symptoms are not obviously improved.

As can be seen from the above table, the examples 2-4 are more effective, which shows that the efficacy of the composition can be significantly improved by extracting nux vomica, acanthopanax and gamboge.
