阻尼元件80由弹性材料制成,诸如由橡胶热塑性弹性体(TPE)(特别是热塑性聚氨酯(TPU))、可熔融加工的弹性体(MPE)或弹性体多孔泡沫。
有利地,阻尼元件80包覆成型到下盖30上。
根据本发明,下盖30的径向体32包括在径向上向外延伸的盖凸缘34。更确切地,盖凸缘34是径向体32的朝向装置10外部的径向延伸部。在图1的实施方式中,盖凸缘34相对于径向体32具有减小的轴向厚度。在图1至图3中示出的实施方式中,盖凸缘34是环形的。作为一种选择,凸缘可以延伸小于360°。根据未示出的另一实施方式,径向体32可以包括在周向上间隔开的多个凸缘。
所述径向盖凸缘34嵌入在阻尼元件80内。更确切地,下盖30的盖凸缘34在上侧和下侧在轴向上被阻尼装置80的径向部分82的材料覆盖。所述盖凸缘34的自由端也被阻尼装置80的径向部分82的材料覆盖。
由于本发明,阻尼元件80的径向部分82通过所述盖凸缘34在轴向上保持到下盖30。盖凸缘34形成机械保持部件,并防止阻尼部件的径向部分82与下盖30的径向体32的任何分离。
本发明的另一优点是,下盖30的盖凸缘34形成用于径向部分82的外端的加强部件。由此,导向件(deflector)34变得更加刚性。
根据图2和图3中示出的本发明的有利实施方式,下盖30的盖凸缘34包括多个轴向通孔35。通孔35设置为在轴向上穿过盖凸缘34的厚度,并且在周向上等距地分布。作为一种选择,孔可以不均匀地分布。作为一种选择,盖凸缘34可以包括仅一个通孔。
阻尼元件80具有延伸穿过所述孔35的部分84,由此连接径向部分82的嵌入有盖凸缘34的上部和下部。由于该实施方式,阻尼元件80与下盖30的保持得到改善。

Claims (10)

1.一种悬架推力轴承装置(10),用于与车辆的汽车悬架支柱中的悬架弹簧(3)一起使用,所述悬架推力轴承装置(10)包括:
-轴承,具有相对旋转的上环形轴承构件(20、41)和下环形轴承构件(30、42),以及
-阻尼元件(80),由弹性材料制成并且介于所述下环形轴承构件(30)与所述悬架弹簧(3)之间,
其特征在于,所述下环形轴承构件(30)包括在径向上向外延伸的凸缘(34),所述凸缘(34)嵌入在所述阻尼元件(80)内,
所述轴承具有第二圈(42),所述第二圈(42)固定于下盖(30)使得形成所述悬架推力轴承(10)的下环形轴承构件,所述下盖(30)的与所述第二圈(42)接触的表面未设置有所述阻尼元件(80)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬架推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述轴承(40)还具有第一圈(41),所述第一圈(41)固定于上盖(20)使得形成所述悬架推力轴承(10)的上环形轴承构件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的悬架推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述下盖(30)包括径向体(32),所述凸缘(34)从所述径向体(32)的外侧沿径向向外延伸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的悬架推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述下盖(30)包括轴向毂(31),所述轴向毂(31)从所述径向体(32)的内侧沿轴向向下延伸。
5.根据权利要求2至4中的任一项所述的悬架推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述轴承(40)是滚动轴承,所述第一圈(41)和所述第二圈(42)在它们之间限定有环形滚动室,并且至少一列滚动元件(43)布置在所述滚动室内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的悬架推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述滚动元件(43)为球。
7.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的悬架推力轴承装置,其特征在于,在径向上向外延伸的凸缘(34)包括至少一个轴向通孔(35),所述阻尼元件(80)具有穿过所述孔(35)的部分(84)。
8.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的悬架推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述阻尼元件(80)直接成型在所述下环形轴承构件(30、42)上。
9.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的悬架推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述阻尼元件(80)包括向外且大体在径向上延伸的至少一个导向凸缘(83),用于减少任何水和其他污染物进入所述上环形轴承构件(20、41)与所述下环形轴承构件(30、42)之间。
10.一种机动车辆悬架支柱(1),包括阻尼器杆(2)、悬架弹簧(3)以及根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的悬架推力轴承装置(10)。
