Claims (9)

1.一种悬架止推轴承(1),用于与车辆的汽车悬架支柱中的悬架弹簧(2)一起使用,所述悬架止推轴承(1)包括轴承,所述轴承具有相对旋转的上环形支承构件(3、50)和下环形支承构件(4、51),并且所述轴承具有相应地设置为彼此相对布置的上支承表面和下支承表面,所述下支承表面具有成形为在轴向上接纳所述悬架弹簧(2)的上端的轮廓,并且所述上支承表面成形为在轴向上被附接到所述车辆的车身的支撑块接纳,
其特征在于,所述悬架止推轴承(1)还包括上隔离件(9),所述上隔离件(9)由弹性材料制成并且固定到所述上支承表面,使得所述上隔离件(9)装配在所述上环形支承构件(3、50)与支撑块之间,
所述轴承包括外圈,其固定到下盖,以形成所述悬架止推轴承的下环形支承构件,所述下盖包括向外突出的径向凸缘,所述向外突出的径向凸缘由位于其中的加强插入件支撑,所述下盖形成被定位成相对于所述加强插入件径向向内的内孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬架止推轴承,其特征在于,所述悬架止推轴承(1)包括轴承(5),所述轴承(5)具有:内圈(50),其固定到上盖(3),使得形成所述悬架止推轴承(1)的上环形支承构件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的悬架止推轴承,其特征在于,所述上环形支承构件(3)包括具有所述上支承表面的在径向上延伸的凸缘(30)和具有孔(33)的在轴向上延伸的毂(31),所述上隔离件(9)包括固定到所述上支承表面的径向部分(90)和固定到所述孔(33)的轴向部分(91)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的悬架止推轴承,其特征在于,所述悬架止推轴承还包括下隔离件(8),所述下隔离件(8)由弹性材料制成并且固定到所述下支承表面,使得所述下隔离件(8)装配在所述下环形支承构件(4)与悬架弹簧(2)之间。
5.一种悬架止推轴承(1),用于与车辆的汽车悬架支柱中的悬架弹簧(2)一起使用,所述悬架止推轴承(1)包括轴承,所述轴承具有相对旋转的上环形支承构件(3、50)和下环形支承构件(4、51),并且所述轴承具有相应地设置为彼此相对布置的上支承表面和下支承表面,所述下支承表面具有成形为在轴向上接纳所述悬架弹簧(2)的上端的轮廓,并且所述上支承表面成形为在轴向上被附接到所述车辆的车身的支撑块接纳,
其特征在于,所述悬架止推轴承(1)还包括上隔离件(9),所述上隔离件(9)由弹性材料制成并且固定到所述上支承表面,使得所述上隔离件(9)装配在所述上环形支承构件(3、50)与支撑块之间,所述上环形支承构件(3)具有机械保持特征(35、36),所述上隔离件(9)具有与所述机械保持特征(35、36)配合以将所述上隔离件(9)保持就位的互补保持特征(92、93)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的悬架止推轴承,其特征在于,所述机械保持特征包括位于所述上环形支承构件(3)中的一个或多个槽(35)。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的悬架止推轴承,其特征在于,所述机械保持特征包括穿过所述上环形支承构件(3)设置的一个或多个孔(36)。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的悬架止推轴承,其特征在于,所述机械保持特征(36)设置于所述上支承表面。
9.根据权利要求5或6所述的悬架止推轴承,其特征在于,所述机械保持特征设置在所述上环形支承构件(3)的孔(33)中。
