According to the embodiment of the invention, the method is to mix the water-decocted extract of the wild chrysanthemum, the glossy privet fruit, the cassia seed, the pipewort, the mulberry leaf and the dandelion with the borneol fine powder, the pearl powder, the menthol and the pharmaceutical excipients to prepare the eyesight-improving and eye-protecting composition. (4) mixing the mixed solution obtained in the step (2) with the water phase obtained in the step (3) to obtain water phase mixed solution;
(5) heating and melting 60g of glyceryl monostearate, 40g of cetyl alcohol, 40g of light liquid paraffin and 300g of medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride (GTCC) at 80 ℃ to obtain an oil phase;
(6) dissolving 5g of menthol in the oil phase obtained in the step (5) to obtain oil phase mixed solution;
(7) mixing the water phase mixed solution and the oil phase mixed solution, and emulsifying, wherein the emulsifying is to stir at the temperature of 90 ℃ and the rotating speed of 6000r/min for 20 minutes, continue stirring and cooling to about 40 ℃, and finally obtain the eyesight-improving and eye-protecting composition.

(1) mixing the wild chrysanthemum, the glossy privet fruit, the cassia seed, the pipewort, the mulberry leaf and the dandelion, and then decocting and extracting the mixture by water to obtain an extracting solution;
(2) mixing the borneol fine powder and the pearl powder with the extracting solution in the step (1) to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) heating and melting glycerol, propylene glycol, polyoxyl (40) stearate and potassium sorbate to obtain a water phase;
(4) mixing the mixed solution obtained in the step (2) with the water phase obtained in the step (3) to obtain water phase mixed solution;
(5) heating and melting glyceryl monostearate, cetyl alcohol, light liquid paraffin and medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride to obtain oil phase;
(6) mixing the menthol with the oil phase obtained in the step (5) so as to obtain an oil phase mixed solution;
(7) and mixing and emulsifying the water phase mixed solution and the oil phase mixed solution to obtain the eyesight improving and eye protecting composition.
5. The eyesight improving and eye protecting composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the eyesight improving and eye protecting composition is an external preparation;
optionally, the external preparation is an ointment, a cream, a gel or a patch;
preferably, the external preparation is a cream.
6. Use of the eyesight improving eye care composition of any one of claims 1-5 in eyesight improving eye protection for adults.

A method for preparing the eyesight improving and eye protecting composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the composition is prepared by mixing water-decocted extracts of wild chrysanthemum flower, glossy privet fruit, cassia seed, pipewort, mulberry leaf and dandelion with fine borneol powder, pearl powder, menthol and pharmaceutic adjuvants.
8. The method of claim 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing the wild chrysanthemum, the glossy privet fruit, the cassia seed, the pipewort, the mulberry leaf and the dandelion, and then decocting and extracting the mixture by water to obtain an extracting solution;
(2) mixing the borneol fine powder, the pearl powder and the extracting solution in the step (1) to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) heating and melting glycerol, propylene glycol, polyoxyl (40) stearate and potassium sorbate to obtain a water phase;
(4) mixing the mixed solution obtained in the step (2) with the water phase obtained in the step (3) to obtain water phase mixed solution;
(5) heating and melting glyceryl monostearate, cetyl alcohol, light liquid paraffin and medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride to obtain oil phase;
(6) mixing the menthol with the oil phase obtained in the step (5) so as to obtain an oil phase mixed solution;
(7) and mixing and emulsifying the water phase mixed solution and the oil phase mixed solution to obtain the eyesight improving and eye protecting composition.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein in step (1), the wild chrysanthemum flower, the glossy privet fruit, the cassia seed, the pipewort, the mulberry leaf and the dandelion are mixed and then decocted and extracted twice by adding water, the decoction is sequentially filtered, concentrated and centrifuged to obtain the extracting solution, the extracting time is 0.5-1.5 hours each time,
