An anti-inflammatory acne-removing cosmetic composition is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6.2 parts of an antioxidant, 18 parts of an anti-inflammatory agent, 8 parts of a humectant, 87 parts of deionized water, 25 parts of lavender essential oil, 10 parts of water-soluble silicon trioxide and 3.5 parts of a pH regulator; wherein the antioxidant consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of flavonoid, 2.2 parts of vitamin C extract and 2.2 parts of vitamin E extract; the anti-inflammatory agent is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of aloe essence, 3 parts of cornflower essence, 3 parts of tea tree oil essence, 3 parts of geranium essence and 1.7 parts of hamamelis essence.
20 volunteers with face having acne and inflammation and red swelling, aged 30-50 years and half of male and female, were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups of 5 male and 5 female. The anti-inflammatory and acne-removing cosmetic composition prepared in the embodiment is wiped by volunteers for 1 time and 15min every day, the composition is tested once a week for 4 weeks continuously, and the composition cannot be replaced or used together with other similar products during the test.
The volunteers were tested with MPA580 skin elasticity tester and VISIA full face analyzer, respectively, and the volume and area of pox on the face of the volunteer and the face detumescence of the volunteer were observed, and the obtained test results are shown in Table 1.

The anti-inflammatory acne-removing cosmetic composition disclosed by the invention can effectively eliminate the redness and swelling condition on the surface of the human skin and balance the sebum secretion on the surface of the human skin, so that the skin can be fuller after being repaired, the residue of acne marks is reduced, and the conditions of looseness and pore blockage on the surface of the skin are avoided.

As an embodiment of the invention, the inner side wall of the wiping cloth 2 is provided with a spiral groove 24, so that the end part of the spiral groove 24 close to the groove 21 is communicated with the groove 21, and the depth of the spiral groove 24 is reduced along with the increase of the distance from the groove 21; the absorption effect of the skin on the anti-inflammatory and anti-acne cosmetic composition is accelerated by the matching of the grooves 21 and the spiral grooves 24; in use, when a person desires to use the composition, the label 132 is simply torn, the seal 13 no longer seals the circular opening 12, when the seal 13 is fully opened, the wipes 2 are removed from the circular opening 12 by lifting the handle 22, after the wiping towel 2 is taken out of the aluminum foil packaging bag 1, the wiping towel 2 which is originally in a folded state is unfolded under the action of the elasticity of the wiping towel, at the moment, people drive the wiping towel 2 to wipe the skin on the surface of people by taking the lifting handle 22, people can drive the wiping towel 2 to rotationally wipe the skin surface by the lifting handle 22 during wiping, during the rotation of the wipe 2, the composition flows from the groove 21 along the spiral groove 24, thereby accelerating the distribution of the composition on the skin surface, the composition can be uniformly distributed on the surface of the skin, so that the acne-removing and inflammation-diminishing effect on the whole skin is ensured.
