Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a makeup removing cream and a preparation method thereof. The invention relates to makeup removing cream which mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-45 parts of surfactant, 5-15 parts of film forming agent, 24-58 parts of emulsifier, 23.7-48 parts of humectant, 20-40 parts of solvent, 0.5-2 parts of antistatic agent, 0.5-2 parts of cutin softener, 0.5-2 parts of cutin conditioner and 1-4 parts of preservative; the keratolytic agent comprises mucor miehei extract. The makeup removing cream disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of sufficient emulsification, easiness in washing clean with clear water, high brightening oil speed, good heat resistance, capability of providing film-forming protection for skin after makeup removing and cleaning, capability of intelligently and mildly removing cutin on the surface of the skin, smoothness and transparency of the skin and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a makeup removing cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of cosmetic technology, cosmetics play an increasingly important role in daily life of people, people need to remove makeup on the face after makeup or before sleeping, the existing makeup removing products mainly take makeup removing oil and makeup removing water which are liquid, flow down along the face due to gravity when in use and need to use other auxiliary makeup removing tools such as makeup cotton and the like, and the makeup removing products are extremely inconvenient to use and cannot be carried on an airplane when in travel. Therefore, it is very important to develop a makeup removing product which is simple to use and convenient to carry.
The makeup removing cream is grease added with an emulsifier, can be combined with oil stain makeup on the face, and is emulsified and washed by adding clear water to remove dirt on the face. The makeup removing cream is solid at room temperature, does not need to be assisted by other auxiliary tools such as cosmetic cotton and the like during makeup removal, is used for drying hands and faces and directly removing makeup, is very convenient to use, can be directly taken on an airplane during travel, and is clean and convenient.
In the prior art, the makeup removing cream has the following defects:
(1) the existing makeup removing cream has the problems of insufficient emulsification, easy residue and blockage of skin pores: the main components of the makeup removing cream are grease, and the condition that residual grease is attached to the surface of the skin due to insufficient emulsification can occur after the existing makeup removing cream on the market is emulsified by water, so that a large amount of cleaning products such as face cleanser are needed to be used for secondary cleaning of the facial skin after makeup removal, the protective grease on the surface of the skin can be taken away by the secondary cleaning, the barrier function of the skin is reduced, and the skin becomes dry and fragile;
(2) the existing makeup removing cream has the problem of poor heat resistance: after the common makeup removing cream is placed at room temperature (about 20-30 ℃) for a period of time, the phenomenon of oil dissolving (melting) is easy to occur, so that the makeup removing cream is soft in appearance, not formed, not attractive, not easy to take and waste;
(3) the existing makeup removing cream has poor oil removing capability: the makeup removing cream is a solid makeup removing product, and the makeup removing experience and the makeup removing effect are greatly influenced if the skin is not oiled enough;
(4) the existing makeup removing cream has unstable and non-strict process, so that hardened fat particles easily appear in cream in the production process of the makeup removing cream, and the skin feel and the makeup removing effect are influenced;
(5) the existing makeup removing cream is not thorough in makeup removal and not strong enough in cleaning power: the grease of the makeup removing cream usually only stays in the horny layer, dirt and color makeup on the surface of the skin are removed, the grease and the dirt in pores are difficult to permeate into the pores, and deep cleaning is difficult to achieve;
(6) the existing makeup removing cream is not mild enough: the selection of the grease type of the makeup removing cream is important, and the grease product is directly applied to the skin and easily causes irritation to the skin, and causes the phenomena of redness, fever, allergy and the like.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The makeup removing cream has the characteristics of full emulsification, easy washing by clear water, quick brightening and oil removal, good heat resistance, film formation protection for skin after makeup removing and cleaning, intelligent and mild removal of cutin on the surface of the skin, smoothness and transparency of the skin and the like.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide the preparation method of the makeup removing cream, the method is simple and easy to implement, and the obtained makeup removing cream has excellent makeup removing effect.

(c) adding isohexadecane, squalane, jojoba seed oil, wheat germ oil and tocopherol acetate into the cooled mixed solution in the step (b), and uniformly stirring;
(d) adding chitosamine HCl, Mucor miehei extract, urea, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, 1, 2-hexanediol, essence and acid blue 9 into the mixed solution obtained in the step (c), stirring uniformly, and cooling.
Preferably, in the step (a), the heating temperature is 90-96 ℃;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Preferably, the makeup removing cream further comprises 0.0001-0.0003 part by weight of a coloring agent.
The obtained makeup removing cream has more colors and more beautiful appearance by adding the colorant.
Preferably, the colorant comprises acid blue 9.
The invention selects the acid blue 9 as the coloring agent, has bright color and good level-dyeing property, and is safe and nontoxic.
Preferably, the makeup removing cream further comprises 0.2-1 part by weight of essence.
The essence mainly has the function of endowing the product with fragrance, and has aesthetic value. In addition, the human odor sense organ receives the odor of the essence, and the sense organ is closely related to the part of the brain responsible for emotion, so that the essence has great influence on human emotion and can be pleasant.
Preferably, the surfactant comprises PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate and/or polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether.
The makeup removing cream disclosed by the invention can better play roles in emulsification, dispersion, solubilization, foaming, cleaning, lubrication, softening and the like by adding a proper amount of specific surfactant.
Preferably, the emulsifier comprises at least one of ethylhexyl palmitate, cetearyl cornstalk glycosides, synthetic waxes and cetearyl alcohol.
By adding a proper amount of specific emulsifier, the oil can be quickly dissolved and spread in the using process, so that the skin can be nourished while good skin feeling is brought to a user, and the situations of unsmooth feeling, no spreading, dry skin and the like in the smearing process are avoided.
Preferably, the humectant comprises at least one of squalane, jojoba seed oil, wheat germ oil, tocopherol acetate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and 1, 2-hexanediol;

The growth and reproduction of microorganisms in the makeup removing cream can be better inhibited by adding a proper amount of specific preservative.

According to the invention, through a specific raw material feeding sequence, the obtained makeup removing cream has more excellent makeup removing capability, is fully emulsified, is easy to clean by using clear water, cannot cause residues on skin, block pores, is quickly oiled, can be quickly oiled at the body skin temperature after contacting the skin, is uniformly spread on the face, has good heat resistance, can provide film-forming protection for the skin after makeup removing and cleaning, intelligently and mildly removes cutin on the skin surface, enables the skin to be smooth and bright, and has more remarkable makeup removing effect.

20 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 8 parts of cetearyl wheat straw glycoside, 1 part of synthetic wax, 5 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 5 parts of polyethylene, 30 parts of PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate, 5 parts of polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether, 30 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.2 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 40 parts of isohexadecane, 1 part of jojoba seed oil, 5 parts of wheat germ oil, 0.5 part of tocopherol acetate, 5 parts of squalane, 0.5 part of chitosamine HCl, 2 parts of Mucor miehei extract, 0.5 part of urea, 2 parts of sodium citrate, 0.5 part of potassium sorbate, 1 part of essence and 90.0001 parts of acid blue.
The preparation method of the makeup removing cream comprises the following steps:
(a) mixing ethylhexyl palmitate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, polyethylene, cetearyl alcohol wheat straw glycoside, synthetic wax, and cetearyl alcohol, stirring, and heating to 95 deg.C;
(b) adding PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate and polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether into the mixed solution obtained in the step (a), and cooling to 75 ℃;
(c) adding isohexadecane, squalane, jojoba seed oil, wheat germ oil and tocopherol acetate into the cooled mixed solution in the step (b), and stirring;
(d) adding chitosamine HCl, Mucor miehei extract, urea, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, 1, 2-hexanediol, essence and acid blue 9 into the mixed solution obtained in the step (c), stirring, cooling to 70 ℃, and stopping cooling;
(e) when the temperature of the material body in the emulsifying pot is maintained to be 65-70 ℃, the makeup removing cream body is filled, and the makeup removing cream packaging material needs to be made of high-temperature-resistant materials, preferably glass bottles.
Example 2
The makeup removing cream mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight:
40 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 2 parts of cetearyl wheat straw glycoside, 5 parts of synthetic wax, 1 part of cetearyl alcohol, 15 parts of polyethylene, 10 parts of PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate, 15 parts of polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether, 10 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 20 parts of isohexadecane, 5 parts of jojoba seed oil, 1 part of wheat germ oil, 2 parts of tocopherol acetate, 1 part of squalane, 2 parts of chitosamine HCl, 0.5 part of Mucor miehei extract, 2 parts of urea, 0.5 part of sodium citrate, 2 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.2 part of essence and 90.0003 parts of acidic blue.
The makeup remover was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
Example 3
The makeup removing cream mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 5 parts of cetearyl wheat straw glycoside, 3 parts of synthetic wax, 3 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 10 parts of polyethylene, 20 parts of PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate, 10 parts of polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether, 20 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.6 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 30 parts of isohexadecane, 3 parts of jojoba seed oil, 3 parts of wheat germ oil, 1 part of tocopherol acetate, 3 parts of squalane, 1 part of chitosamine HCl, 1 part of Mucor miehei extract, 1 part of urea, 1 part of sodium citrate, 1 part of potassium sorbate, 0.5 part of essence and 90.0002 parts of acid blue.
The makeup remover was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
Examples of the experiments
First, stability performance detection
The makeup remover of the invention, the Yashilandai makeup remover (comparative example 1) and the Babbylan makeup remover (comparative example 2) are subjected to heat resistance test and cold resistance stability test experiments, and the experimental data are shown in Table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, after the Yashilandai makeup remover and the Yanielan makeup remover are placed in an environment of 45 ℃ for 48 hours, the cream bodies are melted and softened, and the makeup remover obtained by a specific raw material method is placed in an environment of 50 ℃ for 3 months, so that the cream bodies still maintain the original state, the phenomenon of melting and softening or oil yielding does not occur, and the heat resistance is excellent. The makeup removing pastes prepared in the examples 1 and 2 also have better heat resistance, and the effect of the example 3 is better.
Second, makeup removing capability detection of makeup removing cream
Carrying out a makeup removing capability test comparison experiment on the makeup removing cream disclosed by the invention, and a makeup removing cream for yashilandai, a barbieland makeup removing cream and a Dior makeup removing cream, wherein the effect is shown in attached drawings 1-4, and FIG. 1 is a makeup removing capability effect diagram of the makeup removing cream in embodiment 3 of the invention; FIG. 2 is a makeup removing ability effect diagram of the Yashilandai makeup removing cream; FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the effect of the cleansing power of the Barbieland cleansing cream; FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the effect of the make-up removing ability of the Dior make-up removing cream.
The specific detection method comprises the following steps: (1) the anti-color-losing lipstick, the common lipstick, the waterproof eyeliner and the waterproof mascara are coated on the inner side of the arm. Namely, fig. 1 (a1), fig. 2 (a2), fig. 3 (a3), fig. 4 (a4), which are sequentially applied with "anti-run-off lipstick", "normal lipstick", "waterproof eyeliner", and "waterproof mascara", from left to right; (2) taking 0.5g of makeup removing cream, performing looping massage on the part with makeup applied on the arm for 10 times, and fully contacting and fusing the makeup removing cream and the makeup, namely shown in figure 1 (b1), figure 2 (b2), figure 3 (b3) and figure 4 (b 4); (3) after washing with water, the cosmetic was wiped dry and recorded by photographing as shown in FIG. 1 (c1), FIG. 2 (c2), FIG. 3 (c3) and FIG. 4 (c 4).
As can be seen from the attached drawings 1-4, under the same test conditions, the makeup removing capability of the makeup removing cream is sorted from large to small: the makeup removing cream is the guaianlan makeup removing cream, the yashilandai makeup removing cream and the Dior makeup removing cream.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The makeup removing cream is characterized by mainly comprising the following components in parts by weight:
15-45 parts of surfactant, 5-15 parts of film forming agent, 24-58 parts of emulsifier, 23.7-48 parts of humectant, 20-40 parts of solvent, 0.5-2 parts of antistatic agent, 0.5-2 parts of cutin softener, 0.5-2 parts of cutin conditioner and 1-4 parts of preservative;
the keratolytic agent comprises mucor miehei extract.
2. The makeup removing cream according to claim 1, characterized in that the makeup removing cream further comprises 0.0001 to 0.0003 parts by weight of a coloring agent;
preferably, the colorant comprises acid blue 9.
3. The makeup removing cream according to claim 1, further comprising 0.2-1 part by weight of essence.
4. The makeup removing cream according to claim 1, characterized in that said surfactant comprises PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate and/or polyoxyethylene cetylstearyl diether.
5. The makeup remover cream of claim 1, wherein said emulsifier comprises at least one of ethylhexyl palmitate, cetearyl cornstalk glycosides, synthetic waxes, and cetearyl alcohol.
6. The makeup removing paste according to claim 1, wherein the humectant comprises at least one of squalane, jojoba seed oil, wheat germ oil, tocopherol acetate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and 1, 2-hexanediol;
preferably, the film former comprises polyethylene;
preferably, the solvent comprises isohexadecane;
preferably, the antistatic agent comprises chitosamine HCl;
preferably, the keratolytic agent comprises urea;
preferably, the preservative comprises sodium citrate and/or potassium sorbate.
7. The makeup removing cream according to claim 1, which is mainly composed of the following components in parts by weight:
20-40 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 2-8 parts of cetearyl alcohol wheat straw glycoside, 1-5 parts of synthetic wax, 1-5 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 5-15 parts of polyethylene, 10-30 parts of PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate, 5-15 parts of polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether, 10-30 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.2-1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 20-40 parts of isohexadecane, 1-5 parts of jojoba seed oil, 1-5 parts of wheat germ oil, 0.5-2 parts of tocopherol acetate, 1-5 parts of squalane, 0.5-2 parts of chitosamine HCl, 0.5-2 parts of mucor miehei extract, 0.5-2 parts of urea, 0.5-2 parts of sodium citrate, 0.5-2 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.2-1 part of essence and 90.0001-0.0003 parts of acid blue.
8. The method for preparing the makeup removing cream according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of:
and uniformly mixing all the components of the makeup removing cream.
9. The method for preparing the makeup removing cream according to claim 8, comprising the steps of:
(a) stirring and uniformly mixing ethylhexyl palmitate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, polyethylene, cetostearyl alcohol wheat straw glycoside, synthetic wax and cetostearyl alcohol under the heating condition;
(b) adding PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate and polyoxyethylene cetyl stearyl diether to the mixture obtained in step (a), and cooling;
(c) adding isohexadecane, squalane, jojoba seed oil, wheat germ oil and tocopherol acetate into the mixture cooled in the step (b), and uniformly stirring;
(d) adding chitosamine HCl, Mucor miehei extract, urea, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, 1, 2-hexanediol, essence and acid blue 9 into the mixture obtained in the step (c), stirring uniformly, and cooling.
10. The method for preparing the makeup removing cream according to claim 9, wherein in the step (a), the heating temperature is 90 to 96 ℃;
preferably, in the step (b), the temperature is reduced to 73-76 ℃;
preferably, in the step (d), the temperature is reduced to 65-70 ℃.
