Abstract

Description

含溶剂和空心颗粒的胶凝化妆 和/或皮肤用组合物及其用途
本发明涉及富含有机溶剂并含空心颗粒的化妆和/或皮肤用组合物。该组合物为白色或有色凝胶状，可用其特别保护和/或处理面部或人体皮肤，包括头皮。
本发明还涉及应用该组合物对皮肤进行化妆处理，尤其是用于防治和/或控制皮肤的色素淀积或用于控制或调节油性皮肤(la peaugrasse)和/或体重过重。
本发明还涉及应用该组合物制备旨在对皮肤进行处理以冶疗皮肤病的药膏或油膏以及对皮肤进行化妆处理的方法。
常用于化妆和/或皮肤用品领域的组合物为油包水(E/H)乳剂，水包油(H/E)乳剂或水凝胶，其中常常难于，甚至的确不可能加入用于进行各种处理如用于控制老化或衰老，痤疮或粉刺，体重过重或促进血液循环等的某些活性剂如曲酸，咖啡酸，水杨酸及其衍生物，滤光剂，减肥剂，抗自由基剂，维生素或驱虫剂。
一般来说，这些活性剂有再结晶或重结晶或降解的倾向。结果是依据再结晶和/或降解程度而使这些组合物出现或多或少明显的效率损失，而这是不利于达到要求目的的。另外，该再结晶或降解可能改变这类组合物的总体稳定性及其外观，这又使这类组合物的用户不能达到特定的处理目的。而且，为了将这些活性剂溶于某一组合物，通常要求将组合物加热，这会给热敏活性剂如维生素，某些植物提取物或某些蛋白质带来很大的麻烦。
对于稳定的E/H或H/E乳剂(水相和油相不分离)而言，必须应用乳化剂(或表面活性剂)。不幸的是，这些表面活性剂通常会刺激皮肤。此外，这些乳剂常应用或涂抹时缺乏清新或凉爽的感觉，这对其于每年的天热季节期间或热带国家的应用不利。在这些应用条件下更倾向于使用水凝胶，但其过大的水量又不可能向其中引入这些活性剂。
因此，仍要求具有凝胶优越性的稳定组合物，该组合物可用于化妆和/或皮肤用品领域并且可使一般用于这些领域的活性剂达到足够的溶解度，从而达到最高的效率。
本发明目的就是提出含亲水介质和至少一种胶凝剂的化妆和/或皮肤用组合物，其特征在于其中包括空心颗粒并且该介质中以组合物总重量计含有至少20wt％(重量百分比)的有机溶剂和少于50wt％的水。
本发明组合物具有一定的稠度和/或稳定性，不会自由流动，即用手指取用时不会形成细流。另外，该组合物可呈白色或有色(存在染料)的油状光亮乳膏形态，其外观又是用户努力寻求的。
使用胶凝组合物可应用大量的溶剂，而这用E/H或H/E乳剂时就难于达到这一点：向乳剂中引入溶剂会破坏乳剂。
本发明组合物涂抹时具有极大柔滑性和极为舒适的优点。因此，存在颗粒时可向组合物中引入大量的脂肪物质，而又不会带来任何油腻和/或粘性的感觉。
与乳剂相比，该组合物中不含或几乎不含表面活性剂。而且，与制备胶凝的或乳化的组合物的常规方法相比，制备该组合物时不必加热。因此，这有利于其制备工艺并且可以应用对热敏感的活性剂如维生素或植物提取物。与加热得到的组合物相比，结果是效率提高了。
该组合物尤其适宜于将化妆和皮肤用品领域的活性剂溶解。因此，本发明组合物还含有至少一种活性剂，该活性剂尤其是选自除色素活性剂，角质溶解剂，减肥剂或抗炎剂，治疗粉刺的活性剂或旨在处理油性皮肤的活性剂。
作为可溶于该组合物的活性剂，例子可举出除色素剂或脱色剂或褪色剂如咖啡酸或氢醌，抗油性皮肤的活性剂如视黄酸及其衍生物，过氧化苯甲酰，康发素(octopirox)或角质溶解剂如水杨酸及其衍生物如5-(正辛酰基)水杨酸；抗炎剂如β-méthasone-17-戊酸酯，氢化可的松或β-甘草亭酸；抗生素如红霉素及其衍生物或氯林肯霉素及其衍生物；杀真菌剂如miconazole或氯苯甲氧咪唑；减肥剂如咖啡因，积雪草或亚细亚酸及其衍生物；刺激毛发再生长的活性剂如minoxidil；促进微循环的活性剂如假叶树；或凉爽或清新活性剂如醇和樟脑。
以组合物总重量计，亲水介质优选可含有不足30％的水。而且，根据所用胶凝剂和/或活性剂，该亲水介质的pH可在3-12之间变化。
可以得到目见外观保持均匀的组合物，其中活性剂不会再结晶或重结晶和/或不会降解，尤其是45℃下至少2个月内是如此。
胶凝剂选自天然或合成聚合物及聚合物乳剂。
这些聚合物为不饱和有机羧酸或不饱和酯的聚合物或共聚物；多糖衍生物，胶或聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮及其衍生物。
聚合胶凝剂例子可举出Goodrich公司以商名Carbopol销售的羧乙烯聚合物或共聚物，丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸硬脂基酯共聚物，Guardian公司以商名Lubrajel销售的聚(甲基丙烯酸甘油酯)或Hispano Chimica公司以商名Hispagel销售的聚(丙烯酸甘油酯)。
以E/H形式提供的胶凝剂例子可举出：
通式如专利申请EP-A-0,503,853所示的阴离子共聚物，
通式如Allied Colloids Limited公司的文献EP-0,395,282所示的阳离子其聚物，该聚合物例子可举出以商名Salcare SC 90，Salcare SC 91，Salcare SC 92或Salcare SC 95销售的产品，当然也可以使用Hoechst公司以商名Bozepol C Nouveau，PAS 5194或PAS 5193销售的产品。
这些胶凝剂以通常用来获得凝胶的量应用。例如，作为活性材料，以组合物总重量计，可用0.1-10wt％，优选1-8wt％，更优选3-6wt％的胶凝剂。

以组合物总重量计，亲水溶剂量为5-90wt％，优选20-70wt％，更优选为50-70wt％。这些亲水溶剂例子可举出1-8碳直链或支链低级一元醇如乙醇，丙醇，丁醇，异丙醇或异丁醇；含有6-80个环氧乙烷的聚乙二醇；多元醇如丙二醇，异戊二烯二醇，丁二醇，甘油或山梨糖醇；异山梨醇(isosorbide)的一或二个1-5碳烷基衍生物如二甲基山梨醇；二醇醚如二乙二醇单甲醚或单乙醚，及丙二醇醚如二丙二醇甲基醚。
以组合物总重量计，本发明组合物优选含有至少10wt％低级醇。
作为亲脂和亲水溶剂，例子可举出多元醇如异戊二烯二醇；聚丙二醇(PPG)衍生物如聚丙二醇和脂肪酸的酯或PPG与脂肪醇的醚如PPG-23油醚和PPG-36油酸酯。这些溶剂可与亲水溶剂并用，其浓度以组合物总重量计为0-50wt％，优选0-30wt％，更优选0-10wt％。

本发明颗粒的密度范围尤其可选为15-200kg/m3，优选不高于120kg/m3，如40-100kg/m3，更优选为60-80kg/m3。为了获得该低密度，优选可用膨胀的聚合物或共聚物颗粒，优选基于丙烯腈及丙烯酸类或苯乙烯类单体和/或偏氯乙烯或1，1-二氯乙烯。

本发明颗粒例如可按专利和专利申请EP-56,219，EP-348,372，EP-486,080，EP-320,473，EP-112,807及US-3,615,972所述方法得到。
这些颗粒的内部空隙原则上可含气体，并可为空气，氮气或烃如异丁烷或异戊烷。
本发明的颗粒尺寸或粒径范围优选为5-200μm，优选为10-100μm，更优选为10-50μm，最优选为10-30μm。

为了使本发明组合物使用时更为舒适(涂抹时更轻柔，更具营养或更光滑)，可加入可溶于或不溶于亲水介质，即水或溶剂的一或多种油。
可溶于水或水/醇介质中的油用量为组合物总重量的0-50wt％，优选0-30wt％，更优选1-15wt％。
可部分溶于本发明所用溶剂的油例如为cyclométhicones(环己-、环戊-或环丁-二甲基硅氧烷)，挥发性直链聚二甲基硅氧烷(含有2，3或4个硅氧烷官能团)或另外的苯基二甲基硅氧烷。
本发明所用可溶于水的油例如为水溶性聚硅氧烷如：

所用油也可含有一或多种化妆和/或治疗用亲脂活性剂，尤其是常用于制造和/或生产化妆和/或药物组合物的活性剂。这些活性剂例如为抗自由基剂，神经酰胺(N-脂酰基神经鞘氨醇)，滤光剂(尤其是滤紫外光的活性剂)如对甲氧基肉桂酸2-乙基己基酯，尤其是Givaudan公司以商名“Parsol MCX”销售的产品，或2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯(甲)酮，尤其是BASF公司以商名“Uvinul M40”销售的产品；驱虫剂如3-鲸蜡基乙基氨基丙酸正丁酯或N，N-二乙基辛酰胺；减肥剂如D，L-α-生育酚烟酸盐，人参(Panax ginseng)根的油状提取物，洋常春藤(Hedera helix)的油状提取物，山金车(Arnica montana L)干花的油状提取物，藻类(Fucus vesiculosus)的油状提取物。
本发明组合物中可用的亲脂活性剂的以上所列表并不是穷举。
根据所期望的用途，这些油也可含有一或多种亲脂配方添加剂如防腐剂，抗氧化剂或软化剂，增香油或甚至香料。
在该组合物中还可存在其它类型的添加剂如纤维素衍生物，例如羧甲基纤维素，羟甲基纤维素或羟乙基纤维素，均为Vevy Europe公司以商名Idroramnosan，Liporamnosan或Alcoramnosan销售，羟丙基纤维素，已以商名Veegum销售，及其衍生物，以及亲水添加剂如多元醇类(甘油或山梨糖醇)润肤剂。这类衍生物用量以组合物总重量计为0-5wt％，优选0.1-3Wt％，更优选0.5-2wt％，而多元醇用量最多可达10wt％，尤其是2-6wt％。
本发明还涉及局部化妆处理皮肤的方法，其中在皮肤，面部，头皮和/或人体上涂抹上述组合物。处理的类型取决于组合物中溶解的活性剂。
更具体地讲，本发明涉及防治和/或控制皮肤的色素淀积或控制油性皮肤和/或体重过重的方法，其中在皮肤上涂抹上述组合物，该组合物中含有至少一种除色素活性剂或控制色素淀积的活性剂，至少一种减肥活性剂或至少一种治疗或处理油性皮肤的活性剂。
本发明另一目的是提出用上述组合物处理面部和/或人体皮肤，尤其是防治和/或控制皮肤的色素淀积和/或控制或调节面部，头皮和/或人体部的油性皮肤并且防治和/或控制体重过重。
本发明再一目的是提出用上述组合物制备旨在对面部和/或人体部进行疾病冶疗处理的药膏或油膏。
以下实施例说明本发明，但这些说明并不限制本发明。下述实施例中构成组合物的各组分浓度以重量百分比给出。各些组合物按照下述方法得到。
将一或多种活性剂溶于所选的溶剂或溶剂混合物中(相A)后用共聚物(相C)于室温下经涡轮螺旋浆简单均化而实现胶凝。膨胀的空心微球在存在油时用软化油(相B)增稠。仍在室温下，采用相同的方式制成混合物。在没有软化油的情况下，膨胀的微球颗粒最后分撒并用叶片混入。该配方可呈流体形态并且不会自由流动，也可加以流动取制以使产品在其自身重力下不会流动。这些组合物具有均匀，光滑，亮丽，油状和柔软的乳膏外观。
在下述实施例中，所列用量以重量百分比表示。

※在实施例1和3中该胶凝剂对应于前面提到的专利申请EP-A-0,503,853中实施例1制得的产品，即以油包水乳剂形态提供的产品，其中含有大致40wt％的交联丙烯酰胺(60mol％)-AMPS钠盐(40mol％)-亚甲双丙烯酰胺(0.22mmol/mol)共聚物并且大致……的一定亲水/亲脂平衡(HLB)值的乙氧基化脂肪醇。

Claims (22)

1.含有亲水介质和至少一种凝胶剂的化妆和/或皮肤用组合物，其特征在于其中包括由膨胀的聚合物或共聚物制成的空心颗粒并且以组合物总重量计所述介质含有至少20wt％的亲水性有机溶剂和少于50wt％的水。
2.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于颗粒密度不大于120kg/m3。
3.权利要求1或2的组合物，其特征在于颗粒密度为40-100kg/m3。
4.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于颗粒密度为60-80kg/m3。
5.权利要求4的组合物，其特征在于颗粒粒径为5-200μm。
6.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于颗粒粒径为10-100μm。
7.权利要求6的组合物，其特征在于颗粒粒径为10-50μm。
8.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于所述颗粒由膨胀的(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯和/或丙烯腈和/或1，1-二氯乙烯的共聚物制成。
9.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于颗粒量占组合物总重量的0.01-10wt％。
10.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于以组合物总重量计亲水介质含有少于30wt％的水。
11.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于亲水介质含有至少一种选自一或多官能醇，任选氧乙烯化的聚乙二醇、丙二醇酯、山梨糖醇及其衍生物，异山梨醇的二烷基衍生物、二醇醚及丙二醇醚的有机溶剂。
12.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于溶剂占组合物总重量的20-70wt％。
13.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于作为活性物质的凝胶剂占组合物总重量的0.1-10wt％。
14.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于其中含有至少一种可溶于或不可溶于亲水介质的油。
15.权利要求14的组合物，其特征在于油占组合物总重量的0-50wt％。
16.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于其中含有至少一种化妆和/或皮肤用活性剂。
17.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于其中含有至少一种除色素或减肥活性剂或处理油性皮肤的活性剂。
18.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于其中还含有至少一种选自神经酰胺、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、软化剂或香料的添加剂。
19.权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于其中还含有至少一种选自咖啡酸、水杨酸及其衍生物、咖啡因、康发素及其混合物的活性剂。
20.权利要求1-19任一项的组合物在制备用于对面部、体部和/或头皮皮肤进行化妆处理的化妆品中的应用。
21.权利要求1-19任一项的组合物在制备用于防治和/或控制皮肤的色素沉淀或用于调节或控制油性皮肤和/和体重过重的化妆品中的应用。
22.权利要求1-19任一项的组合物用于制备旨在对面部和/或人体部进行处理而治疗疾病的药膏或油膏。
