本发明涉及天然气领域,尤其是涉及到一种天然气储存罐。
背景技术
天然气储存罐是用来储存天然气的物体,天然气的主要用途是作为燃料,在生活中是不可缺少的,在存储时通常将天然气压缩成液体状态进出储存。
目前现有的天然气储存罐,是将天然气进行压缩后再进行储存的,由于山区路面颠簸,导致在在运输过程中,储存罐内的天然气液体会摇晃,与储存罐内壁摩擦,在太阳的暴晒下使得储存罐的内部会发热,需要不断的对运输罐进行降温才能避免发生爆炸。
发明内容
针对现有的天然气储存罐,是将天然气进行压缩后再进行储存的,由于山区路面颠簸,导致在在运输过程中,储存罐内的天然气液体会摇晃,与储存罐内壁摩擦,在太阳的暴晒下使得储存罐的内部会发热,需要不断的对运输罐进行降温才能避免发生爆炸的不足,本发明提供一种天然气储存罐来解决上述技术问题。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种天然气储存罐,其结构包括储存筒、通气阀、固定块、底板,所述储存筒通过焊接连接于底板上方,所述通气阀安装在储存筒左侧,所述固定块通过焊接连接于储存筒顶部,所述储存筒包括支撑杆、浮板、隔离板、橡胶板、弹簧,所述支撑杆安装在储存筒内部,所述浮板嵌设于支撑杆外侧,所述隔离板两端通过焊接连接于储存筒内底部且安装在支撑杆底部,所述橡胶板嵌固于隔离板上表面,所述弹簧安装在隔离板底部与储存筒内底部,所述支撑杆有五根且贯穿浮板内部,并且隔离板两端为曲状。
更进一步的说,所述支撑杆包括限位筒、固定杆、滑槽,所述限位筒安装在支撑杆四周,所述固定杆嵌固于限位筒内部,所述滑槽嵌设于限位筒外表面,所述固定杆与固定块相连。
更进一步的说,所述浮板包括夹环、通孔、滑轮,所述夹环嵌固于浮板内部,所述通孔嵌设于夹环内侧,所述滑轮安装在通孔表面,所述通孔通过间隙连接于限位筒外表面且滑轮在滑槽上移动。
更进一步的说,所述夹环包括定位杆、卡栓,所述定位杆通过焊接连接于夹环内部,所述卡栓活动卡合连接于定位杆中段,所述卡栓有两块且位于滑轮两侧。
更进一步的说,所述通气阀包括盖子、转轴、阀盖,所述盖子安装在通气阀左侧,所述转轴间隙连接于盖子上方,所述阀盖安装在通气阀右侧,所述盖子为半球形,并且阀盖焊接在储存筒右端。
更进一步的说,所述阀盖包括拉紧簧、铰链、阀门、固定板,所述拉紧簧通过焊接连接阀盖与铰链,所述铰链右上壁紧贴盖子上内壁,所述阀门安装在阀盖中部,所述固定板焊接在阀盖底部,所述铰链绕转轴转动。
更进一步的说,所述固定板包括气压缸、压块、夹板、卡块,所述气压缸嵌设于固定板内部,所述压块间隙连接于固定板右侧,所述夹板通过焊接连接于气压缸一侧,所述卡块配合安装于夹板内侧,所述左侧卡块与盖子底部末端相焊接,且卡块末端为菱形,并且夹板末端截面为三角形。

本发明一种天然气储存罐与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1.本发明的有益效果在于:隔离板与固定块将支撑杆固定在储存筒内,此时浮板浮在液化天然气上方,在浮力作用下浮板的位置会跟随液化天然气的多少而改变,此时滑轮在滑槽上移动,使浮板始终水平置于液化天然气上表面,避免在运输过程中,液化天然气会摇晃与储存筒内壁摩擦,避免液化天然气受热燃爆。
2.本发明的有益效果在于:拉紧簧拉动铰链带动盖子绕转轴下转,从而将通气阀关闭,通过夹板将盖子末端的卡块夹紧,避免运输过程中盖子弹开,以免导致液化天然气泄漏。

本实施例的具体原理:在拉紧簧b1拉动铰链b2带动盖子21绕转轴22下转,使盖子21底部末端的卡块b44卡入夹板b43内侧,从而将通气阀2关闭,避免运输过程中液化天然气泄漏,当需要存取液化天然气时,按下压块b42挤压气压缸b41,使气压缸b41内的气压推动盖子21底部向外弹出,此时卡块b44脱离夹板b43,然后绕转轴22即可打开盖子21,通过阀门b3进行存取液化天然气。

Claims (2)
1.一种天然气储存罐,其结构包括储存筒(1)、通气阀(2)、固定块(3)、底板(4),所述储存筒(1)通过焊接连接于底板(4)上方,所述通气阀(2)安装在储存筒(1)左侧,所述固定块(3)通过焊接连接于储存筒(1)顶部,其特征在于:所述储存筒(1)包括支撑杆(11)、浮板(12)、隔离板(13)、橡胶板(14)、弹簧(15),所述支撑杆(11)安装在储存筒(1)内部,所述浮板(12)嵌设于支撑杆(11)外侧,所述隔离板(13)两端通过焊接连接于储存筒(1)内底部且安装在支撑杆(11)底部,所述橡胶板(14)嵌固于隔离板(13)上表面,所述弹簧(15)安装在隔离板(13)底部与储存筒(1)内底部;所述支撑杆(11)包括限位筒(111)、固定杆(112)、滑槽(113),所述限位筒(111)安装在支撑杆(11)四周,所述固定杆(112)嵌固于限位筒(111)内部,所述滑槽(113)嵌设于限位筒(111)外表面;所述浮板(12)包括夹环(121)、通孔(122)、滑轮(123),所述夹环(121)嵌固于浮板(12)内部,所述通孔(122)嵌设于夹环(121)内侧,所述滑轮(123)安装在通孔(122)表面;所述夹环(121)包括定位杆(a1)、卡栓(a2),所述定位杆(a1)通过焊接连接于夹环(121)内部,所述卡栓(a2)活动卡合连接于定位杆(a1)中段;所述通气阀(2)包括盖子(21)、转轴(22)、阀盖(23),所述盖子(21)安装在通气阀(2)左侧,所述转轴(22)间隙连接于盖子(21)上方,所述阀盖(23)安装在通气阀(2)右侧;所述阀盖(23)包括拉紧簧(b1)、铰链(b2)、阀门(b3)、固定板(b4),所述拉紧簧(b1)通过焊接连接阀盖(23)与铰链(b2),所述铰链(b2)右上壁紧贴盖子(21)上内壁,所述阀门(b3)安装在阀盖(23)中部,所述固定板(b4)焊接在阀盖(23)底部;所述固定板(b4)包括气压缸(b41)、压块(b42)、夹板(b43)、卡块(b44),所述气压缸(b41)嵌设于固定板(b4)内部,所述压块(b42)间隙连接于固定板(b4)右侧,所述夹板(b43)通过焊接连接于气压缸(b41)一侧,所述卡块(b44)配合安装于夹板(b43)内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然气储存罐,其特征在于:将储存筒(1)安装在底板(4)上,打开通气阀(2)往储存筒(1)装入液化天然气,弹簧(15)上的隔离板(13)与固定块(3)将支撑杆(11)安装在储存筒(1)内,支撑杆(11)表面的浮板(12)浮在液化天然气上方,跟随储存筒(1)内液化天然气的多少,浮板(12)的位置会改变,此时浮板(12)内部的滑轮(123)在支撑杆(11)的滑槽(113)上移动,使浮板(12)始终水平置于液化天然气上表面,避免在运输过程中,储存筒(1)内的液化天然气会摇晃与储存筒(1)内壁摩擦,避免液化天然气受热燃爆,在拉紧簧(b1)拉动铰链(b2)带动盖子(21)绕转轴(22)下转,使盖子(21)底部末端的卡块(b44)卡入夹板(b43)内侧,从而将通气阀(2)关闭,避免运输过程中液化天然气泄漏,当需要存取液化天然气时,按下压块(b42)挤压气压缸(b41),使气压缸(b41)内的气压推动盖子(21)底部向外弹出,此时卡块(b44)脱离夹板(b43),然后绕转轴(22)即可打开盖子(21),通过阀门(b3)进行存取液化天然气。
