Performance testing
1.DPPH scavenging effect
(1) Testing materials: the camellia oil fatty acid ester compositions of examples 1-4 and the compositions of comparative examples 1 and 2.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps:
accurately weighing a certain amount of DPPH, preparing 0.04mg/m L DPPH solution by absolute ethyl alcohol, respectively taking the camellia oil fatty acid ester composition of examples 1-4 and the composition of comparative examples 1 and 2, respectively preparing sample solutions with the concentration of 2, 4, 6 and 8mg/m L, then respectively taking the sample solutions with the concentration of 2m L (2, 4, 6 and 8mg/m L), adding the sample solutions into the DPPH solution of 2m L, uniformly mixing, standing at room temperature in a dark place for 30min, centrifuging at 5000r/min for 10min, taking supernate, measuring the light absorption value at 517nm, and calculating the scavenging rate of the sample on DPPH free radicals by the following formula:
Figure BDA0002473378070000111
wherein A is0The light absorption value of a 2m L absolute ethyl alcohol +2m L DPPH solution;
A1absorbance for 2m L sample solution +2m L DPPH solution;
A2the absorbance was 2m L sample solution +2m L absolute ethanol.
The experiment was repeated three times, and the average was taken as the final result.
The test results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 DPPH clearance
Figure BDA0002473378070000112
As can be seen from Table 1, the camellia oil fatty acid ester compositions of examples 1-4 of the present invention all have a better DPPH radical scavenging effect, and the DPPH radical scavenging effect is gradually enhanced with the increase of the fraction of the camellia oil fatty acid ester, compared with the composition using camellia oil as the raw material, the composition using camellia oil fatty acid ester as the raw material has a higher DPPD scavenging rate at a low concentration, for example, after the composition is prepared into a sample solution of 2mg/m L, the DPPH scavenging rate of example 4 is as high as 22.5, while the DPPH scavenging rate of comparative example 1 at the same concentration is only 18.6, but the DPPH scavenging rates of the two are gradually close with the increase of the concentration, and meanwhile, if the camellia oil fatty acid ester is omitted, the DPPH scavenging rate of the sample solution is significantly reduced.
2. Improving effect on skin
(1) Testing materials: the masks of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 and 2.
(2) Test objects: skin problem test volunteers (all informed consent) with the ages of 20-40 are half of all male and female.
(3) The test method comprises the following steps: volunteers were divided into 6 groups of 10 persons each, each group having half of the male and female, and the tested parts were all faces. 6 groups of volunteers were subjected to the masks of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 and 2, respectively. The facial masks of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1 and 2 were applied to facial skin, and after half an hour, the facial masks were removed in the form of a film, and the smoothness of the skin and the moisturizing condition of the skin of the subjects who used the facial masks were evaluated and tested. Every three days, the test was performed 1 time, and facial acne suppression was evaluated after 15 days. The results of the evaluation of skin smoothness, moisturization, and inhibition of facial acne are shown in table 2, and the skin roughness and skin moisture content before and after application of the mask are shown in tables 3 and 4, respectively, wherein the data in tables 3 and 4 are the average of 10 people in each group.
(4) Favorable criteria: the skin smoothness is tested and evaluated by using a skin roughness tester before and after the facial mask is used by a tested volunteer; the skin moisturizing condition is evaluated according to the skin moisture content test before and after the tested volunteers use the mask; inhibition of facial acne was an assessment of facial acne improvement before and after 10 mask applications in test volunteers.

As can be seen from tables 2 to 4, the facial masks of the embodiments 1 to 4 of the invention have good effects of improving the smoothness of the human face, moisturizing and inhibiting facial acne, and have high evaluation rate, and the skin has low roughness and high moisture content after contacting the facial mask for 120 min; in addition, as can be seen from comparative examples 1 to 4, facial acne can be more effectively inhibited by increasing the content of camellia oil fatty acid ester within a certain range. Comparative example 1 camellia oil was used instead of camellia oil fatty acid ester, and the smoothness of human skin was not improved well and the roughness was higher due to the fact that camellia oil contains more unsaturated fatty acids and needs more alkaline pH adjusting agent for neutralization, and even worse than comparative example 2 without camellia oil fatty acid ester or camellia oil. In comparative example 2, the camellia oil fatty acid ester and camellia oil were not used, and although some effect was obtained in improving the smoothness of the skin, facial acne could not be inhibited, and the moisturizing effect was general.
In summary, by adding the camellia oil fatty acid ester, the composition has good DPPH removing effect and has higher DPPH removing rate at low concentration than the composition taking the camellia oil as the raw material; the facial mask prepared by taking the camellia oil fatty acid ester composition as the facial mask liquid can better improve the smoothness of the skin, and has excellent effects of moisturizing and inhibiting facial acne.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
