本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:一种替代抗生素预防雏鸡腹泻、提高生长性能的饲料添加剂,由以下成分按重量份数组成:小宗原料20%,大宗原料80%;
所述大宗原料为生物发酵饲料,生物发酵饲料预先粉碎过30目筛;
所述的小综原料配方表:
进一步的,所述地衣芽孢杆菌含量为1000亿CFU/g;所述粪肠球菌含量为100亿CFU/g;蛋白酶为10万u/g、纤维素酶为10万u/g,甘露聚糖酶5万u/g;博落回粗提取物血根碱含量≥3%;三丁酸甘油酯含量≥35%;蒙脱石含量≥98%,且为医用级蒙脱石。
进一步的,所述生物发酵饲料发酵前水量在34-36%,置于单向阀发酵袋中,在25-30℃发酵室中,发酵8天,然后烘干至水分不超过10%,活菌数达10亿CFU/g,粗蛋白≥45%,小肽≥15%。
再进一步的,所述生物发酵饲料中原料杜仲叶绿原酸≥0.8%。
再进一步的,生物发酵饲料的制备方法为:豆粕55%、麸皮5%、杜仲叶40%进行粉碎混合,配以蛋白酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶、轻质碳酸钙、红糖、酿酒干酵母、植物乳杆菌,地衣芽孢杆菌,加水调整物料含水量在34-36%,置于单向阀发酵袋中,在25-30℃发酵室中,发酵8天,然后烘干至水分不超过10%,得生物发酵饲料。所述酿酒干酵母100亿CFU/g,植物乳杆菌100亿CFU/g,地衣芽孢杆菌含量为1000亿CFU/g。所提供生物发酵饲料饲料中活菌数达10亿CFU/g,粗蛋白≥45%,小肽≥15%。
一种替代抗生素预防雏鸡腹泻、提高生长性能的饲料添加剂的应用,所述的添加剂在雏鸡日粮中的添加比例为5-7kg/t。
本发明的有益效果:本发明饲料添加剂安全无毒副作用,无药物残留,安全可靠,能够调节雏鸡肠道菌群平衡,促进消化吸收,修复小肠绒毛,保护肠道健康,有效预防断雏鸡腹泻、过料的发生,促进雏鸡的生长,从而提高养殖效益。
具体实施方式
一种替代抗生素预防雏鸡腹泻、提高生长性能的饲料添加剂,由以下成分按重量份数组成:小宗原料20%,大宗原料80%;
所述大宗原料为生物发酵饲料,生物发酵饲料预先粉碎过30目筛;

所述地衣芽孢杆菌含量为1000亿CFU/g;所述粪肠球菌含量为100亿CFU/g;蛋白酶为10万u/g、纤维素酶为10万u/g,甘露聚糖酶5万u/g;博落回粗提取物血根碱含量≥3%;三丁酸甘油酯含量≥35%;蒙脱石含量≥98%,且为医用级蒙脱石。

上述饲料添加剂的制备方法为:
三丁酸甘油酯、博落回粗提取物、粪肠球菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、蛋白酶、甘露聚糖酶、纤维素酶、蒙脱石进行预混,然后和生物发酵饲料混合均匀后真空包装。
各组分的成分特性如下:
三丁酸甘油酯:快速供能,促进小肠绒毛,粘膜的修复,加快受损肠道功能的恢复。
博落回提取物:抗炎,避免能量损耗,维持机体最佳生产性能,调节肠道菌群,抑制有害菌,改善肠道健康,增强机体抗病能力
地衣芽孢杆菌:能产生细菌素等抑菌活性物质,调节肠道菌群平衡。同时可以代谢产出蛋白酶等消化酶,提高雏鸡饲料消化率。
粪肠球菌:可以提高能动物的免疫反应,提高抗体水平;可在肠道粘膜形成乳酸菌屏障,屏蔽外来致病菌,及毒素的伤害;
蛋白酶、甘露聚糖酶、纤维素酶:促进蛋白质,纤维素消化,降解饲料中的抗营养因子。
蒙脱石:具有吸附、固定霉菌毒素以及其他致病菌。可以增加消化道粘液量,并激活凝血因子,从而可以保护消化道粘膜免受损伤。
生物发酵饲料:含有益生菌、小肽及被预消化后的营养物质。可以增加饲料的适口性,提高饲料利用率,节省饲料成本。小肽可以提升机体免疫力,提高雏鸡健康水平。另外发酵饲料中添加的杜仲叶富含绿原酸,杜仲黄酮,杜仲多糖,桃叶珊瑚甙和松脂醇二葡萄糖甙,具有抑菌,杀菌,保肝护肾。发酵后功能性成分得到释放,效果更佳。
本发明产品的作用是:根据雏鸡生理特点,科学复配多种有益菌、消化酶、三丁酸甘油酯、博落回粗提取物、生物发酵饲料等保护、修复肠道、杀菌,抑菌成分,有提高肠道健康,修复肠道,预防治疗腹泻和过料,提高生长性能,并且无毒无害无残留,绿色安全无污染。
动物实例:本实例为饲料添加剂的应用试验例。
饲养试验于2020年1-2月在安徽省六安市霍邱县某鸡场进行。选用刚出壳的健康艾维茵肉公鸡1500羽,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复100羽。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组在基础日粮中添加金霉素50g/t,试验2~4组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.5%、0.6%、0.7%本添加剂的试验饲粮。试验期21d。采用网上平养,用红外灯育雏,自由采食、饮水,24h光照,第1周温度为35℃,第2周为32~30℃,第3周为30~27℃。各栏饲养条件基本一致。按鸡场常规的免疫程序进行免疫接种。
表2添加剂对雏鸡生产性能、成活率和腹泻率影响
从上表可知,试验组平均日增重和平均日采食量均明显高于对照组,说明添加剂具有和金霉素相似的提高日增重的效果,试验3、4组均明显高于试验1组,说明高剂量添加剂组效果优于单一金霉素组的效果。试验组成活率显著高于对照组,添加剂组和金霉素组差异不显著。试验组腹泻率均低于对照组,添加剂组和金霉素组差异不显著说明添加剂具有和金霉素预防腹泻效果相同。综上,雏禽饲料中添加0.5-0.7%本添加剂可以显著提高雏禽日增重、成活率,降低料肉比和腹泻率,同时有提高采食量趋势。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。

1.一种替代抗生素预防雏鸡腹泻、提高生长性能的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,由以下成分按重量份数组成:小宗原料20%,大宗原料80%;
所述大宗原料为生物发酵饲料,生物发酵饲料预先粉碎过30目筛;

2.根据权利要求1所述的替代抗生素预防雏鸡腹泻、提高生长性能的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述地衣芽孢杆菌含量为1000亿CFU/g;所述粪肠球菌含量为100亿CFU/g;蛋白酶为10万u/g、纤维素酶为10万u/g,甘露聚糖酶5万u/g;博落回粗提取物血根碱含量≥3%;三丁酸甘油酯含量≥35%;蒙脱石含量≥98%,且为医用级蒙脱石。
3.根据权利要求1所述的替代抗生素预防雏鸡腹泻、提高生长性能的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述生物发酵饲料发酵前水量在34-36%,置于单向阀发酵袋中,在25-30℃发酵室中,发酵8天,然后烘干至水分不超过10%,活菌数达10亿CFU/g,粗蛋白≥45%,小肽≥15%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的替代抗生素预防雏鸡腹泻、提高生长性能的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述生物发酵饲料中原料杜仲叶绿原酸≥0.8%。
5.根据权利要求1或3或4所述的替代抗生素预防雏鸡腹泻、提高生长性能的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:生物发酵饲料的制备方法为:豆粕55%、麸皮5%、杜仲叶40%进行粉碎混合,配以蛋白酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶、轻质碳酸钙、红糖、酿酒干酵母、植物乳杆菌,地衣芽孢杆菌,加水调整物料含水量在34-36%,置于单向阀发酵袋中,在25-30℃发酵室中,发酵8天,然后烘干至水分不超过10%,得生物发酵饲料。所述酿酒干酵母100亿CFU/g,植物乳杆菌100亿CFU/g,地衣芽孢杆菌含量为1000亿CFU/g。所提供生物发酵饲料饲料中活菌数达10亿CFU/g,粗蛋白≥45%,小肽≥15%。
6.一种替代抗生素预防雏鸡腹泻、提高生长性能的饲料添加剂的应用,其特征在于:权利要求1-5所述的添加剂在雏鸡日粮中的添加比例为5-7kg/t。
