Description

Growth obstacle reducing feed additive for piglets and preparation and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed additives, and particularly relates to a growth obstacle reducing feed additive for piglets and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The weaning of piglets is an important link in the pig raising production, and many pig farmers reflect that the piglets are transferred into a nursing house during weaning and have different degrees of piglet growth obstacles (also called falling pigs and cad pigs) in a period of time later, so that the proportion of the falling pigs of the piglets in the nursing house is always increased. Along with the continuous improvement of the reproductive performance of the pig breeds in China and the assembly line type continuous turnover production of a large-scale pig farm, the personnel management fineness is not enough, and the problem of piglet growth obstacle is more and more prominent. The growth disorder of piglets is mostly found in weaned-20 kg piglets, and the clinical manifestations are as follows: coarse and disorganized fur, thin and small physique, round belly, sharp buttock, cerebral sack, arch back and abdomen contracting, eating the piglet only for a short time, the average daily gain is less than 50 g (the average daily gain of healthy piglets at the stage can reach 330 g), and the average daily gain reaches 20 kg at the end of 6 months in some cases.
The growth disorder of piglets is caused by many reasons, including physiological characteristics, immune state, stress response and the like of piglets, but weaning stress is one of the most important causes. The number of live piglets produced by sows is high by the existing breeding means, the uniformity of piglets is poor under the condition that the breast milk capacity of sows cannot keep up with the capacity, in addition, the piglets are stressed and are too much after weaning, weaning leaves away from a mother body, immunity injection is carried out, the feed quality is poor after weaning, the nutrition level cannot reach the feeding standard, grouping is not timely or unreasonable after weaning, big and small deception and strong and weak deception are caused, the piglets cannot eat the feed, hunger is caused for a long time, and intestinal injury is caused. The piglet has poor constitution during weaning, the piglet does not eat or drink water, management means such as heat preservation and ventilation measures are not in place, comprehensive factors cause the absorption of intestinal tracts of the piglet and the damage of immune function, and simultaneously bacterial and virus infection can be caused simultaneously, the factors cause physiological dysfunction and growth obstacle of the piglet, the growth potential of the piglet in the later period can not be brought into genetic play, the marketing time is prolonged, the production cost of a pig farm is directly improved, and the piglet can be in an unfavorable position in the competition of the industry for the production cost in the next few years. Therefore, the urgent need of animal husbandry is to reduce the growth rate of piglets with growth obstacles in the nursery house and increase the overall growth rate of the swinery by some technical means and directly improve the production performance and the breeding benefit of the pig farm.
The Chinese herbal medicine formula has become one of the development directions for preventing and treating partial diseases due to the characteristics of nature, no medicine residue and the like, and a plurality of effectiveness tests are also obtained in the field practice of pig farms.

The poplar flower dregs used in the invention are prepared by drying solid residues obtained after 2 hours of alkaline aqueous solution extraction.
The compound Chinese herbal medicine powder additive also comprises a feed-grade sweetener and/or an excipient. Wherein the feed grade sweetener can be selected from one or more of stevioside, molasses, aspartame, and hesperidin dihydrochalcone commonly used in the field; the excipient is selected according to the allowable types in the feed additive industry.
Furthermore, the compound leaven contains more than or equal to 50 hundred million/g of lactobacillus plantarum, more than or equal to 30 hundred million/g of bacillus subtilis, more than or equal to 30 hundred million/g of bacillus licheniformis and more than or equal to 500U/g of feeding cellulase.
The preparation method of the feed additive for reducing the growth disorder of the piglets comprises the following steps:
1) dissolving 0.05 part of composite leaven in water to obtain a composite leaven solution, uniformly mixing 40 parts of astragalus residue, 35 parts of poplar flower residue, 15 parts of corn flour, 10 parts of bran and the composite leaven solution, and performing anaerobic fermentation at 32-38 ℃ for 34-36 hours to obtain fermented Chinese herbal medicine;

3) mixing the compound Chinese herbal medicine powder and the fermented Chinese herbal medicine powder obtained in the step 2) according to the proportion of (1-3) to 1, and obtaining the Chinese herbal medicine feed additive for reducing the growth disorder for the piglets.
Further, the preparation method of the compound Chinese herbal medicine powder in the step 3) comprises the following steps: 10-14 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 10-12 parts of fried hawthorn, 9-12 parts of Chinese yam, 9-13 parts of white paeony root, 4-7 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 5.5-7 parts of betel nut, 5-7 parts of angelica, 5-6.5 parts of liquorice, 5.5-6.5 parts of fried spina date seed, 5.5-6.5 parts of purslane, 5-7 parts of houttuynia cordata, 5-7 parts of malt powder and 4-6 parts of rhubarb are respectively crushed to 300 meshes and then mixed to obtain the composite Chinese herbal medicine powder.
Further, the water content of the fermented Chinese herbal medicines in the step 1) before fermentation is controlled to be 44-46% by weight.
Further, the grain size of the corn flour in the step 1) is 1.5mm, and the grain size of the fermented Chinese herbal medicine in the step 2) is 80-100 meshes.
The feed additive for reducing growth disturbance for the piglets is added in a proportion of 0.5 percent of complete formula feed to prevent the growth disturbance of the weaned piglets in a large group. The application of the feed additive for reducing the growth disturbance for the piglets is to add 0.9 percent of complete formula feed to feed the nursery piglets showing the growth disturbance signs.
Has the advantages that:
the superfine powder of the composite Chinese herbal medicine and the dregs of the decoction after the extraction of the composite Chinese herbal medicine are fermented and the composite is dried at a low temperature are taken as main components, so that the oxidative stress level in piglets is reduced, and the normal digestion, absorption and metabolism of nutrients by intestinal tracts of the piglets are restored or promoted.
Because the development of body organs of piglets is immature, the physiological function is fragile, the piglet stress is easily caused by the change of factors such as feeding mode or environment, the expressed physiological and biochemical indexes are that the serum cortisol is rapidly increased, so that the loss of functions of body intestines and the like, poor health degree and poor growth are caused, and therefore, the product has the action mode of mainly reducing the level of the serum cortisol. One of the key points of the compound Chinese herbal medicine is that the phenolic substances contained in the Chinese herbal medicine in the invention have the effects which cannot be achieved by conventional antioxidants (such as VE and VC), and the content of serotonin is increased, so that the secretion of cortisol is inhibited, and the physiological functions of piglets, particularly the body functions and the growth characteristics of intestinal tracts are recovered.

Before the test is finished and weighed, the forecaval veins of the piglets are used for collecting blood, 4 piglets are collected for each group, the average value of the cortisol content is determined by adopting a kit purchased by Beijing Ke Meidong ya biotechnology company, and the test is carried out by taking nest as a unit for data statistics. The control group was fed with the complete feed only, and examples 1 to 4 were added to the complete feed at a ratio of 0.5%, and the results of comparing the effects of the examples and the control group are shown in table 6.

Remarking: the judgment basis of the fallen pigs is as follows: average daily gain is less than 50 g.
The results of the test example show that the addition of the feed additive can reduce the number of pigs falling behind by 71.4% on average and increase the daily gain of other piglets by 13.7% for 9-17kg (fed with the conservation concentrated feed powder feed 21d) piglets. At the same time, the serum cortisol levels of examples 1-4 were greatly reduced. In comparison, the compatibility of the Chinese herbal medicines in example 3 is the best.
[ TEST EXAMPLE IV ] the product of the invention has the effect of correcting and compensating the fallen pigs in the nursery stage
In the test example, the adding proportion of the product of the invention in the complete feed is 0.9%.
After 2 nursery houses of large groups of pigs are transferred out, the pigs which fall behind are picked out, the pigs are concentrated to test pens for housing feeding, 75 pigs which fall behind are selected and divided into five groups, each group is repeated three times, each group is repeated for 5 pigs, the average weight of the five groups is ensured to be consistent, and the basic daily ration is the later-stage complete feed (the nutritional parameters of the complete feed are shown in the following table 7) for the nursery piglets produced by the invention unit. The test is carried out by taking nest as a unit for data statistics. The control group is only fed with the later-stage complete feed of the nursery piglets, the examples 1 to 4 are added into the later-stage complete feed of the nursery piglets at the ratio of 0.9 percent, and the effect comparison results of the examples and the control group are shown in the table 8.

Remarking: the judgment basis of the fallen pigs is as follows: average daily gain is less than 50 g.
The results of the test example show that about 10kg of the fallen piglets are gathered together and fed in an additive amount so as to be expected to realize compensatory growth of the fallen piglets, 0.9 percent of the feed additive is additionally added, and the number of the fallen piglets can be reduced by 81 percent compared with that of the control group; for 4 example groups, 15 pigs are averagely started in the test, and 2.5 pigs which fall behind are averagely remained after 25 days of feeding, namely the Chinese herbal medicine additive is fed according to the addition amount of 0.9%, and the correction and compensation effect on the pigs which fall behind can reach 83.3%. In comparison, the compatibility of the Chinese herbal medicines in example 3 is the best.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting, and any modifications, equivalents and the like included in the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
