Abstract
本发明公开一种花瓣香材料及其制备方法,属于材料技术领域。通过采摘新鲜茶叶芽尖,清洗后晾干,经小火翻炒至软、发出清香,取出冷却后磨粉,制得茶粉;采摘天然花草,清洗,脱去表面水分,出现萎蔫状态;将所得呈现萎蔫状态的天然花草和所得茶粉进行混合,然后揉捻;将揉捻后所得材料的1/2倒入可透可见光的容器中加入酵素搅拌均匀,发酵;将发酵完成的材料和未进行发酵的材料、助剂、粘合剂混合均匀,焙烤,将所得材料压入模具中加压成型,然后进行冻干,制成花瓣香材料。本发明提供的材料以各种新鲜天然花草为原料,辅以茶叶,其气味芳香,发挥其功效,组合物天然健康;采用的助剂和粘合剂属于食用级,不仅利于食用,还可直接用于熏香。

本发明涉及材料技术领域,具体涉及一种花瓣香材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高,多数人都需要面对工作和生活的压力,适度的压力有助于人成长,但若长期处在压力状态下的人,又找不到合适的缓解压力的途径,心理与生理上都将遭受巨大的损害,最终导致疾病。工作和生活的压力以及生活质量的提高,使得人们进行运动的时间也相应减少,甚至部分人们不参加运动,长此以往,使人体各部分气的活动受到阻碍,进而形成气机不畅、气机郁结、气机逆乱等病理变化,并进一步出现情绪障碍,甚至各脏腑功能障碍,全身气血津液运行缓慢,抵抗力下降等问题。
中国专利CN201810051324.6公开一种薰衣草燃香的配方及制备工艺,它涉及燃香技术领域;它由如下质量百分比的原料组成:薰衣草香粉20~90%、粘木粉20~85%、檀香0.5~20%、其他天然香料0.5~25%;所述的薰衣草香粉为由薰衣草的茎、叶、花研磨成的粉末。将薰衣草香粉为由薰衣草的茎、叶、花研磨制成薰衣草香粉;取65%的原料粉加入35%的水,搅拌20~30分钟,制成香泥团,排出空气;香泥团加入制香机、香模经挤压、成型、整形、自然晾干工艺制成成品。该产品具有安神、助眠、防异味、防蚊虫的功效。
现有技术对于天然植物材料的应用很多,但大部分都只具有一种用途,具有一定的局限性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种花瓣香材料及其制备方法,所述花瓣香材料不仅可以作为熏香使用,还能作为保健品的材料进行食用,所得花瓣香材料不仅提升使用人员的睡眠质量,还能提高使用人员的抵抗力,缓解心理和生理压力。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明提供一种花瓣香材料,按质量份数计,其原料由如下组分制成:天然花草40-60份,茶叶10-20份,助剂20-40份,粘合剂5-10份;其中,

所述茶叶选自制备绿茶、清茶、乌龙茶、铁观音、普洱茶、红茶的原料茶叶。
进一步地,所述助剂选自:木炭、松香粉、果胶粉、蔗糖粉、淀粉或其组合。例如,所得花瓣香用于熏香,则采用木炭和松香粉的组合;所得花瓣香材料用于泡茶,则采用果胶粉、蔗糖粉或淀粉或其组合。

步骤1) 采摘新鲜茶叶芽尖,清洗后晾干,经小火翻炒至软、发出清香,取出冷却后磨粉,制得茶粉;
步骤2)采摘天然花草,清洗,脱去表面水分,出现萎蔫状态;
步骤3)将步骤2)所得呈现萎蔫状态的天然花草和步骤1)所得茶粉进行混合,然后揉捻;
步骤4)将揉捻后所得材料的1/2倒入可透可见光的容器中加入酵素搅拌均匀,发酵;
步骤5)将发酵完成的材料和未进行发酵的材料、助剂、粘合剂混合均匀,焙烤,将所得材料压入模具中加压成型,然后进行冻干,制成花瓣香材料。
进一步地,所述制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1) 采摘新鲜茶叶芽尖,用含1~2%白醋的水清洗后,摊放在阴凉通风处10-12小时,经小火翻炒至软、发出清香,取出冷却后磨粉,制得茶粉;通过小火翻炒破坏和钝化氧化镁的活性,使其变软,利于后续揉捻,也能促进后续良好香气的形成;
步骤2)采摘天然花草,其中花朵摘除花蕊,仅留花瓣;其中草仅留一芽二三片叶;用含1~2%白醋的水清洗,滤出天然花草待用;在25-40℃下负压0.1-10MPa下脱水1-8h,脱去表面水分,出现萎蔫状态;仅保留花瓣,可降低其余部分材料对花瓣特有甜味的破坏力度,也可降低后续发酵过程中异味物质的产生,利于后续发酵过程良好气味的形成;仅保留一芽二三片叶,可降低其余部分叶过于老化带来的苦涩味,也可降低后续发酵过程中异味物质的产生,利于后续发酵过程良好气味的形成;
步骤3)将步骤2)所得呈现萎蔫状态的天然花草和步骤1)所得茶粉进行混合,然后手工揉捻10-20分钟;
步骤4)将揉捻后所得材料的1/2倒入可透可见光的容器中加入酵素搅拌均匀,先在日光下进行发酵8-10小时,然后在室内静置发酵15-24小时;发酵温度为20-40℃;酵素使用量占揉捻后所得材料质量比的0.1~0.5%;
通过发酵将其中的清臭味和酸气味转化,避免对后续气味的影响;通过两种日光和室内的降解,控制发酵温度、湿度和时间,实现降解异味物质,提高产品的清新气味,为了保证香气的持续性,采用部分发酵,部分不发酵的方式,避免发酵部分香气过浓或散发过快的情况;
步骤5)将发酵完成的材料和未进行发酵的材料、助剂、粘合剂混合均匀,100-200℃焙烤0.5-2小时,焙烤过程不停翻转,焙烤至水分低于50%,将所得材料压入模具中加压成型,进行冻干,温度保持在-10℃以下,冻干至含水量低于3%,制成具有海绵状的多孔的花瓣香材料。通过焙烤可将发酵的微生物杀灭,避免后续继续发酵带来的其余异味;通过冻干可形成多孔海绵状的花瓣香,为后续燃烧、食用提供方便。
另一方面,本发明上述花瓣香材料可直接食用,或作为熏香使用。
助剂、粘合剂根据花瓣香材料的用途不同,进行对应选择。
酵素定义为:以动物、植物、菌类等为原料,添加或不添加辅料,经微生物发酵制得的含有特定生物活性成分的产品。其生物活性成分包含来自植物原料和微生物所提供的各种营养素和天然植物中的植物类功能性化学成分(phytochemicals),以及发酵生成的一些生理活性物质,包括氨基酸、肽类、维生素、多糖、多酚类、黄酮类、醇类、酯类、酶类、矿物元素、有机酸和各种益生菌。本申请可选自,如苹果酵素、糙米酵素、香菇酵素、玫瑰花酵素、桑葚酵素、益生菌酵素、水果酵素、海藻酵素等。

本发明提供一种花瓣香材料及其制备方法,以各种新鲜天然花草为原料,辅以茶叶,其气味芳香,发挥其功效,组合物天然健康,对人体无害;采用的助剂和粘合剂属于食用级,不仅利于食用,还可直接燃烧,确保花瓣香的结构稳定。
经揉捻后发酵,制成花瓣香材料,在保留原本营养成分的同时,还具有解郁安神、滋阴补阳、降压减肥、杀灭病毒及病菌的效果。长期使用能有效提高抵抗力,缓解人名高度紧张的工作压力。

步骤2)采摘天然花草,其中花朵摘除花蕊,仅留花瓣;其中草仅留一芽二三片叶;用含1~2%白醋的水清洗,滤出天然花草待用;在25-30℃下负压0.1MPa下脱水3h,脱去表面水分,出现萎蔫状态;
步骤3)将步骤2)所得呈现萎蔫状态的天然花草和步骤1)所得茶粉进行混合,然后手工揉捻20分钟;
步骤4)将揉捻后所得材料的1/2倒入可透可见光的容器中加入酵素搅拌均匀,先在日光下进行发酵8小时,然后在室内静置发酵24小时;发酵温度为20-25℃;酵素使用量占揉捻后所得材料质量比的0.5%;

所得花瓣香材料装包后食用,孔径多,容易泡发,所得茶水香气以人,汤色透彻,甘甜鲜爽,养生想过显著。

3.根据权利要求1所述花瓣香材料,其特征在于,所述粘合剂选自:果胶粉、蔗糖粉、淀粉、楠木粘粉或其组合。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一项所述花瓣香材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤1) 采摘新鲜茶叶芽尖,清洗后晾干,经小火翻炒至软、发出清香,取出冷却后磨粉,制得茶粉;
步骤2)采摘天然花草,清洗,脱去表面水分,出现萎蔫状态;
步骤3)将步骤2)所得呈现萎蔫状态的天然花草和步骤1)所得茶粉进行混合,然后揉捻;
步骤4)将揉捻后所得材料的1/2倒入可透可见光的容器中加入酵素搅拌均匀,发酵;
步骤5)将发酵完成的材料和未进行发酵的材料、助剂、粘合剂混合均匀,焙烤,将所得材料压入模具中加压成型,然后进行冻干,制成花瓣香材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中所述茶叶芽尖清洗用含1~2%白醋的水清洗;所述晾干是指:摊放在阴凉通风处10-12小时。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中,所述采摘天然花草,其中的花朵摘除花蕊,仅留花瓣;其中草仅留一芽二三片叶。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中,所述清洗用含1~2%白醋的水清洗;所述脱去表面水分是指在25-40℃下负压0.1-10MPa下脱水1-8h。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中,所述揉捻是指手工揉捻10-20分钟。
9.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)中,所述发酵是指:先在日光下进行发酵8-10小时,然后在室内静置发酵15-24小时;发酵温度为20-40℃;酵素使用量占揉捻后所得材料质量比的0.1~0.5%。
10.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)中,所述焙烤过程如下:100-200℃焙烤0.5-2小时,焙烤过程不停翻转,焙烤至水分低于50%;
所述冻干过程如下:冻干时温度保持在-10℃以下,冻干至含水量低于3%。
