Before the film laminating device 100 is used, the film feeding device 40 is fixed to the pair of second slide rails 218, that is, after the two connecting blocks 451 of the film feeding device 40 slide along the corresponding second slide rails 218 to the position adjacent to the workpiece discharge end 233 of the workpiece conveyor belt 23, the two connecting blocks 451 are fixed to the pair of second slide rails 218 by using a locking member. The two film carrier tape stoppers 46 on the film feeding device 40 are operated to make the stopper 463 of each film carrier tape stopper 46 slidably press on the film carrier tape 41 until the portion of the film carrier tape 41 between the two stopper 463 is adjacent to and parallel to the workpiece conveyor belt 23, and the distance between the portion of the film carrier tape 41 between the two stopper 463 and the workpiece conveyor belt 23 is greater than the thickness of the workpiece 300 to be coated with the film material. Preferably, the distance between the portion of the film carrier tape 41 between the two limiting posts 463 and the workpiece 300 facing the to-be-coated film material placed on the workpiece conveyor belt 23 is 1mm, 2mm or a value in a range of 1mm to 2 mm. The film pressing device 60 slides towards the film feeding device 40 along the pair of first slide rails 217, that is, the two connecting plates 6544 of the film pressing device 60 respectively slide along the pair of first slide rails 217 until the roller 613 of the pressing head 61 directly faces the upper side of the film carrier tape 41, and then the two connecting plates 6544 are fixed on the pair of first slide rails 217 through locking members. Finally, the feeding positioning member 219 is positioned at a position where one of the second slide rails 218 is adjacent to the workpiece feeding end 231 of the workpiece conveyor 23.
When the film sticking device is used, a workpiece 300 to be stuck with a film material is placed on the workpiece conveyor belt 23 along the positioning plate 2195 of the feeding positioning piece 219, the film sticking device 100 is started through the electric cabinet 25, and the controller 251 controls the driving piece 26 to drive the workpiece conveyor belt 23 to move from the workpiece feeding end 231 to the workpiece discharging end 233. The workpiece conveyor belt 23 drives the workpiece 300 to be film-coated to a position right below a portion of the film-carrying material belt 41 between the two limiting posts 463 at a constant speed, the positioning sensing member 48 senses the workpiece 300 to be film-coated and sends a sensing signal to the controller 251 of the electric cabinet 25, the controller 251 controls the driving member 26 to stop driving the workpiece conveyor belt 23 to stop moving, and at this time, the workpiece 300 to be film-coated is directly opposite to one film 414 on the film-carrying material belt 41. The controller 251 controls the ram driver 657 to drive the ram conveyor 655 to move, so that the connecting frame 658 moves the ram 61 as the ram conveyor 655 slides until the roller 613 of the ram 61 faces the film 414. The controller 251 controls the pressing driving member 651 to drive the pressing head 61 to move towards the film carrier tape 41 so as to press the workpiece 300 to which the film 414 is pre-attached, wherein the portion of the film carrier tape 41 between the two limiting posts 463 is elastically deformed. The controller 251 then controls the indenter driving element 657 to drive the indenter belt 655 to reciprocate, so as to drive the roller 613 to reciprocate on the release film roll strip 412 corresponding to the one film material 414, so that the one film material 414 is completely adhered to the workpiece 300 to be filmed. The controller 251 controls the pressing driving member 651 to reset, so that the roller 613 is disengaged from the film carrier tape 41. Since the adhesive force between the film 414 and the release film roll-up strip 412 is smaller than the adhesive force between the film 414 and the workpiece 300 to be coated with the film, the portion of the film-carrying strip 41 between the two limiting posts 463 is elastically restored, so that the film 414 is separated from the release film roll-up strip 412 and is adhered to the workpiece 300 to be coated with the film.
When the film pasting equipment 100 pastes the next workpiece 300 to be pasted with the film material, the next workpiece 300 to be pasted with the film material is placed on the workpiece conveyor belt 23 along the positioning plate 2195 of the feeding positioning piece 219, the controller 251 controls the driving piece 26 to drive the workpiece conveyor belt 23 to move from the workpiece feeding end 231 to the workpiece discharging end 233, the workpiece conveyor belt 23 drives the workpiece 300 to which the film material 414 is pasted to move to the next station through the workpiece discharging end 233, and at the same time, the controller 251 controls the film material driving piece 43 to drive the corresponding material tray 42 to rotate, so that the film material carrying belt 41 moves to drive the next film material 414 to move to between the two limiting posts 463 to prepare for pasting the next workpiece 300 to be pasted with the film material. The workpiece conveyor belt 23 drives the next workpiece 300 to be film-coated to move to a position right below the portion of the film carrier tape 41 between the two limiting posts 463, the positioning sensing member 48 senses the workpiece 300 to be film-coated and sends a sensing signal to the controller 251 of the electric cabinet 25, the controller 251 controls the workpiece conveyor belt 23 to stop moving, at this time, the next workpiece 300 to be film-coated is directly opposite to the next film material 414 on the film carrier tape 41, and then the next film material 414 is adhered to the next workpiece 300 to be film-coated according to the method for adhering the previous workpiece 300 to be film-coated.
By rotating the two extending plates 461 of the film feeding device 40, the two limiting posts 463 are located on the same horizontal plane, so that the portion of the film carrier tape 41 between the two limiting posts 463 is adjacent to and parallel to the workpiece conveyor belt 23, and the distance between the portion of the film carrier tape 41 between the two limiting posts 463 and the workpiece conveyor belt 23 can be adjusted as required, thereby meeting the requirement of film sticking of workpieces to be coated with film materials with different thicknesses.
The film laminating device 100 drives the workpiece conveyor belt 23 to drive the workpiece 300 to be laminated to move to the lower side of the film carrier tape 41 through the controller 251, and when the workpiece 300 to be laminated is over against the film 414 of the film carrier tape 41, the positioning sensing member 48 senses the workpiece to be laminated and sends a sensing signal to the controller 251; the controller 251 controls the driving element 26 to stop driving the workpiece conveyor belt 23 to stop moving, and controls the driving mechanism 65 to drive the pressing head 61 to move and press the upper side surface of the film carrier tape 41, so that the film 414 is adhered to the workpiece 300 to be coated with the film, thereby realizing automatic film coating, improving film coating efficiency, saving labor and reducing production cost.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a film laminating apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present application.
